Let me be very honest from the start ! I have never written a review for a company but was compelled to for Parker Auto Transport. This company was such a pleasure to work with. Leanne was wonderful both in her professionalism and her communication. Unfortunately I had dealt with another transport company and ended up cancelling and getting my money back !! Easy quoting process and response. Slight hiccup in pick up and had to call few times. Everything smooth after that.

Overall, I enjoyed a great experience at a very competitive price (we received bids from three other A-rated transport companies). My challenge was that my daughter was racing to complete a research project at a lab in New Mexico (we live in California) and had no time to meet the truck during normal business hours. She also worked up to the last minute and just before jumping on a plane to start college in Georgia. Leanne went above and beyond to find a local storage facility in Santa Fe (open 24-hours) that could also manage loading the car onto big-rig the next day. My daughter was able to drop off the car on a Sunday and catch her 6:30am flight two hours later. Once in Georgia, the car was delivered an few days later and exactly when and where the big-rig driver had promised. It couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Very responsive, professional. About the same price as everyone else.

It really went well overall. Jack (driver) said it was going to be a while to get the car there, it was his last stop before he went home. It took a while but he kept us informed and was there when he said he would be. Can't really ask for much more. Oh, and the people were really professional but friendly, perhaps warm and sincere would be best description.

Outstanding experience! It was easy to arrange for the service on the company website, but I also dealt by phone with company employees who were courteous and knowledgeable. Driver was prompt, responsive, thorough, professional, and accommodating. He arrived ahead of schedule for pick up and delivery. He kept us well informed and the car was delivered in good condition.

The experience was wonderful, beginning with the quote of $730.00 It was a great customer service company. They said when they would come and when to expect delivery. We still do not have our furniture, now that company has a serious customer service problem. Nationwide Van Lines, thought I would mention that to any one who will listen!!!!!!!!!!

What a nightmare!! I followed their online application one month ahead of time, requesting to pick up my car in Washington DC to transport it to Florida. Gave them my "five day window" for picking up my car. Here I sit in Washington DC, one day after my "5 day window" and my car is still sitting in the driveway and I leave for Florida at 5:30am tomorrow. Their excuses? three times I got: "We had on file that we were working toward delivery on or after the 2nd. Once I get a driver assigned I will email you all of the details." Then: "We are trying to get a driver assigned within your window. Every driver that has been available wanted to deliver before the 2nd. I am hoping to have all the details by end of day today." And finally" "What time do you arrive on Wednesday. Because this is such a short trip I am having a hard time getting a driver that can pick up on the 30th with delivery after the 2nd. Do you have someone that can release the car to the driver after you leave? Or accept the car in FL? I have a driver that can pick up tomorrow, but delivery will take place morning to early afternoon on the 1st." I arranged for my neighbor in Florida to sign for the car. It's 4:00pm on my last day in DC.

We called them up in late March, and got a quote that was confirmed via e-mail. We asked Leanne a million questions, and she answered them professionally. When we were ready, we placed an order online and paid the deposit online; both steps were very straight-forward. We told them our five-day window for pickup. The day before the pickup, we got an e-mail. We spoke with the driver and arranged a pickup at a nearby Target. On the day of pickup, we called the driver, and he told us he will be 40 minutes late. Not a problem. This actually gave us time to look for an entrance with a long straight-away and empty part of the parking lot. The driver found us. Scott is a really nice guy and takes pride in his service. We tipped him before and after the trip. Scott arrived a day early, which was great. We found another Target. He unloaded our cars. We paid him. Everything went extremely well.

Parker Auto Transport can never be relied upon to pick up your car. I gave them 6 weeks notice prior to the date of pick up & also the deposit they asked for & they still couldn't obtain a truck to transport my vehicle back to NY. And since I'm renting in FL with my lease terminating in a few days not only do I have nowhere to sleep but nowhere to put my car. Additionally, I will now have to cancel my flight back to NY, find a hotel to stay in, & attempt to obtain another transport company to transport my car to NY which is very difficult to do at this time of year. And Parker is not responding to my phone calls. Someone at Angie's List is trying to help me. But I cannot mitigate my suffering no matter what I do because there is no solution to this problem without my car being picked up on schedule. You should seek psychological help if you ever contemplate using Parker Auto Transport.

