I am livid. I will not use this company for plumbing needs. Since I do not have the strength to move a washer, and have no neighbors who can do this, I will have to hire a separate person to move the washer. Then move it back. The receptionist said the owner would call me, but he did not call me.

They were very polite and didn t leave a mess at all. They were also extremely respectful of my home and were very nice and polite to me. I would definitely recommend them to other people looking to install water heaters in their homes.

We arrived home after a 3 week vacation to find that our kitchen sink & laundry tub & washer were backed up. On Thursday afternoon I called All State for service. She wanted to schedule me for Monday afternoon. When I protested, she explained that they were booked for Friday and did not work on weekends. I called another company and got the work done the next day. The company that came out (the next day) were able to complete the work in less than 1 hour.

They guy was terrific, he was on time, clean, and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out in no time at all.

An appointment made between 10 am and 2 pm. I made a very big deal on the phone about punctuality. The plumber was late. I sent him away.

I am glad I called them. It is hard to find good plumbers.

Punctual, pleasant and efficient. Moreover, much cheaper than any other quote I received.

I TOOK OFF 1/2 DAY FROM WORK TO MEET THE PLUMBER WHO, WITHIN A MINUTE OR SO, KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE DID NOT, HOWEVER, HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO CLEAR A DRAIN. ANOTHER APPOINTMENT HAD TO BE MADE FOR SEVERAL DAYS LATER. HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME A 1/2 HOUR TIME FOR THE 1ST VISIT, BUT IN THE END DID NOT. I ASKED FOR AN EARLY APPOINTMENT & WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE BETWEEN 8AM & 10AM. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD PLEASE MAKE ME THE FIRST STOP SO I WOULDN'T MISS WORK AGAIN. HE ARRIVED A LITTLE AFTER 10AM & HAD THE DRAIN CLEARED 5 MINUTES LATER. THE CHARGE WAS $65 BECAUSE OF A 1 HOUR MINIMUM. I ASKED IF HE WOULD RUN THE LINE THROUGH SOME OTHER DRAINS SINCE I HAD PAID FOR THE TIME. HE SAID THAT WOULD BE AN EXTRA $20 EACH. I HAD NOT BEEN TOLD THAT THERE WAS A 1 HOUR MINIMUM WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. JUST THAT THEY CHARGED BY THE HOUR, NOT BY THE JOB.

THEY ARE HARD TO GET A QUICK APPOINTMENT WITH, BUT ARE VERY GOOD WORKERS.

THEY WERE AT THE HOUSE WITHIN THE HOUR. THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY WITH GREAT PRICES.

I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

DID NOT ARRIVE DURING DESIGNATED TIMES. GENERALLY GOOD AT DIAGNOSING PROBLEM. TECHNICIAN WAS NEAT AND CLEAN.

THE MAN WAS REALLY CONSIDERATE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I GOT HIM THROUGH A HOME WARRANTY COMPANY.

TOOK TIME TO DO GOOD JOB.

ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION IN MY HOME. REPLACED THE DRAIN AT NO CHARGE.

THEY WERE QUICK AND CLEANED UP THE ASSOCIATED MESS. THEY WERE IN AND OUT EXTREMELY FAST. GOOD EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEMS, AND WOULD HIRE AGAIN.

THEY ARE POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. DO A FAST AND EFFICIENT JOB. PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD WORK AND THEY GET IT DONE WITH A MINIMUM OF FUSS AND DON'T LEAVE ANY MESS BEHIND.
