Joanne guided us through the entire auto shipping process, and it was just the way she promised. No surprises on price or services, and it worked out perfectly. A little trouble coordinating with the actual driver for pickup, but nothing major. Whenever we had questions, Joanne was always available (patiently!) to help. After that, everything went smoothly -- 'took about 7-10 days, as expected, and the car arrived in fine shape. I would definitely use Parker for this again.

We were relocating to Florida and needed to transport 2 cars. Performed a uShip search for bids, but none of the responses seemed to want to meet our time windows and budget. Found Parker Auto Transport here on the list, sent Joanne our details including a 3 day pickup window, and her first bid was right on target.Made a 10% deposit via Paypal, and waited to hear back. Immediately got an email telling us we would hear from the driver 24 hours out to confirm the details, and again 30 minutes before arrival. both went off like clockwork, cars were picked up, and delivered on-time with no hassles at all. Joanne was great to work with, and would recommend them without hesitation.

Parker arranged for another company to transport the car. The experience was terrific. Parker office very responsive to my emails. The truckers were punctual and professional. This is the first time Ive used Angie's List and Im glad I did.

It could not have been smoother. First contacted them from their web site on Aug. 16th requesting a quote. Received a response from Joanne the same morning. Their price was very competitive with others and lower than most. I decided to have them move the vehicle and paid the deposit through PayPal. A few minutes later, received email from Joanne that a trucking company had been assigned and vehicle was to be picked up on the 17th and delivered on the 20th. She asked the trucking company to call the day before pickup and the again 2 -hours before pickup. The trucking company called on the 16th and said truck would be there late afternoon on the 17th. They called again on the 17th and confirmed truck would be there around 5:00pm. About 4:30 the driver called and said he needed to have tires changed on truck and wanted to know if it was acceptable to pick car up next morning. I agreed and he said he would call 30 minutes before arriving. The next morning he called and said he would be there in 30 minutes. I offered to meet him at a more convenient location since I live on a cul-de-sac and thought he might have trouble with his truck. He said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was, we went over the cars condition, and he loaded it and was gone in less than 30 minutes. On the 20th the trucking company called my friends at the delivery location and said driver would be there in an hour. He was and the car was unloaded with no issues. That's less than 5 days from my initial request to the vehicle being delivered 1200 miles. This was not a rush job that I paid extra for. I was expecting 10 days to 2 weeks for this to happen. Amazed how easy and effortless this was. Don't know when or if I'll ever need to transport another vehicle but I won't look anywhere else.

Joanne from MJ Parker Trucking was the best. Having never shipped a vehicle before I was really nervous about the whole process. Joanne answered every question and concern prompty. The driver assgned from JMN Transportation was also very good. I would use either again!

Picked up my Mercedes Benz ML550 from Florida and delivered to Long Beach CA in 6 days. I had a very specific time table for my vehicle to arrive at Horizon Lines in Long Beach so it could be shipped to Honolulu, Hawaii when I get there. The driver promised 7-10 days, but got it there in 6. Great communication through out the process and great service. Would recommend and use again. Thanks

The process was very simple, Parker Auto Transports took care of everything.

They picked up the car on the correct date. A few days before that I wasn't sure if it was going to work out because they had to get a driver passing through my city. So I didn't have total peace of mind, but the price was so good I thought I would take the chance. And in the end it all worked out. The deal was "door to door" with the understanding that when you live in a gated community as I moved to, the car would be delivered to a near by place, like a mall or gas station with a fair amount of space for the truck. My first phone call, which was on the correct day, was from the driver wanting me to come up to Jupiter Florida, which is 30 mins. north of my new home. I told him I couldn't do that and he finally gave in and brought it to a gas station across the street from my community as he should have done in the first place. I think his behavior was strickly personal and had nothing to do with the company or its policies. For some reason it was more convenient for him to get me to drive up there than coming down to my area,as was agreed upon from the beginning,and delivering the car. If I didn't have my husband in the background telling me to make him bring it to us, I might have folded and given in to the driver's wishes. I wonderd how many times this pressuring has worked in the past for him, and I wondered if he did this because I seemed like a nice lady who could be pushed around when he picked up my car.

