Not only was the sales person nice and very knowledgeable, but the worker crew was cautious, curtious and all spoke english. No question was silly for these guys I feel 100% comfortable with their service and would happily have them back if I need termite service again.

On time and diligent. They recommended over the phone that I do one session now then another two weeks later, but the guy who came said that one session would be plenty and that I wouldn't need another. I really appreciated the honesty. It saved me money and earned my trust. Definitely use them!

First visit; FANTASTIC! On time, professional and courteous. Very pleased at first. HOWEVER, no one at Magic Pest Control has returned TWO messages I left with them to discuss warranty-related work. I cannot, therefore, recommend Magic to the 1800+ members of my HOA (of which I'm a governing member) until I am confident in this company's warrants and representations. Like the reviews say, Nelson called and was out for an inspection the same day I signed up for servicemagic.com. He was friendly, thorough and offered the most competitive termite extermination price. I would definitely recommend him for termites. I received estimates from 4 other termite companies and Magic was the best. They did a great job too and took care of everything they said they would. We even have a shed on the side of our house that we cleaned out, but couldn't move, so Nelson and one of his guy's lifted it up so they could trench and fill the side or our house with Termidor. Great service!

Magic Pest Control was great! They came at the scheduled time and did a quick, effective job at exterminating the ants in and around our home. Nelson was polite and I would definitely call them again if I needed an exterminator.

They came out the day Icalled and scheduled the treatment promptly. I was home during the treatment and know that they did everything they proposed. they were very prompt, I called to get a termite estimate and he came out that same day. Turn around time was a day; I didn't have to wait days for them to come treat my house. Super nice and informative.

The big disappoinment and sole reason I would not recommend Magic Pest Control is because I had a coupon for $100.00 off a Termite Treatment, after the technician finished the work and it was time to pay, I presented him with payment and the coupon. He called Nelson Ruiz, who refused to take the coupon because Nelson was not aware I had it. It should be noted, no where on the coupon does it say - coupon must be presented prior to service. I thought Nelson should have honored the coupon as this was the first time I have ever used Magic Pest Control and his refusal to honor his coupon left a bad impression on me.
