Best termite service I've seen

They were great. They arrived on time for the inspection and Brandon was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very professional in his approach and did not pressure me into my decision to have the treatment done. I did hire their company to perform a corrective and preventive termite treatment around the perimeter of the house. They also drilled holes into the concrete in the garage where termite tubes were found and injected them with Termidor HE. The concrete was drilled and injected around the perimeter of the house where necessary also. The treatment guys did a great job too. They were both friendly and professional. The company has been a pleasure to deal with. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Magic pest was the only company that actually did a full inspection of my home. One other didn't even want to look inside my home, this after i told them there was a spot inside that needed to be looked at. Magic Pest was great and showed up on time and finish when they said they would and also explained everything being done .Prices were what I expected them to be for the service being done,

Very professional and on time. Procedure explained in great detail. They did forget to fill one of the holes they drilled in the garage floor, but otherwise the visit on time and unobtrusive.

Focus on service and knowing about termites and what to look for in an inspection in AZ. Showed where previous treatments done and what to look for on exterior and interior.

Prior termite company went OOB. Magic Pest will be my new termite treatment company. They leveraged prior inspections and gave updates from my last 5yr treatment. Friendly pest specialists. Looking at changing my regular pest control to Magic as well.

The technicians left without informing and without any walk-through when the work was completed. Although they knew I was waiting on them.

The termite treatment went well, we'll find out if it worked in a couple weeks since it's slow acting poison. We were instructed to move a bunch of furniture away from the walls during the inspection, and the people who came out later said we moved way more than necessary, so that was irritating.

The technician was polite, informed and very helpful!
