CHC under promised and over delivered. I called at 7:30a and the dispatch noted a tech would stop by after 12:00 noon but he (Austin) arrived around 10:00a. Austin met my wife and she showed him the way while I was at work. He called in a few minutes and updated me on the fixes and costs which were both reasonable. There was NO up-sell, only an offer for future A/C and furnace maintenance. I would use again in a heart beat. Thank you Chino Heating!

The entire process took two trips, only because a needed part was not on the service technician's truck. However, the entire process was very professional and thorough. The staff, which fielded my call for service inquiry and an appointment, very professionally and politely answered all my questions concerning the depth of the inspection, thoroughness, various plans they offered and the costs associated with each. The technician who executed the inspection and replaced two system components was very well acquainted with the systems and spent several hours examining the systems. He arrived on time and was professional in his manner and dress. I had never used Angie's List before, but I am glad it came to mind when looking to service these systems. I later used it to find a house cleaning service, which to date exceeds my expectations. I rent this house and wanted to be able to give the owner (out of state) a complete report as to the condition of his property. Both, he and I are pleased with the entire process. As for Chino Heating and Cooling, I am content and expect to continue using them in the future. I can see why this company has rated so high in this category.

I am pretty self sufficient when it comes to taking care of typical home repair stuff so I was not sure where to turn when it became clear I needed some major HVAC help. I had heard about Angie?s list but never really needed to use it. Needing some major HVAC help prompted me to sign up with Angie?s list and see if there was a reputable HVAC service provide in the area. Chino Heating and Cooling promptly popped up from my search criteria and hands down was the #1 rated HVAC provider in my area. My whole experience from start to finish was really more than I had expected. These folks really do understand customer service and take pride in doing the job right the first time. fManger said it was a busy day, but he would keep in touch with me to see if a service man could get there before over time rates (he told me the difference in cost). Called at 4 pm, arrived at 4:15 and finished the job by 5:20 - no overtime cost. Did a great job; didn't try to sell me products or services that I didn't need. ie, checked the humidification screen/filter and said it would be good for another season. I will definitely use Chino Heating and Cooling again.

Their service was excellent and we were very pleased. They gave us a senior discount and I will definitely call them again for future a/c needs.

Technician arrived on schedule. We had called Chino Heating and Cooling since they had originally installed the unit and we had had a company service the unit one week before and the unit was now not working again. We were uncertain if the unit had worked at all after the first call since there had been a change in the weather and the unit had not had to come on. That call cost $300+. In any event, the technician was both friendly and professional and was able to find the problem quickly and make the necessary repair. The original repair had been the replacement of a capacitor on the fan motor and when it was installed, it had been improperly wired. After the technician from Chino Heating and Cooling found the problem and made the correction to the wiring, he stuck around and ran the unit to make sure it was working properly. The call cost approximately $90. He also informed us that the original call should have been a little over $100, not the $300+ we had been charged.

The process actually started on 7/31 when Rick came to the house to provide us with a proposal for new furnace and AC units to replace existing units. Being about $1,000.00 less than any other proposal we immediately accepted the proposal. Six days later Bill came to the house to take measurements and lay out exactly what they would do. A week later, which was actually 2 days early, two servicement came to install the units, which they accomplished in six hours or so. In each instance the individuals were friendly, courteous, neat, clean, competent and very professional. Today (8/15) they called to schedule an appointment for a serviceman to come out and check out the installation to make sure everything was done and is working right. Overall, an excellent experience, without one thing to complain about.

He arrived during the stated timeframe, asked questions to help narrow down the problem. The diagnostic was performed and the problem fixed. We discussed the possibility of creating a second zone in the house and he stated he would pass the information to other members of the team. I was very pleased with the service.

We called because our cooler would not come on properly. They came out promptly and discovered our motor had died. They called us with a confirmed price and date they could be back to install it. Each time they came out the technician called about 20 minutes prior just to confirm we were home. We also had them install an energy saving device on our compressor. Their work and customer service were exemplary. We would definitely use them again.

Chino Heating and Cooling did a great job. Their technician rerouted ducts and replaced wrong size duct work with the correct size. I trust them 100%. They were able to solve the problem in the most cost and time efficient way. They have done work for us while we were away from our home and have always done the work properly and at the price quoted. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

As stated above the overall experience went very well

The heater wasn't working,so they came out and took a look. Bottom line, the original builder had used a cheap heater and ac unit, and it was now toast. They did some measurements, figured out what we would need for a heater, recommended one that was better quality and that they had been happy with for a lot of years with reliability. They also suggested we replace the air conditioner, as it was about a half ton too small for the house and had been worked really hard. We sent a deposit for half the bill, they ordered the parts, and did all the work about 3 days later. They were very efficient and professional. Both the heater and ac are so much more efficient than the originals and we are very pleased with their work. When we received the invoice for the remainder of the bill, it was even a little less than the beginning estimate. Beginning to end, they're a pleasure to work with.

