The technician showed up on time both visits. He was knowledgeable and educated me on the problem. I am very pleased with the service from Tiger Mechanical. Barb in the office is responsive, friendly and accommodating regarding scheduling.

My dryer wouldn't tumble. Turns out there was a little critter in the dryer that came in down through the duct! It jammed the dryer so it would not tumble. He went above and beyond getting that critter out of there. He fixed a few things, cleaned it up. Now it runs just great. So happy with the service. Definitely would use them again.

Great, Barbara is awesome, service was scheduled immediately, he was actually early for our appt. Fixed my maytag washer in no time, my dryer is not working right, he took a look at it and told me exactly what was wrong, no additional charge, it is not vented properly. . He was a wealth of info on many different appliances, a/c etc. great customer service, knowledgable, takes care of business, will definately be my go to company from now on. very hard to find honorable, reputable service people nowdays, but this company definately is all of the above and then some

The refrigerator was on and functioning normally when the technician left. He solved a really convoluted problem. I highly recommend the people at Tiger Mechanical. They come in an emergency and they stay until the issue is resolved.

When I called I told them what was wrong, Barb obtained the make and model of my washing machine and said that they'll look up the most common issues and make sure they have the parts on the truck. My husband was home, said that the gentleman was prompt, and showed him what was wrong, and even demonstrated what the issue was, and quoted the price. The washer was fixed that day, because they had the part there on the truck. Great job!!

I am so HAPPY with Tiger Mechanical. First time I called I spoke with Barb in the office. She was nice and efficient. Scheduled an appointment. She called 30 minutes before they arrived. They came in assessed the problem, ordered the parts, said they would call as soon as the parts came in. Barb called to let me know the parts were in and to schedule service. Every time Tom has been here he has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Checking all of my appliances to make sure they are all working. Even noticed that the board on my microwave was going bad. He ordered and replaced. My appliances are still under warranty. They are Viking. When he leaves, he makes sure he has not left a mess anywhere. He will always be my repair man.

A wire within the washer had been completely severed causing a communication error with the washing machine. Tom was able to repair the wire and get the unit up and running without us having to replace the entire wiring harness. They will also be repairing our refrigerator once the parts are received.

Went well. Diagnosis was quick and the tech knew what he was doing.

Gave estimate to fix refrigerator. Refrigerator is 13 years old and not worth the cost to fix. ALso, checked the drying cycle on dish washer. Made recommendations for it to work properly. Test ran and provided information on product to use as recommended by the manufacturer.

While cleaning and organizing under the kitchen sink I noticed one of our water shut off handles was broken off. Then the garbage disposal jammed. My husband unjammed it with a hammer. Then we noticed it was leaking. We called Tiger Mechanical to have Tom come to look at what needed to be done. He said we needed a new garbage disposal and new shut off valves. He came on 10/17/2013. He said he'd have to pick up the disposal and shut off handles and would call to reschedule another time to come out. They called and scheduled Monday 10/28/2013 between 10am and 2pm. Tom came and installed the items then showed us how to turn off the valves or handles. Shortly after he left I turned on the water and found I had poor water pressure. I called their office. Barb, Tom's wife, said she'd tell him. He came back and cleaned out the faucet explaining any time you have high mineral water like we do and you change water lines it stirs up the minerals in the lines. He apologized and said he should have checked it before he left.He got it all cleaned out and the water pressure back. He also asked about our water softener stating that we shouldn't have the mineral deposit on the faucet if our softener is working right. He told us that any power outage can knock out the correct reading on the softener. He told us we're not using enough salt. So we know to check the softener. :-)

We noticed that our refrigerator was making a strange noise every now and then for about a day or so. However, it wasn't until Saturday morning that we noticed that items in our freezer were starting to thaw. I looked through the local providers on the list that would provide Saturday service, and Tiger Mechanical was the only one. I gave them a call and within about an hour and a half we had a tech show up to take a look. He investigated and found that the part that starts the compressor to cool the refrigerator had gone out. He replaced it and tested it to make sure that was it and not the compressor. Everything worked beautifully. I was impressed with the prompt response, the professionalism of the technician, and the quality of the work. I gave a B on price simply because I didn't have anyone else to compare it to. I would definitely use them again.

We found that it is difficult to get a repairman for Samsung refrigerators because it is so difficult to get the parts from Korea. Tiger Mecanical came out the same day I called which was extremely helpful since everything had thawed in our refrigerator and freezer. When he pulled out our refrigerator, it was obvious that we had forgotten to pull it out and clean behind it often enough. The compressor was overheated, and he had to replace the starter which he happened to have on his truck.. He cooled down the compressor. It worked and the refrigerator and freezer have worked fine since. Obviously we cleaned out behind the refrigerator thoroughly. We didn't get a discount, but he said the part is guaranteed for 5 years although it wasn't listed on the invoice.

It went smooth and was a very easy process setting up and having the motor replaced.

We called this company because of their good reviews and were not disappointed. They are a wonderful, professional family business. They were able to fit us in same-day, which makes an impression when your only fridge and freezer stop working. They called to let us know ETAs. They were honest and knowledgeable. Honest, explained their theories (which proved to be correct), told us how to get warranty from GE to resolve this, even made the initial contact. Saved us lots of money. Nice guys, too, and seemed very knowledgeable.

My refrigerator died late Sat. late afternoon. I called and they came out Sunday morning first thing. His wife told me she would call when he was on his way (between 8-10am) and by 9 she called and Tom was at my house within 10 minutes. Tom was wonderful. He checked everything out and luckily for me it was not the compressor. He was extremely professional and was very careful not to do anything to harm my very new wood floors - much appreciated. I would use this company again and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable appliance repair company
