I thought he did a good job at first but then I found a few tiles I stll had to scrub. He did a great job on the carpets. He got spots out that I could not get out.

We usually steam clean our carpets but they talked us into foam. We are so happy we took their advice. Our carpets came out better then they usually do. Very clean, soft scent in the house and they dried quickly.

This is the second time I have used them. They show up on time and do a good job.

The technician was very professional and considered many elements (such as neighboring floor types and the type of carpet we had) in recommending the type of cleaning that would be best. Since our carpeted rooms border laminate flooring areas he recommended not using too much water in the carpet cleaning process in order to avoid any leeching to the adjoining laminate and we totally understood that and agreed with that recommendation as we had previously had some buckling of an area in our laminate due to excess moisture. He also moved everything we wanted moved out of each room. The carpets came out so beautiful.

Phil was on time and professional. He was kind enough to work around my busy schedule with two little kids and work. They even rearranged their own schedule to accommodate mine. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. Infact, I just spoke with them today to clean my persian rug! I recommended Deep Clean Carpet Clean to my manager and I will spread the word.
