Description of Work: The owner called me within 10 minutes of placing my order & scheduled a technician to come out to my home the following day offering me the best 2 hour time frame!! The technician called prior to his arrival, just as the owner had indicated. The tech. was polite, knowledgeable, resolving our concerns & was gone in approx. 20 minutes!!

Description of Work: Dryer air duct cleaning --- they called ahead as they had us for an earlier date (Tuesday versus Wednesday), which was fine. They spent the time it took to do a serious cleaning of the dryer duct and tested it to make sure it performed properly, then cleaned up fully afterwards. Given the time a two person crew spent on the job, the price was VERY reasonable and I would recommend them (and use them again).

 + 0 moreDuct cleaning service was great! I submitted a request for a quote online and Nathan from Ductz called me the instant I pressed the submit button. He sent a proposal via email which I accepted the next day. I had to follow up with an email because I didn't hear anything after I accepted the proposal, but that was probably just a technical error. Once I heard from them, they scheduled an appointment within 2 days. The crew arrived a little later than expected, but it was not a problem for me. They were efficient and clear about what they were doing, and they got the job done quickly. They seemed to be very careful and thorough. I am very happy with the service.

 + 1 moreMy wife suffered from year round allergies back east so we wanted to get the duct work cleaned before we moved into the house we bought as a preventive measure. We chose DUCTZ to do the work after doing some research and felt their 'whole system' method was better than what many other companies do. Larry and Bryan showed up in the morning, on time, and spent the next 5 or 6 hours with one big sucker of a vacuum machine cleaning out the ducts and other associated areas of the AC system. They carefully took down and cleaned all the registers. There was no damage to the walls or paint. They did note that the vent hose for the dryer had twists and turns in it that could produce a hazard and they took care of it so that there is now a straight run to the wall. Both guys were friendly, worked well with us, answered all our questions and did a nice job.
Description of Work: Performed a complete cleaning of our AC duct work (2 AC units), 2 bathroom exhaust vents, and a dryer vent.

Description of Work: I called and spoke with a representative of the company early in the morning on Thursday, September 12, six days ago. I left two telephone numbers and explained they would be unable to contact me from 3-5 PM that day. I explained I wanted to schedule air duct cleaning as soon as possible. I was assured they would call back to schedule an appointment with me by three PM that day. I still have never heard from them. I use Angie's List all the time. I chose DUCTZ because they had the most "A" reviews with high recommendations. I am obviously greatly disappointed with DUCTZ.

The process took about three and a half hours. The post job checklist was completed and they vacuumed all the areas of the house that may have come in contact with dust from the removal process.

 + 0 moreI was able to schedule service within 2 days. Had my ducts/dryer blown out. They were on time, friendly, professional, quick and clean. They even pulled all of my vent covers and cleaned them off; and this as about $100 less than the last company I used to do this about 4 years ago, who also tried to sell me a long-term contract. No sales pitches or issues whatsoever with Ductz. Just service the way it should be. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again in the future. The manager even called same day to verify that I was happy with the service. I thought the service was excellent. No complaints here.
Description of Work: Had my ducts/dryer blown out. My home is about 1,230 sq ft; they gave me a price break up front because the flat rate typically covers homes up to 2,000 sq feet and mine was much smaller.

Also, they were conscientious by putting their machine in my garage and did an all-round great job. They didn't sham, as I called for a double of different estimates, their pricing was on par.

Description of Work: I have had my Ducts/AC and Dryer vents cleaned at two locations. In my home I had two other companies clean my vents a few months apart. Within days of the service the dust was back as if it had not been done. Once I had DUCTZ come to the home they found some of the ducts were NOT CONNECTED!! One of them had some type of green stuff growing in it!!. They connected, cleaned and deoderized the whole system. What a great job!. My electric bill actually went down!!! The dust in the home was not a problem after this service. They also cleaned my dryer vent. It is amazing how much faster the clothes dry when the air flows freely!Since they did such a great job in my home i alsohad them clean my condo. Again great job! Now I hear they also clean carpets and grout!!! That will be my next endeavor. They are quick, clean and courteous. It is nice to have professionals who know what they are doing in the home.

 + 0 moreThe lead technician was Nathan. I spent about $79 on the service. I had a good experience with this company. The dryer vent has to be cleaned every year. It makes a huge difference when the vent is cleaned; the machine works better. I had them clean all the ducts in my 25 year old house. There was a lot of dirt in there. There was a tall guy, who actually climbed and cleaned out the ducts. The price was okay for what they did. They were more reasonable than some other companies. The first time they came out, the owner kept coming out and kept calling. He was really involving himself and making sure that everyone was doing their work. I will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Ductz of North Phoenix and Deer Vallery/ Glendale for cleaning the dryer vent, two months ago. They also cleaned out the ducts for me, a year ago.
