Termite process was very good but the office did not schedule pest, so no equipment. A 1 hour job took 4. Most of it waiting on equipment.

They prompt and professional. They did a full inspection and they knew exactly what to do. A bit expensive

Richard and Alex arrived on time, their work was done quickly and expertly. Only minor issue I had was on clean up. The gravel they moved to trench around the house could have been replaced with a little more care, so that it looked like it did before they started. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the job.

Very happy with Magic Pest Control’s work. Very knowledgeable techs, great service time (my last company took over a month to come out for a treatment on an existing warranty, Magic was able to come out within a couple of days), and were able to drill through the tile in our addition without breaking any of the tiles.

This is by far the best company in the valley for termite problems. They know what they're doing, guarantee their work, ask a fare price, and provide lots of useful information to the home owner. Beware of companies that don't guarantee their work!

They were very fast to respond to my request for termite treatment. This company offered a $5 year warrenty, which no other company offered. I got 4 bids, and thiswas by far the best bid. The men who came to my house were very friendly, quick, and professional. Done in about 2 hrs. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Only time will tell me if the termites are go e, however.
