Nelson reponded to my on-line inspection request immediately, he has someone down to give me a free inspection within one day and within a week the service was complleted! The inspecton visit was very informative and he fit the job into MY schedule... a big plus for me ;)

From the first call we got to set up an estimate to the actual treatment day everyone was great. All steps were explained and the price was great. We even added our second house and were able to get them done on the same day! Thanks to all!

We were in a rental at the time of service and didn�t want to spend a lot of money or endure a ton of sales pitches. Unfortunately, I couldn't give a "5" rating on quality, because the product is liquid and stained the concrete. Since the tile in the home was quite dark, the residue was very apparent once dry. Nevertheless, we were assured the product was both kid/pet friendly, and the price was unbelievably reasonable. The technician was very professional and punctual. The company is efficient, provided excellent customer service, and the product did perform as promised, but I prefer the dry products that don't stain.
