Description of Work: We shipped a car from Atlanta to LA, and Parker did a great job getting it there on time.

Description of Work: Contracted to ship car from Boston area to So. California. Driver was assigned w/pick up about 6/26 but pickup was 25 miles from house (we were moving a residence to Calif.) Told Parker that wouldn't work and was also told that shipping cost would be another $250 because driver has to cross Calif. state line and be subject to some particular Calif. emission standard (which I was told are not even in effect yet). Parker said car would have to be transferred in Arizona before coming to Calif. The entire process was a NIGHTMARE. Parker said they would refund part of my deposit ($150)after I decided enough was enough, but I complained and the entire $150 was returned. This was a horrible inconvenience as we then had to drive the car back to Calif. (3030 Miles) which caused me to miss several business deadlines. These companies are flaky enough and even after doing extensive homework, we still got screwed. We used another shipper several years ago to ship from about the same location to Calif. That was also a nightmare.....hidden costs and 21 days enroute. We will never use Parker again, and, in fact, I will never use a auto shipping company again. Two SNAFUs is enough.

To our delight, this company was A+ in every aspect of this transaction. Very professional, informative, FAST, pleasant and easy to work with!! We HIGHLY recommend them!!!! (Oh, let me also mention the rates were much more reasonable than others we looked at!!)

Description of Work: They brought a flat bed to pick up my classic car and deliver it to my mechanic. They were courteous and very careful with my car. They were contacted through my roadside assistance service so I did not pay the fee directly.

The driver was in contact through out the process and even more impressive, he arrived early! The car was in great shape. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move a car across the country.

Description of Work: Parker Transport took my car from Mpls to CA. No problems with timely pickup. Communication on the delivery end not as tight but the car was delivered without problems.

Description of Work: They transported a Toyota Prius from Concord, Mass. to Kalamazoo, Michigan. The trucker showed up at the appointed time and said he would deliver the car "door to door" the following evening. He indicated that if they couldn't receive the car in the evening, he would deliver it the next day. I thought he was being very agreeable in saying this. I enjoyed talking with the driver. He also allowed us to ship four snow tires in the car. I believe he was being nice to us in allowing this. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: transported 2002 cadillac from Alpine, Ca to Odessa,Florida -- I requested and paid extra for car to ride on the top deck. It was placed under another car -- not on the top deck. There was oil or some fluid on the trunk lid and it removed some paint from my car, there was also fluid on the hood from another car, and drops of fluid on the vinyl top of the car. I made a complaint and never heard any response. It was a horrible experience and they should not be allowed to transport any cars.

Description of Work: The provider said she cut her finger and couldn't type. Besides they had already responded and I should check my email. I went and checked my email and called back saying I went through my my but couldn't find a quote. She said she resent it. Told me nothing about the company,never ask for business and basically just go to my inbox. Besides she said that I was apparently lined up with someone else. However these were the 1st company I called out of 3 on Angie's List. Told impression was don't bother me. I am a nice Christian man and just wanted some help. Parker doesn't provide it at least this girl, who also never identified herself. Maybe she was having a bad day.
