Heath at Concrete Services called me within 20 minutes of submitting the request which made a good impression right off the bat. He came out the next day to look the job, a driveway extension over, told me exactly what he would do and why, took some measurements and made a verbal bid, following with a written confirmaitn by email. One other contractor came in a bit higher and didn't seem to care much and a third contractor never called. Heath and I arranged a date and on the day he showed up on time and got to work. He and his crew did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