Those guys were very good. Their ratings were good, they were exceptional and they were exceptional. When I got them, I definitely recommend them to my folks. They came out solved the problem. When they were in town, they contacted me and came in to check my system to make sure it's working. I signed up this special plan for system check in the beginning of the season and they're going to check again before the winter and they did the one for the spring. The other gentleman was very prompt, very good and he's very thorough. They also put you in a priority-basis of the client if something pulls up, they'll take you before somebody else by that plan which just really a plan for air conditioning and heating service. I thought he made a very thorough job and even went up the attic to do everything because not a lot of them do that. Overall, that guy is very good. I think there was nobody there when I called but the lady got back to me right away. They came when they said they would, call me in advance to let me know they are coming and showed up right on time.

The BEST. Referred by a friend who uses this company. Owner came out and assessed my situation and made recommendations and sent me a bid within several hours. Decided to proceed and work was completed within a week. The job was done professionally and the two technicians who completed the work were knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

An inspection was requested due to insufficient heating provided by 3 units in our 4200 s.f. home. The units had been purchased by the original homeowner 4 years ago, and installed by a vendor out of Phoenix. The Chino Heating technician arrived as scheduled, inspected the 1st unit, and discovered the auxiliary heat strips had never been connected to the thermostat. He wired the heat strips and performed other checks and tests before moving on to the 2nd unit, where he made the same discovery and applied the same fixes and tests. The 3rd unit was found to have been wired incorrectly, and the compressor was locked-up, providing no heat at all. The compressor was still under warranty, so the part was ordered and subsequently replaced a few days later. All units are now producing more heat, with less run-time than before. The technician was extremely professional, competent and knowledgeable, and provided very helfpul and useful information to us about our units and thermostats. We are very happy with the work done and will continue to use Chino for all future inspections, maintenance and repairs, with confidence in their work and in the value we will receive. We purchased annual maintenance agreements for all 3 heating/ac units.

Realized our furnace had stopped working at approximately 9am. Called the service line for Chino Heating & Cooling and spoke directly with a service representative - Tim. Tim indicated he could come by that day - after disclosing there was an additional cost for weekend calls. He said he would be there around noon. At exactly noon, Tim arrived and apologized for not calling first! Can you imagine? Tim was exceptionally pleasant and very professional. The furnace is under the house in a small crawl space that required him to get dirty and cold - just to diagnose the issue. He found it was a pressure switch that was stuck in the closed position and needed to be replaced. He did not have the part but was able to temporarily fix it (in hopes it would last the rest of the weekend) and did all of this in about 20 minutes. He then walked us through what the issue was, how much it would cost and when we could expect him back. We were so pleased with his professionalism, customer service and transparency. Tim represents this company exceptionally well - and because of him, all of our future heating & cooling needs will be directed to Chino Heating & Cooling.

Our furnace wouldn't start in our new home in Prescott. They were able to send a tech out the same day (thanks to a cancellation!). They not only fixed the problem quickly, they pent more time thoroughly checking out the system and made sure everything was in working order, They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional and they will definitely be who we call for all of our heating and air conditioner needs.

All symptoms indicated that the circuit board failed. One was ordered and installed only to give an error reading for the pressure switch. They removed the new circuit board and ordered me a pressure switch and reinstalled the switch at a lot less cost. They (Abraham) was courteous, always called to confirm or reconfirm an appointment and arrival times, Tim was an excellent technician and also called to give an ETA. They are honest, and prices were quite reasonable. They could have charged me for the circuit board ($300+) but did not and removed the new one and only charged me the $132 for the replacement pressure switch. We will definitely utilize them again as we are looking at replacing the upstairs heating and air conditioner this spring as the unit is from 1994 and not very efficient.

Estimate was prompt and complete with multiple options covered. Installation was completed with no surprises or problems, Installer was professional and completely explained all operation issues and requirements. Overall a very professional transaction. I will definitely provide a reference for this company to my neighbors or friends.

Very good experience overall. I would have given an "A" for price, had I not had to call back and remind them about the Angies list discount, after they initially charged my credit card without the discount Another positive that was a factor in my decision to use them, was that they take American Express! I will definitely use them again!!!!

We have used them a number of times as winter approaches and we have yet to have a problem. They do a great job and I would definitely recommend them to others!

I'd been thinking about getting one for awhile when during my last AC check up the tech mentioned that they were doing attic fans. BTW, the technicians are always prompt, courteous and extremely professional. I was immediately interested. I scheduled an estimate. Mike Little, the owner, came out himself to do the estimate. He has been doing the installations. Got it installed Aug 24, lucky no rain that day. Wasn't at home when it was done, but it was finished when I got home from work. Looks like they did a great job. Will be getting a 30% tax credit this year for it.

They were so honest. I bought a house and thought the Heating and Air Conditioner was not right system for my house. When he came out he told me he had the same one at his house that was 2000 square feet more than mine. He told me that I do not need a new AC. I just thought it was great how honest he was. He told me things that I could do to maintain my AC to where I wouldn't have to have to pay someone to come out to my house to do the job.

They did come out promptly and did a good job. They were on time. I would use them again in the future.
