Unique Coatings and Construction worked with me to stay within that budget while not compromising quality. Sam, the owner / contractor, of Unique Coatings & Construction and I met to discuss my project and he gave me a proposal. He wasn't the lowest nor the highest bidder. I hired his company because my wife and I felt that Sam kept his interest with our project. Our project in mind was not a huge job for other contractors but Sam kept his interest and he kept in touch with me. His crew were very professional and personable. They kept the work area very clean and every day the job was done they would put things away and keep it the area clean as they originally found it. My questions and concerns were always answered by Sam or his crew.

This was the first large scale 'home project' I have ever done, and Sam from Unique Coatings & Construction was very helpful and supportive the entire way. He helped me understand the 'process', and was always extremely willing and patient to review even the most minor of details. Extremely professional. Completed everything promised - we had Sam's crew scrap acoustical ceilings and patch and paint 3 interior rooms - excellent work. Completed within a very short time with minimal inconvenience. Crew was friendly, had great attitudes, non invasive and FAST! Used best quality products and were sticklers for perfection. We will use Unique Coatings again in a heartbeat. Sam also had his carpenter install 4 new doors for us - oh and I almost forgot, he was the lowest bid we got and the crew showed up on time every day and was very clean with their work.

The project come out great! They always showed up on time, project was finished on schedule, they were always willing to work around our schedule. They were very nice about coming back to our house and retouching anything we may of missed during the walk through. They are a great team and will always work with them on future projects.

I shopped around and got 3 quotes, his quote is neat and price is very reasonable. After I read the customer reviews, I decided to use them, for removing our popcorn ceiling and inside painting for the whole house, they did a good job and finished the job as the owner Sam predicted before they started, which I couldn't believe. I am glad I made a right choice, the only thing is, I am not very comfortable there is a little rush on the payment and final work through. Because I prefer to do final work through during the day time when is brighter. I think you can require it. Overall, we are happy with them and would like to work with them again.

We had a difficult project with wallpaper on the walls for 20 years in our kitchen and laundry room. The wall finish after the removal of the paper and the wall prep was very good and the results were beautiful. Our kitchen cabinets look new and we love the finish. Sam and his crew went above and beyond for us and were excellent to work with. We love our results and recommend Unique Coatings to handle all our future painting projects.

I recently purchased a condominium in Cypress, CA and was in need of a painting and handyman services. I ended up contracting Unique Coatings as they were able to provide a full solution to all of my various needs and was fair in negotiating a reasonable price for the work being done. During the course of the project I had various issues arise that needed to be addressed and Sam and his crew were there to help. The job they did was awesome and the place looks spectacular. They painted every inch of the condo and did a killer crown molding and put an awesome new garage floor in for me and can�t say enough about how easy Sam was to work with and help me get my new place showcase.
