Jeff was professional, courteous, and thorough. He asked what type of trouble we may have had with insects. Then he explained what he planned to do, and how that would take care of the challenges that we had, and how his treatment would work. He also said that we might see a few dead critters that the chemicals had flushed out, but that should be the extent. He also said that if we had any sightings after, then we should call the office and he would come back out.

Great, responsible, timely, professional Service. Always quick responses over the years when we've had specific problems between regular scheduled service. Once it was ants after a particularly bad rain storm that drove a trail of them into my casita. At another time, we had some Desert Rat activity around our BBG. Both were handled quickly and successfully when I called in for help. Highly recommend their services!

We have been with Cummings for MANY years. Chris does our regular service. He is always friendly and helpful! My dogs love him and he always has a biscuit for them. Brent arrived on time for my monthly service and then we walk to a condominum I house sit in the summer months. When we walked in we immediately saw dead roaches in all the rooms especially the bathroom. I picked up the toilet lid to check the water level and to flush it. It was full of live and dead roaches and came screaming out of the bathroom! He went in and sprayed the toilet and flushed it. He could have left me to pick all of these awful bugs up but calmed me down to find broom and dustpan and helped me clean it all up. I thanked him profusely. That help was above the call of duty! I have used Cummings for years and have no complaints.

I am very satisfied with Cummings Termite & Pest Control. I have contracted with them for many years. They do a great job. Besides regular outdoor spraying of my property, Cummings also handles my yearly termite protection. I like the idea of never having to worry about pest control around my house. I know Cummings is handling everything for me. Whenever contacted, their staff is courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Cummings for all pest control needs.
