I got quotes for this service from 3 other companies. All were within $50 of each other. Magic Pest did 2 things that caused me to hire them. They gave a 5 year warranty and no other company did. They had a very informative color brochure that explained the whole process and emphasized the chemical they used was pet friendly. I have a very expensive bird and this was very important to me as I had lost 2 bird prior to a chemical used in my house.

I initially called Magic for a termite inspection and re-treatment and hired them for my complete pest control needs. The technician did a thorough job and explained everything he did and what to expect. I would recommend Magic Pest Control to anyone.

Home advisor selected a great company for us to do business with. I had originally called Orkin but wanted to check a few places first. Magic was able to come out the next day. Nelson explained what their company has to offer for future services, guaranteed their work for one year and gave us a report right away. Nelson was very professional and I would definitely use this company again and feel very comfortable referring business to Magic.

Both the owner/representative and the workmen were pleasant, easy to deal with and willing to answer whatever questions I had.

I rated the value for the money but I really will not know for about a month, however I have always heard termidor is a very good product. They were friendly, on time and went beyond the job requirements. I am very pleased with their work.

Magic Pest performed the work promptly and professionally. I was initially impressed with the 5 year guarantee and the very reasonable contract renewal cost. Additionally, I checked out this company, and others, with the Phoenix Better Business Bureau and the Licensing and Certification Division and found this company's licensing and certification to be in order. Finally, the two employees who performed the work (Mark and Kyle) were very courteous and professional. All in all, a very positive experience.
