Very throrough, Adam pulled up part of carpeting to find indoor source of termites on theinside. The team was very thorough on outside coverage, explaining everything. I found the warranty very fair with terms of coverage and have recommended magic to a couple of folks.

When talking with Mr Ruiz, he was helpful, informative and courteous. Neil, the technician in charge of our termide situation, was also courteous, knowledgeable and explained the whole scenario to us both days. The crew was VERY thorough. I have already recommended them to friends.