Parker arranged transport of my 2008 Toyota Prius from Ithaca, NY to the SF Bay Area. I obtained three bids from reputable carriers on Angie's List. All three were pretty close, but Parker was the lowest, which was a bonus but not the only reason I chose them. Joanne Parker was very prompt in replying to any inquiries, both by phone and email. The driver communicated well and picked up the car quickly, just 3 days after I submitted the order, and dropped it off exactly 7 days later in California in excellent condition. The driver did have a little trouble navigating the city streets and I had to meet him at a location not quite where we had agreed, but it was no problem and the drop off process was smooth. Parker Trucking did a great job and I would definitely use or recommend them in the future.

I had never transported a car before and was very apprehensive about the process. After searching online and reading reviews I was discouraged so I joined Angie's list specifically to find a reliable company to do the job. I got 2 more quotes from companies on Angie's list and decided to go with Parker Transportation after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. The driver she set me up with was professional. Even though he came a day earlier than the window given to me it didn't matter since I wasn't using the car anyway. He called when he was about 5 hours away and again when he was 30 minutes away for pickup. I was sending the car to my son in the LA area and explained that he wouldn't be able to pick up the car during the day and it wasn't a problem. They brought the car to him after he got home from work and he was pleased also with the service. It arrived on August 1.

I bought a car from a dealer and needed it transported within a week. Joanne was fantastic. She not only found someone with a good track record very quickly, she kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. She responded promptly everytime I had a question or concern. I would highly recommend her to anyone needed a car transported.

I had hired another transport company weeks before I needed these vehicles moved and they just couldn't get a driver. The basic problem was they were not pricing the move correctly. I called Parker Auto Transport and had a great driver in 24 hrs who picked up and delivered early. Parker is the one to go with if you need you vehicle(s) moved. They won't just put your order on the board and wait for someone to pick it up they will make the calls and hustle to get the job done. They know the business, the drivers and how to price the move.

I am not sure why my experience wasn't as delightful as all of the other reviews that I read,but the main issue that I had with Parker Auto Transport is the lack of communication. My vehicle was picked up 24 hours earlier than my scheduled time which was pretty inconvenient and stressful (28 June 2012). On July 3 I received a call saying that my car would arrive the following morning. On July 7, my car had still not been delivered and the phone number of the driver had been disconnected. On July 10, I received an update saying that my car would arrive the next day anywhere from 9:00am - 12:30pm. After waiting at home all morning... my vehicle was still not delivered. I was then told that IF my car even makes it, it would not be until after 6pm. My car finally arrived on July 11 at 9pm. The driver had made a comment that he was still on his way to another customer in Sacramento (an hour away) and that their car was scheduled to be there by lunchtime. My car made it to California safe and sound and the price was very competitive. The communication was absolutely terrible to the point where I was not sure if the company was even legitimate. I had paid in advance and I immediately regretted that decision. Joanne Parker responded to my e-mails in a timely manner, but I did not get a sense that she was all too concerned with the issues that I was having. I completely understand that delays happen and that they cannot be helped at times. What I don't understand is why they opted not to keep the customer in the loop.

On June 8, I submitted a request for quotes for two vehicles, going to two separate locations within the US. On June 10, I heard back from Joanne with a quote for one vehicle, but for the second vehicle, she told me, "According to past history, vehicles have not moved on this route." I wrote back the next morning and asked if that meant it couldn't be done or if that meant the quote would take longer. Pretty simple question, but I never heard back. I followed up again a little more than a week later, asking if she had received the previous email, and again, never heard back. I am very disappointed, as this company has such a great review on AL, and I had hoped they could help us. It's now been a month since we originally contacted them and still no response. We are having to take our business elsewhere, but wasted a lot of time awaiting a response from Joanne.

