I called Tiger Mechanical at 7:20 am and Tom was here at 9:30am. He replaced the control board and cleaned the condenser and we were back in business by 10:15am. We have had Tom here before on other repairs and he does an outstanding job. He is like one of the family!

Refrigerator had stopped working yesterday. Called on a Sunday and Tiger Mechanic fixed it!

Tom arrived within the promised time frame. He is professional and we are happy with his work.

Their pricing might be a little bit high but they were very punctual getting out here and I felt they were good. They knew what they were doing, it didn't take them very long to diagnose the problem, and they picked up the part and were back the next day to fix it. He got it taken care of quickly.

Since the person didn't know that it was a faulty part until he assessed the situation, he had to leave to get the part that was needed. Although he had to drive across town, he was able to return and install the part before the end of the day. His diligence was much appreciated.

rThe repairman was there around 45 minutes and most of that time was spent on running the dishwasher through its cycles to see where the lproblem might be. The only real problem seems to be me not knowing how to run a dish washer properly.

Top Shelf operation. This is a family owned business that is a pleasure to deal with.

I called them mid-day on Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule a Saturday appointment to look at my Kenmore washing machine. The tech showed up right on time and determined that the pump would need to be replaced. He said he could do the work - had the pump on his truck - but suggested I may not want to repair it as it was on its last leg. I paid the $80 service call and bought a new washer. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. The repair would have run about $350/400 and it didn't make sense to put that much $ into a dying machine. I would definitely use these guys again and give them my recommendation.

Even though Tom was not able to breathe life into our washer he used outside resources and his considerable knowledge to relieve the usual owner's stress.

Our Kenmore washing machine flooded our laundry room floor by not registering that the tub was full while in the rinse mode. After calling our insurance company, we called Tiger Mechanical since we needed someone to figure out what was wrong with the washer and help us decide whether it was repairable. In addition, the insurance would want to know what happened with the washing machine that flooded our laundry room, adjoined bathroom, hallway, den/t.v. room and even into the kitchen. :( Tom arrived on time and was very thorough in repairing the machine. After discussing the need and why, (there was a slow leak in our hoses) he changed the water hoses to high quality hoses.. He did not charge us extra to cut the hose off the faucet connection since it was so corroded because it came off fairly quickly. The cost for the new hoses was worth it. We appreciate finding good, honest appliance repairman who talks to us about what is happening and does not try to sell us something we don't need. Tom will also tell you about what he sees that you do need and why. He is an honest, hard-working man. He and his wife Barb make a great team. I highly recommend them for appliance repair. They know their stuff!!!!!

It was helpful to be told about wiping out the oven since we weren't aware to do that! Fast service. Nice people. The price seemed a little high especially since we supplied the element so we were paying only for labor. However. we appreciated the prompt response to our call and the quick work and knowledge by the serviceman.

Barb called the day of the appointment to let us know when to expect Tom. When he arrived, Tom checked the outlet and found burn marks on the outlet that were covered by the electrical plug. When he removed the face plate Tom found that the wiring was done incorrectly. He made a trip to the store, brought back the appropriate items and repaired the outlet. Tom is very professional, meticulous and personable. We are extremely pleased with his work and will call him the next time one of our appliances need repair. Both Barb and Tom are truly nice people. We highly recommend them!

Great. Totally impressed with this company. They responded very quickly and were able to repair the unit in minutes. The problem was identified, the part was in his truck, and my refrigerator is working like a champ!

Overall it went well. I learned some interesting techniques to use on my own behalf. Tom was also good about complimenting the folks who installed my fan venting system an air conditioner unit. He out did himself by checking the attice to see if the smoke from my ceiling fan was going into my attice. He even tighten a bolt on the steps up into the attic. I appreciated his efforts on my behalf.
