I was very specific in the way that I wanted the TV and stereo system to look and sound, and he was able to accommodate my perfectionist viewpoint. During the process Mike took the time to explain what he was doing and the time frame that it was going to take. Even after the installation, I know that I can call upon my Mike to answer any question that I might have and know that he will respond quite rapidly.
The company was on-time and on-budget. Had 1 minor programming error in the universal remote that was fixed the next day with a no-cost service visit.
