Everything went off without a hitch. Very good communication and service from Parker and from the driver they assigned. The driver had to load up in a rare Arizona downpour, but, he perservered and got it done during the short window of time that we had in AZ. I'd use Parker again.

Terrible terrible terrible. 100% bad Did not return phone calls. Arrived 14 hours after they told me to wait around my house all day.

It was a very stressful experience. Parker Auto requests that their brokers give the customers 24 hours notice of their arrival time. TA Trucking, LLC, did not. I was called at 8:30 am and the driver said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. Then he asked me if his 18 wheeler could fit on my street. Then he asked me if I could meet him where he was parked, about 15 minutes from my house. Although TA Trucking had all the info. about my reservation in advance, they didn't bother to take five minutes out to see if they could get park on my street. Because I was stressed out and pushed back on the driver's lack of preparedness, he eventually figured out that he had plenty of room to drive his 18 wheeler right up to the front of my house. I was unable to contact Parker because of the time difference so I left voice mails and sent an email, but didn't hear back for three daysO. When I did hear back, Parker Auto said "it appears that the driver figured it out..." When the driver arrived in Colorado, my daughter pointed out a scratch on the car that was not previously recorded by the driver and it wasn't a scratch I was aware of. The driver literally walked away from my daughter and did not provide any insurance information for me to file a claim as Parker Auto said that the brokers were required to do. What appears to be true is that both Parker Auto and TA Trucking forgot they are in the customer-service industry.

The shipping was fast, the driver was punctual, and the fee agreement was very straight-forward.

The AZ to MD was seamless, quick and professional. The car arrived quickly and the transporter kept in touch about it's arrival. The second vehicle came from MD to AZ and the transporter wasn't as punctual. It did arrive within the week but the communication wasn't there. I only got word a couple hours before.

Great. As mentioned above, everything went as scheduled and I would use them again.

We got a fair quote for one vehicle then they gave me a super deal to add a second car as well. I was originally scheduled for a Saturday pickup with one day leeway in either direction. They ended up coming on Monday. it was a bit bothersome but they communicated the change and we made it work. The cars arrived at the same time we did and we had a one day head start driving. All in All, things worked out great. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

Everything went very smooth. I had a flexible schedule so I wanted the lowest price on the transport. I was given a 650 price quote, which I ended up paying only 25 dollars more than the original quote due to a cancellation with the driver that originally agreed to transport my vehicle. I was happy that the situation was handled and I was promptly notified. Even with the final price of 675, it's still much cheaper than all the other quotes I received. The transport itself was done by DSL Logistics, who were very professional. They notified me of the pick up and drop off 2 hrs before arrival and my vehicle came without a single scratch. The customer service for both companies were exceptional. I was very satisfied.

The service was excellent, the shipment took only 3 days (with nasty,snow, and ice roads)..the driver was very professional...everything was done in a very timely fashion. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PARKER TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Everything went well. They were able to find a transport on the dates we needed. Delivery also went well on the other end. The only minor thing I would suggest is sending an email update, perhaps every other day, giving the status of the vehicle.

Each time they were very professional and easy to contact, they kept us up to date with each step as it happened. They deserve top billing mainly for how they handled the second move where there was a problem, the company they subbed for the move at time of drop off whisked the car 50 yards or so away from the truck (in an empty parking lot) and asked me to sign the paperwork as he met me halfway. I did a cursory exam of the (very dirty) car and signed off. After he took off and before I got into the car though I noticed significant damage to the top of the car right behind the windscreen. Joanne and everyone at Parker was extremely helpful in making sure this was resolved quickly and fairly despite the fact that I had signed first. I will always highly recommend them to anyone shipping their cars in the future.

Was brokered out to Zen Auto Transport. There truck caught fire which damaged my vehicle greatly!

I was sent an email with dates of pick up and the drivers phone number. The driver was professional and polite. He kept me informed from before pick up of the vehicle until he delivered it to me. One thing you should know about transporting a car is that you need a lot of room to load and unload the car. We choose and area in town to deliver the car that was near his route into town and provided many options for unloading. This is important to consider and the driver may not be able to enter the area you have chosen so please be flexible. Excellent experience.

Went well - car made it by the deadline

The price was very reasonable. Pick up and drop off was easy and on time. Leanne was very nice, professional and easy to talk to.

At first it went ok, then communication broke down and became non existent. I was trying to arrange for a very specific pickup process, which required several back and forth emails. They then quit answering my emails. Not sure I can evaluate their business at this point, but communication could have definitely been better.

Great. Easy to arrange with Parker, the broker. Both Parker and the truckers they hired friendly and professional. Car departed exactly on day scheduled and even arrived early. They unloaded car efficiently.

Everything went smoothly, and there were no problems. Leanne was very helpful at coordinating, being very responsive on the phone and offering multiple ways to pick the car up. Parker Auto Transport is both a broker and a transporter, and they decided to contract my car shipment out to another company (Umbrella Auto Transport), which was similarly professional and prompt with responses. The only issue was that Umbrella was about 5 hours late to pick the car up, but that't not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. The car arrived on time (they even held it a few extra days, because it beat us to our destination), undamaged, and with no problems.

Leanne is awesome and works with you every step of the way. She is completely on top of what's going on, when the driver is picking up the car and dropping off. The driver met to pick up the car exactly as we understood and phoned prior to let us know his ETA. Leanne told me the car would be dropped off in a two-hour window and it was exact. The driver who delivered the car in AZ was on time and everything was extremely professional. The company had been recommended to me through a Facebook group when I presented the question of auto transport. A person told me they used this company to transport two vehicles from Oregon to Ohio and how pleased they were with the service. I checked many and was almost scared after reading horror stories so I felt better from a local who recommended their services. And, Angie's List also had great reviews for the company.
