Amazing team that really went above and beyond to complete a beautiful exterior paint job super quick.

I was impressed with Sam's presentation the first time he came to our home. I felt reassured and confident with his professionalism, knowledge and competency. During the six weeks Sam worked to remodel our kitchen, I felt increasingly trusting of his skills. His staff likewise, were friendly, courteous, responsible and skilled. I really appreciated having a day by day itinerary of what to expect, as well as full awareness of our costs at the point of contract-signing and throughout the project's evolution. Sam checked-in daily to assess whether all work was to our satisfaction, and was helpful and encouraging with the selections we made during the kitchen remodel. The company adhered to a tight schedule without missteps. I also had our ceilings refinished in two rooms, new lighting installed, stair-railing refinished, a front door set stained and installed, a bathroom painted with plumbing repairs done and the installation of a toilet. With each completed project, new work was requested due to the fine results we experienced. We would welcome Unique Coatings and Construction back into our home for additional work without question.

On Time and On Budget. What else can you ask for ? Crew was very friendly and professional and left the job clean every night. My wife works nights/sleeps during the day so our request to be as quiet as possible was achieved. They also did some other special tasks that were not part of the quote at no charge. Highly recommend.

This company is outstanding. Sam Coffey is pleasant and easy to work with and provided a detailed proposal , then provided everything in the proposal as written. Benito and Pablo were excellent foremen that provided more than asked for or expected. The entire work crew is diligent and hard working. Best customer service of any industry we've ever used. We knew what to expect with each day's workload during our master bath remodel. All workers were here on time and worked efficiently. Their expertise, friendliness and courteousness made this remodel go smoothly. The contractor was professional and prompt. He was very good at explaining the details of the project, and the invoice was clear. The workers were respectful of our daily routines and they finished the work efficiently, as well as cleaned their work areas well.

The workers were very professional; the showed up on time and let me know what they were going to do that day. They did an awesome job prepping the house and used a great primer. The only thing that needed more attention was a strip of my fence that was not painted and some paint chipped on mt patio that was painted. I mentioned that to them and they came to my house and fixed the problems to my satisfaction. Best customer service that I have ever had with a construction company other than my own family who treated me a little better, but not by much. I would say they treat you like family.

The guys who painted our house were very good and fast. We had a minor water damage in the laundry room baseboard and these guys replaced them and looks brand new now. We also had busted light bulbs that are 25 feet from the floor which we couldn't replace but these guys set up their ladder and replaced them all. So thankful to these guys. Thinking about getting the exterior painted now since we're so happy with the interior.

Sam Coffey and his team are amazing knowledgeable and a very professional organization. I was having issues with my stucco paint and stucco itself peeling and falling off the walls. This was due to efflorescence where salts in the stucco mix with water to create alkali salts and create a white powder on your walls. Most painters don't know what this is or how to stop it. Fortunately Sam at UC&C knew about it and knew what coatings to put on my exterior walls to prevent it from happening again! Sam and his crew are fast, efficient, on time, very knowledgeable and nice friendly people to deal with. I would Highly!! Recommend you use Sam at Unique Coatings And Construction. Sam and his crew did an outstanding job remodeling our guest bathroom. The quality of work, cleanliness, professionalism and punctuality were the best I have ever experienced. There were no surprises throughout the whole project, Sam is an excellent communicator and project manager and a heck of a nice guy. I will never use anyone else again. They left everything spotless when the project was completed. I am having them come back to remodel our master bath and paint the master bedroom next year. Keep up the fantastic work Sam!!

Sam and team are awesome! They had the best quote and best reviews and we are so happy to have gone with them for our bathroom remodel. Sam did an excellent job keeping us up to date each step of the way with what was happening next and what we needed to do next. He was extremely friendly and helpful, like when we called for advice when we were a little overwhelmed picking out tile. I like the fact that I met and knew everyone on his team that worked on our bathroom. Our dog really liked them and got excited every morning as the team came to the door. They were great making sure she didn't get out and also gave her a few pets as well. We looked at the work that was done each night and were amazed not just at how much they got done, but also the quality of work and attention to detail. We will be calling Sam when we are ready to remodel our other bathroom and hope Benito and Saul on his team are available as we really like their work and craftsmanship. I asked for a few of Sam's cards to give to neighbors and friends to recommend him and his team as well.

Very Profesional!

Contractor and workers were efficient and cleaned area daily before they left for the day. I liked how the contractor let me know daily what was going to happen each day in terms progress. Great experience. The bathroom remodel is beautiful. They gutted entire bathroom and installed new vanity, tiled floors, and created a pony wall for large glass tiles shower enclosure. I purchased a marble slab and contractor had it fabricated per my specifications for pony wall ledge and bench seat. All turned out great.

Did a great job. Would highly recommend them. Showed up on time and finished on schedule. Cleaned up well. Great team.

Sam Coffey and team saved me from a horrific mess I'd gotten myself into. I had actually selected another contractor and that relationship soon went south. While it was doing so, I did what I should have done initially - called Sam's references. I started doing so around 5:00PM one afternoon - a time when many are on the road and can't talk. I left messages and each and every one called me back saying that they needed to let me know what an excellent experience they had had with UCC. I now can concur. Who goes out of their way to call an inquiring stranger regarding the work their kitchen and bath guy did?? UCC's customers do... The four things you get with Sam and team are 1) an incredibly transparent and objective approach to requirements (such as permits, etc.), 2) a very honest and accurate assessment of time required, schedule, daily updates on what was completed that day and what to expect over the next several days, 3) a very reliable team that has been with Same for years, and 4) a detailed estimate covering your preliminary requirements, but always a willingness to discuss options that invariably arise through the process. Sam came in, buttoned up quotes for two bathrooms and a kitchen, ran me through the gauntlet of style and materials selections, pulled all permits, set me up on a three week schedule, salvaged crap work the previous contractor left behind, worked around a few other crews that were in the house doing other work, and finished all of it on schedule just as he said he would. Unheard of... But, go back to the references. Just call his, call me if you like, you'll not be able to find a legitimately unsatisfied client. UC&C was a beacon of hope and a rock of honesty in sea of shysters only playing at being construction contractors. If you can get Sam's time, jump at it.
