First, they "forgot" they had an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. They never showed. I called them and they rescheduled. They came out, gave me an estimate and I proceeded to sign a contract for them to begin work. They came, tore down fence. Set posts. Came next day and put up fence, wrought iron fence and horse cross ties. They never asked me what kind of latch I wanted on my huge gates, so they put a chain and clip. My horses back up to gate to scratch their rumps and push gate way out, so dogs can get in and out. They never clipped the fence back onto the top rail of the fence between my house and the neighbors. EIGHT phone calls from me, and they finally came back and put a "foot" in the gate so ONE side stays put. I still have NO latch to easily get in and out with a HUGE Percheron Draft horse and an Arabian. I had to buy a latch. It won't fit. Not enough clearance room between the gate panels to have a latch. They never put the clips on the fencing EITHER!
Description of Work: Tear down existing fence and remove posts. Fix broken top rail in fence between my yard and my neighbors. Put in four cross tie posts in the barn for horses to be tied to while grooming them. Put in black wrought iron-look fence with gate to enclose dogs in the side yard by the garage. I also got estimate for horse shelter and welded corrals. I would have used them, but they wouldn't come back out until the 8th phone call and fix the gate. When they did come, they didn't come to the front door. Went around back and half way fixed the gate. STILL NO GATE latch. No clips on chain link to replaced top rail on fence between my yard and neighbors. Wrought iron fence too far from concrete block. My little dog can get through. NO communication with these folks. They need to ASK first and get explicit about the fence, gates, latches, type of gate, etc.

A few months ago, I had them remove old, out-of-code fencing around the pool. In both cases, service was prompt, the men were polite and professional, the job was done efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable, and the company is a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Recently, after the sixth time a paranoid schizophrenic neighbor jumped a wall between our houses and vandalized my pool equipment, I had Fence for Less build a wrought-iron enclosure that could be covered and locked. They installed fence panels and a locking gate, providing plenty of room for a pool technician to access the equipment.
