I first contacted Joanne at Parker Auto Transport based upon the good reviews on Angie's list. I called them to get my questions answered since we had never shipped a car before. She answered all my questions and I was instructed to submit information via their website for a quote. Her response was quick. I then got two other quotes and Parker's was the most reasonable. Based on the good reviews form Angie's list and the reasonable quote we decided to use Parker. Once the deposit was paid we were e-mailed with the pertinent information. Joanne was always prompt to respond. Team of Tim was the trucking company that would move the car. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The car was picked up within the time frame we were given and we were also called ahead of time with the pick-up time. The driver was exactly on time. The car was safely delivered in the time frame promised and to a very convenient location. Vlad, the dispatcher and Alex, the driver, were both kind and professional. We would definitely be comfortable using Parker Auto Transport and Team of Tim again.

All communication with Parker was done via email and was very clear and response times were good. Parker sub-contrated with Interstate Roadrunner to have the vehicle brought down on an open air truck. Vehicle was picked up on time (last Wednesday) and delivered on time today. Overall a very smooth experience.

The service was flawless. I received the quote within an hour of sending an email. The pickup and delievery dates met my needs exactly. The driver was met us exactly when and where arranged and was very responsive. The car was actually delivered a day earlier than planned which was perfect for us. The agreed price was paid. I could not have beed more pleased and will definitely use the service again.

I contacted Parker Transport for an estimate for transporting my Camry from northern Virginia to my son in Los Angeles. I had a quick response from Joanne. I had read the reviews for Parker on Angie's List so I chose them because of the lowest price and the reviews. I let her know the next morning to start the process and she contacted me by noon that day that there was a truck in the area and it could be picked up the next day. That was great! I had to scramble to get it ready as I thought it would take longer to move it. The next day the driver came to my house and drove the car to the truck. It arrived 5 days later in great shape. The process went well.

I recently had a need to ship a car from California to Illinois. I found that the industry is very strange and I didn't know who to trust. There are tons of brokers out there who must subscribe to a service or something that tells them where the trucks are. They try to find someone for you and take a cut for their service. I chose Joanne at Parker Auto Transport because she had good reviews. She found someone for me very quickly and the car arrived safe and sound. I would use them again.

Driver came and picked yp our car at agreed upon time. He loaded it on the truck and secured in very thorough and professional manor.

I received a quote that was very high compared to everyone else, the reason being that I live in NH which is 45 miles north of Boston...now you would think that would make sense except that they were so high compared to 4 other competitors. I asked about why the quote was so high, the answer I got from Joanne was that I was outside of 495 (true), with fuel costs, etc and NH was "out of the way". I told her outside Boston or Boston itself was not out of the way. The answer I received was the statement "Do the math!"...nice service there, Joanne. All other carriers offered alternatives such as having me drive my car to Boston (no problem) to a terminal, and cost would be cheaper. Other carriers were willing to work with me, but not Parker. Customer service from this company was horrible and downright offensive...I would have been willing to pay extra if they seemed to care about my business. They don't.

We arranged to ship our car from Atlanta to Los Angeles through Parker Auto Transport. We paid $100 directly to them through Paypal, then within a day they assigned a driver to pick up our car. The driver picked up our car two days later. We met the driver nearby since the car carrier truck was too big to get down our street. All went smoothly, the driver was very courteous and we were able to stay in touch by cell phone. Five days later the car was safely delivered to our address in LA. We paid $750 to the driver by cashiers check as agreed upon delivery, and all went perfectly. We would use this service again without hesitation.

Went well from my bringing the car to a nearby location where the Driver can access it to thetransportation and actual delivery of the car. They kept us in the loop and were very patient with us regarding the time-line since my son was only available to pick-up the car during the weekend. The Driver brought it to him on Saturday. We greatly appreciate the Military Discount that Joanne gave us.

After finalizing things with Joanne, I told her that I had to be guaranteed that it would be delivered by a specific date. It was delivered as promised!...actually a day early! The gentleman with whom I dealt was very professional and very polite. One caveat: Because weather, traffic, and road construction can hamper pick up and delivery dates you have to be somewhat flexible with the dates and times. My driver didn't show up the day I was told. A little afraid they forgot about me, I called Joanne, and she assured me they would call the next day. They called the next morning to give me a ballpark time of arrival, then the driver called a half hour or so before he got to my house which is all the notice I needed. I was a little nervous to hand over the keys to my car since I had never done this before, but it worked out just perfectly and I will definitely use this company in the future. There was no reason for me to worry. Everything was handled professionally. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat. It has the BEST price, too, which I hope they keep ithat way since I'll need to use them again soon. Angie's list members agree with me that this is a great company.

Had quick and professional reply. We ended up deciding to drive the car up for a funeral instead of waiting to ship it, so didn't end up using the service, but will certainly keep Parker at the top of our list for the future.

Joanne responded to my request immediately, answered all my questions, and then began arranging for a driver to take my car. Once the driver (Chris) had been assigned, he contacted me to confirm the pickup date and time. Pickup was delayed by a few hours because of difficulties with the client he was seeing before me. However, Chris called as soon as he realized there was going to be a delay, gave me a new ETA (working with my schedule), and arrived promptly at the designated time. He gave me a few choices of delivery time, and he arrived right on schedule. My car had no dings, dents, nor extra miles on it when I received it. Pickup and delivery each required about 10 minutes of my time. The whole process was far more convenient than I had expected.

I contacted Joanne about the car, she responded via email right away. She assigned a driver, who called us to arrange the pickup. He was very professional and understood how important my car is to me. When he arrived in Indianapolis, he called us again, and arranged to meet us and unload the car. All in all a very good experience. Will definitely call them again if I need to have a car shipped.

After getting several quotes, we decided to transport our corvette convertible with Parker Auto Transport. We used the open transport.The car was picked up exactly when they said they would arrive and went off smoothly (even though we were not in the state). The car was delivered in perfect condition, earlier than anticipated. The whole experience was remarkable, it was easy, reasonably priced and very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Needed to ship my Mom's car from Ohio to Florida. Chose Parker Trucking because they're both a carrier and a broker. If they don't service the route your looking for, they broker it out to someone they've used before. In this case, they had to broker the job. Parker was very responsive via e-mail, responding to my (many) questions quickly. They use PayPal to handle the deposit and you pay the driver the balance on delivery. I called the driver the day before the scheduled pick-up to confirm the approximate time. The driver called the next day (Friday) to let me know he was running early. Met him and loaded up the car without a problem. He had the car in Florida on Monday and was again early. As a result, I missed him. He ended up delivering the car on Tuesday as he was heading north, which was no problem. Overall, a very good experience.
