Magic Pest Control was very accomadating to meet with me on my schedule. Not only did they offer a lower bid for the same type of work and chemicals used for termites. They suggested to have more work done than the other companies I had received bids from. Not only would I recommend Home Adviser to others I also would recommend Magic Pest Control

He is pretty helpful. Other company that my buyer hired to do termite inspection refused to move TV away from the garage wall so that he can treat the wall on that side. But Nelson is willing to help me out . I was not there to see how he works, but i know he showed up on time and I got the report at timely manner..

I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THAT I HAD TO HAVE EVERYTHING OUT FROM UNDER THE GARAGE SHELF, SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK WED. AT 7 A.M. THEY DID NOT SHOW; WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID I WAS NOT ON THE SCHEDULE...THEY DID COME LATER THAT DAY. SO ALL GOT DONE.

A family business that is locally owned with quality service and product. They explained what and why they were doing certain things a certain way and were extremely polite and thorough. The crew cleaned up after their treatment. I feel confident they will be there if I ever need treatment in the future. I would recommend to anyone.
