Description of Work: Replaced all windows and glass sliding door. Installation of one screened security door. |Installers were prompt and courteous. Explained before starting how everything would be done. Two main installers attentive to protection of interior from dust. There were a couple warranty issues regarding the product which were handled immediately and completely. Would use this company again and currently considering the addition of another screened security door.

Description of Work: Affordable installed 3 large (picture window size), windows with one sliding opening, one with two sliding openings; they also installed 2 bedroom sized windows with arched tops, and one bay window with window seat. We were pleased with the workmanship and the product quality, and with the clean-up they did before they left. Would recommend.

Description of Work: They replaced a dual pane window that had cracked. I was happy with the overall results. They eventually got the right window, but they had to come out three times. They came out and measured it, then the second trip they brought out a window but realized they brought the wrong sized window, so the third time they came, the window was correct. I did have to take off work three times which was burdensome; however, they were very apologetic and even put in a temporary window at no extra charge until they got the correct window. Their craftsmanship was very good.

Description of Work: I purchased three windows from Affordable. I originally went to them because of their manufactured windows. That model was outside my budget. However, I purchased three aluminum replacement windows. They were more expensive than another quote I got, but the owner seemed knowledgeable and professional and they return phone calls promptly. Delivery was 2 or 3 weeks later than estimate. Installation was quick. They did not inform me up front about the less expensive alternatives. I asked them after speaking to other providers. Quality seems good.
