The entire process was seamless, and the price was great (especially considering the 5 year product/labor warranty and the $95/year renewal after warranty. Everyone was on time, answered all my questions and concerns, and cleaned up fantastically!

Adam did what he said he would do. He had to put up with the yappy dog. I liked the initial inspection and attention to my areas of concern. I did not get a 2nd quote. The 5 year warranty is a plus.

Nelson came out and did a free inspection for me. I'm showed him the tunnels in my baseboard and the culprits. They were winged ants! He told me they were just using the tunnels from 10 years ago on baseboards that had never been replaced. We went outside and he inspected the area and confirmed they were just ants. He checked the rest of the property, but we were fine. I was so happy! I would absolutely use them again, because someday I'm sure I will need them. I was going to add, he offered to spray for the ants for $30, but noted all the dead bugs and asked if I'd sprayed. I told him I had, and he said that should do it. No upsale, no gimmicky stuff. That's refreshing.

The inspection impressed me. The first time they came out to spray, they changed the graph and missed a couple places. I called and asked about that, and they sent another crew out the very next day to fix all my questioned areas. I was very impressed.

I had three quotes and Magic was the only one that was professional and explained step by step how they would eradicate the termites.

This company gave me the most thorough inspection, the most pertinent information for treatment and the best value for our money. They are a local company and that was important to us. Nelson was absolutely wonderful to work with. The team who came to perform the treatment was professional and friendly. They use the newest and best products and are even willing to return to treat the interior rooms as we replace flooring. I highly recommend them.

Presented detailed layout of the work to be performed which was followed in all cases. A slight glitch occurred when they ran out of chemicals but they responded well and finished up the work on the second day. Good communication from their headquarters on arrival times.

We enjoyed the friendly, earnest, hard-working gentlemen working in extreme heat and getting the job done within 4 hours. They did a very neat job, were pleasant and answered all our questions.
