They did everything they said they would. Nelson with our termite & Richard with our ant situation. We are now on a monthly schedule with Richard. The deciding factor was their warranty/guarantee compared to the other companies.

Nelson arrived early, did a thorough inspection of the foundation and walls and answered any questions I had. His team arrived early as well, assisted me in completing moving objects away from the walls in my garage in preparation, then proceeded to complete the job in a professional manner. Nelson told me to give them a call in a few months when I plan on remodeling my bathroom shower so they can come out and treat the ground under it free of charge. The price was fair and 5-year warranty outstanding. I would definitely recommend Magic Pest Control.
