+ -1 moreI had two ancient garage door openers that needed to be replaced. At the same time, they replaced the rollers. My springs were recently replaced. A different company told me I MUST replace the springs, but these guys were honest and explained the other company was just trying to upsell me on work that wasn't necessary. Amazingly fast at getting the job done after I called, and extremely fair price! I highly recommend calling Seth Neumann for any garage door needs.

Description of Work: Seth Neumann came out on the day I called for help.He quickly identified the problem & went for parts.He returned 30 minutes later & went to work. He added a supporting metal beam to correct some sag in the door. Replaced the bracket the Liftmaster opener attached too. He straightened one of the tracks that the rollers ride on. He then adjusted & leveled the door, tightened the springs,lubed the belt & rollers & replaced the weather strip on the bottom of the door. All this at a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure to have such a well trained tech working on your things.

+ -1 moreIt couldn't have gone better! Seth is very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem over the phone. He said he'd confirm that when he came to the house, and he did. He installed a complete new opener system. He spotted some parts that had already been replaced on my door and advised me about the weak spring. I think I'm going to have him come back and do the springs for me just so I know that it's all new and dependable. Seth is easy to talk to, he gives you the information so that you can feel like you're making an informed decision, and he is meticulous about his work and clean-up afterwards. Yes, I'll definitely recommend him and hire him again; and in fact I won't look for or call anyone else.
Description of Work: The circuit board went bad on my opener, and Neumann Overhead Doors installed a new system (which is WAY nicer than the one that went bad).
