Description of Work: I went in for an oil change and because I was hearing a bumping noise underneath the car. Tony was able to tell me exactly what the car needs, even though I was very upset at my previous mechanic; it seems that when they did the struts on my front end, they only changed one of them...Tony assures me the norm is to change both of them. So I am now off to fight with the old mechanic to get those struts replaced-for free! Nonetheless, I will be back to see Tony at Oasis as he said that my car will need breaks in the next six months...My husband and I are also recommending Oasis to our kids! We were impressed with Tony's candor and professionalism...never mind that I paid 40% less for my synthetic oil and filter change from my last mechanic...
