Charles was great! He arrived just a few minutes late but was clean cut, neat ready to work! He rekeyed all of my locks. One of my deadbolts had not been working correctly and he took the time to get it back in so it works great again. Very professional! I'm really glad I decided to call Charles instead of dismantling all of the locks myself and running to Home Depot to have them rekeyed! I could have saved a few dollars (really just a few!) but it would have been a lot more work for me!

Spoke to Charles day before appointment. He confirmed later in the evening including time of his appointment. The next day Charles arrived on time. Casually but meticulously dressed, Charles was pleasant and professional. After preliminary introductions, he started right to work. Along the way, he pointed out that some work was not necessary and would save us some money. He worked at a good pace, asked appropriate questions and did not engage in any "sales banter." He also made several sets of new keys for us. Charles was in and out in about an hour. Very happy with quality and price of his service.

CHARLES SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AT THE SHEDULED TIME. HIS WORK WAS NEAT AND EFFICIENT AND HE THROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE COUPLE OF UNEXPECTED PROBLEMS WITH TWO OF THE LOCKS. SUBJECT TO THE 2 PROBLEM LOCKS HIS CHARGES WERE EXACTLY AS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE AND FOR THE TIME HE NEEDED TO SPEND HIS CHARGES FOR THE 2 PROBLEM LOCKS WERE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO OTHERS.

Charles answered promptly (on a Saturday afternoon), and was at the house within an hour. The work was completed quickly, and at the quoted price.

Contacted AAL on Saturday evening around 5:45 PM, and owner promptly answered phone. AAL arrived at my home within 30 minutes. AAL's service was very prompt, professional, and courteous. Key was made and trunk was unlocked by 7:00 PM. Price was reasonable and without additional charges for Saturday night service. Most companies will not provide service on Saturday evenings and if they do, their charges are well over $100.00. AAL is coming back next week to made additional transponder keys for our vehicles. Will recommend to all family and friends needing locksmith service for their cars, home, business, et cetera. Excellent service was provided.

AFTER THE HOUSE KEYS WERE LOST BY OUR SON, WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE LOCKS ON OUR FRONT DOORS. THE COMPANY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD THE SITUATION. THEY PROMPTLY REPLACED BOTH THE FRONT DOOR LOCK AND THE FRONT SECURITY GATE DOOR LOCK. THEY WERE DONE IN MINIMAL TIME AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE TECH WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. HE PROVIDED ME WITH 3 SETS OF KEYS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
