What a great company to deal with. Nelson contacted me within 10 minutes of placing my call to Service Magic and was able to come out later that afternoon to give me a quote. Other companies weren't able to come out for 4 days to give me an estimate... After looking over all of the previous reviews here, I had decided that enough people had done multiple estimates and chosen Magic due to their warranty and pricing, that I didn't need to do the same; besides, I was very happy with the quote. We encountered some extra items that we weren't aware of at the walk-through and the guys handled it well and thorougly and kept their quote price.

Magic Pest Control provided a very friendly and efficient service. They were very professional and did a great job.

Their inspection and explanation of treatment was very thorough. They arrived on-time to do the treatment, cleaned everything up afterwards and put everything back in place that had to be moved out of the way.

The service was superior. The day I placed my inquiry on the Service Magic website, we were contacted within minutes of submitting my request. They were out the next day to do a full and very thorough inspection and made us comfortable with what needed to be done. We scheduled an appt that day. They were right on time the day of the appt and were very professional and polite. We were are very satisfied with our service and will recommend Magic Pest Control to our friends and neighbors. His bid followed and was very agreeable compared to the other 2 bid I had rec'd from major companies. I called him back next day and he accepted the job I offered to him. Nelson and Magic Pest Control were great! They responded to my request within minutes of me submitting it, they came out that same day and gave me a reasonable bid. Nelson also helped me become more educated about termites in general and about my house specifically. He was very friendly and knowledgable. The work was completed a few days after my request. Nelson and his team were extremely through and clean. They left the house in exactly the same condition as when they arrived. I also appreciated the fact that Nelson did a final walk-through with me before he left to explain things and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great job!

After calling around, Nelson won my trust. He and his crew did a very good job for my termite and bee control. They were honest, professional and responsive to online requests and phone calls. Their price is one of the best. Nelson called as soon I put a request via Servicemagic, came to examine the house right away and finished the job the day after. With so many companies around, they earn a lot of business by their reputation.
