Inspector answered all my questions and more. There was no padding of the inspection to raise the price, which I've experienced in the past from other companies. Step by step process was explained to me. Service was fine and I appreciate the customer service of both inspector and service techs.

I should ve read the Yelp reviews before I hired this company. I hired this company for termites and they will sell you the service and never honor the yearly contract. Nelson R*** is the owner and I found out after the fact that everything he stated was to get a sale and never to honor the contract. Whatever you do do not get scammed like I did. I contacted them before my contract ended in 2018 several times but they never called back. I continuously called them and they stated they tried to work with me but they did not even bother. I found out later that this company is not financially stable and he has another job to keep this company afloat. You want to hire a larger company that is financially stable so they honor the contract. Also, get it done right and use a highly rated company not a 3-4 man shop like this one. They had also damaged my home when they drilled and left concrete all over several spots. The damage of my home was costly. The technicians showed up driving a beat up truck and had other side jobs. What was also so unprofessional and tacky is that a vulgar employee named Cindy C******* will eventually respond back, verbally demean and attack you. I was stunned that this company allows for such behavior. There are a lot of pest control companies out there just make certain if you deal with a contract make sure the company is honest and financially stable.

I had hired them to do some termite repair work. the caps that they had put on did not match at first. They came back out and fixed it and did a good job except for the cement gray color.