The price is reasonable and they are quite responsive. They did what they said they would do and they did it on time. They were real smooth. Apparently, it is a family owned business and they're proud of that.

Filled out on-line form; received email quote within hours; paid Parker fee (160) on line; driver gave 2 hour notice of pick-up on day expected; delivered car in Houston on time. (Paid him 650 with cashiers check.) A wonderful experience!!

The guy was nice! Hewas very knowledgeable, answered questions about towing that I didn't know, and?they were a lot cheaper than other companies I had called. I would definitely recommend.

I placed the order with Parker Transport on December 15. Because it is the holidays, my vehicle has not been picked up and moved yet. Apparently, no one wants to work through the holidays. I received an email today (12/30) that they might pick up my vehicle on Wednesday, December 31. I will write a further review when my vehicle has been picked up and delivered.

Excellent all-around experience. Quote was accurate and final cost tied out exactly to what they estimated. Quote for the vehicle shipment was requested over a weekend and we had a response back within 24 hours. Paperwork was simple to fill out and scheduling was done within the next 24 hours. Vehicle pickup happened exactly within the window promised (1-5 p.m) and vehicle arrived two days later within the promised window. Called to clarify pickup and dropoff times and talked live with the driver on both occasions. Rare to have this kind of customer service these days and I appreciated their timely service and willingness to pick up the phone and communicate effectively.

They were really good but they contracted our vehicle out to another company and they seemed really well. They got the car here really well but there was a chrome piece on top of the car and the car on top of it like my car was on the bottom of the car hauler. The car on top of it like fell down, it didn't fall on top of the car thank God when they were unloading it but it made my car to up a little bit and when they unloaded it, the top chrome piece scraped. So, it scraped that chrome. But, when I called them, they kind of gave me the run around. It wasn't real bad but they did mess up my chrome piece. It needed replaced. I just bought the car and I didn't have insurance on it yet. The Parker company sounded really good. They helped me resolve this issue. Pricing was fine.

Parker transport couldn't pickup the car on the 15th of Oct so they arranged to have it picked up by 50 State Auto Transport who could not pick it up until the 16th. I had to delay my return to Mpls. for one day because of this. I think this is probably standard operating procedure in this business. The driver Kevin was very good in his manners and competency in his loading of my vehicle.

Everything was on time and there were no hidden agendas. It was a good experience.

We hired them to moved 3 vehicles from La to NY. The move was subcontracted out to TRANS POP LLC. The email said they would pick up our cars on or around the 7th. They showed up on the 9th. This was fine, but we only got an 1-1.5 hour notice. I had to leave work early as did my mom (one of the cars was hers). We expected a call the day before or at least a few hours. Considering that they had a five day window to pick up the vehicles, I think more of a notice should have been given. So we flew here to NY and he called me today...the 11th and told me that he was 20 miles from my house. Keep in mind that I was never told when I would receive my cars. SO HURRAY FOR TIMING CAUSE THAT WAS REALLY FAST! But to call me when you're only 20 miles out?! Also, I'd just ordered the cashiers check from my bank to be overnighted. So now I am out all of those fees plus the stop payment fees. Then he told me that I could only pay him cash. I spoke to his supervisor and got that worked out.

times and dates changed almost by the hour. Parker had little or incorrect information from 3rd party driver. Had family and friends on the other end to send car. They had to change schedules several times. There too many companies out there. Check performance.

Very positive experience. The best part is that you can drop your vehical off b/4 it's shipped. It is so much easier than waiting for the 2 day notice from other companies. My car was the first on, last off. But it arrived faster than expected. I would use them again.

They got back to me pretty quickly when I emailed them.

Everything went very well. Joanne was very responsive and professional. The price was good. The driver Michael was polite and accommodating. We would use them again in the future.

It went great. I got my car earlier then expected. Even though I know this was because of the driver and not the company, the company was very efficient in finding me a driver quickly for the price they stated. There are not any "hidden broker" prices.

They were fantastic. Everything they said they would they did. I would recommend them in the future. I do plan to use them again in the future.
