The painting and construction were superb! The end results are spectacular! Throughout the project I was consistently pleased. There were no surprises --starting with a website showing names/faces of workers; quote detailing each area; each worker had expertise in their area of painting or construction and/or electrical. They finished right on schedule. I have already starting telling my friends about Unique Coatings.

Sam and crew did a fantastic job painting our house. All works was done on time and to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company to everyone. Sam is a general contractor and was able to install a new door and remove an old patio cover. All other painters we called referred us to someone else. Great to have someone who can do it all. I would say Sam is the best contractor that has worked for us over the 15 years we have been in our house, and we have had many. Do not hesitate to hire this company.

Sam and his crew were always on time, my job started and finished when promised to my satisfaction. Sam kept me updated daily on progresses, I am very happy with teh outcome, I woudl highly recommend Sam and his team for any project and I will use his services in teh near future.

The communication and professionalism was excellent. They always listened to my concerns and followed through with what we wanted. Always showed up, protected all my furniture and cleaned up very well each day.

I consider myself a perfectionist and someone that is hard to work for, Sam and his excellent crew met or exceeded my expectations on what I could have hoped for in a construction company. The two major bath remodels we did with them, a master bath and a hall bath were completely gutted down to the framing including the sub-floors, plumbing and electrical were moved or added. The finished baths turned out exactly how I wanted them, any concerns or questions I had were promptly handled to my satisfaction. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I have more work that needs to be done and Sam will get my business, he's earned it.

Sam Coffee and his team did a great job and they got the job done quickly. Sam was very responsive. It was great to be able to call the owner directly and always get quick feedback. Great guy, I will certianly work with him on my next home improvement project.

My project started as just the house interior painting, then it ended up with all kinds of handyman work to basically fix every little thing on top of painting. I didn't plan on it, but I am glad that I did. My house looks very nice and I am happy with the crew.

Sam and his crew did a wonderful job on my late father's house.They transformed the house from a run down gloomy house,to a vibrant cheerful house that was move in ready.All this while intrusting them with the house while I was in Washington state.It was a total transformation, complete with a new bathroom. They had it done in a little under a month,and it was back on the market with a currant offer at this time!Even after they completed the job,they made sure to come back and finish some odds and end that got over looked.If you are looking for honest,integrable people to work with,you have chosen the right pro!They put my past exp to shame!!

Sam and company were very professional and courteous. They had a big job to do and were able to accommodate changes we needed to make along the way. Their price was more than fair and despite some unexpected items did not "nickle and dime" us like we've encountered with numerous other contractors. Sam put us at ease throughout the project with his knowledge and demeanor. He was also able and willing to schedule around our other contractors which was a big help to us. It's important not to forget the employees (often subs for many contractors, but not here) who were very friendly and professional as well. We highly recommend UC&C.

I just want to thank everyone at Unique Coatings & Construct that had a hand in any of the work that we had done for doing a GREAT job....The Quality, Service and timing could not have been better. Once again thanks from both the wife and I for a job very well done....... :-)

Sam and his crew did a superb job on a difficult paint job. My house has a great deal of wood trim which was in poor condition. They did the time-consuming prep. They were always on time, cleaned up and gave me very good value for the money., & very pleasent to deal with.

Sam and his crew were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job replacing a shower, interior and exterior painting and repairing and replacing exterior wood trim. They bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. Best of all, they were extremely fast!

Could have been more thorough with power washing, I felt the worker was being rushed. Everything else was great.