This is a first class operation. Had no trouble or worry with this company. My Explorer was picked up at 2:45 PM on July 3rd. The driver was very professional. The driver called before he came. Any concerns I had was answered and taken care of with no ifs and or buts, When I returned to Ocala Florida on Thursday July 5th my car was in the driveway waiting for me. No damage no problems. Joanne answered all my e mails within one hour after sent and phone calls were returned. I would give this company an A+ if it was allowed. If i ever needed to ship a vehicle again this is my go to company. Thank You for a flawless and wonderful experience. Thanks Joanne

I needed to have two cars transported from Florida to Los Angeles. I called many companies before I signed up for Angies List. It was a struggle to get any company in Florida and if they did call me back their quotes were between $2,400 to $3,600. I went on Angies List and I Parkers Auto Transport gave me the best deal under $2,100. I e mailed and called numerous times with questions and each time I got a response in a very timely fashion. My cars took five days to get from Florida to Los Angeles. If I ever need to have cars shipped cross country Parkers Auto Transport isthe company to use!

Excellent experience, no problems. Pickup was within the 3 day window we asked for. Delivery was one day after the estimate, but Joe, the driver, managed to get the transport right to the doorstep of the destination. No damage. Price was very competitive. We would definitely use Parker Auto Transport again.

Several other companies gave lower prices, but Parker had great Angie's List reviews and I choose them for that reason. They lived up to the reputation - the service was on time as promised for the price quoted with no hassles. The driver called starting a couple of days out on each end to keep us informed and showed up both times (pick up and delivery) when promised. Good company.

It was a really smooth process. Their price was competitive. It was relatively painless for such a complicated move. I would use them again if needed.

First time transporting a vehicle this way and did' nt know what to expect. I chose Parker as they gave me the cheapest rate by far. 99% of correspondence is thru email and that did not turn out to be any problem. Joanne was very quick responding to my questions and kept me up to date. They picked up the car ok -about 1/2 late and dropped it off right at my house on time. Paid the balance and that was it. No problems or disputes of any kind. Only thing could have been better would be updates of where the car was during transport but that was just a piece of mind for me and did not cause any issues. The driver did call me when was getting near my house to let me know he was arriving soon.

.I will use Parker Auto Transport every time that I need to transport my vehicle. The owner, Joanne, made sure that I was 100% satisfied every step of the way. I sent out emails to all the top rated auto transport companies on Angies List. Joanne was the only one who replied (I also had estimates from non-Angie's List companies), and she replied within hours. Her estimate was thorough and she answered my many follow-up questions promptly. Within 24 hours she had assigned us a driver--Mike Benson with H2T Transportation--he was excellent. He was ontime, polite, and careful. In fact, his delivery at the other end was a day early. I was very nervous about this process, given all the nightmare stories that people have about movers and transporting cars--Parker Auto Transport and H2T Transportation should be the poster businesses for excellent service in auto transport!!!

Fine - no issues with carrier - paypal sucks but that is a different story!

I contacted Parker Auto Transport to schedule shipment of my Titan pickup truck from San Diego, CA to Suffolk, Virginia. Joanne Parker contacted me by e-mail, requesting 3 dates that I wanted to schedule the shipment. After providing her with these date, within 2 days I had to change the dates to schedule the shipment a week earlier. This was not a problem for Ms. Parker. With in a few days, Ms. Parker contacted me with the price of the shipment and company name that would ship the truck. I was a little skeptic about the company but Ms. Parker ensured me the company shipped over 4000 vehicles a year and was a good company. Everything went as scheduled. The company called the day before the pick up date to let me know time for pick up. My truck was delivered to Suffolk Virginia within 2 days of scheduled delivery and in the same condition as when it was picked up. I would use and recommend Parker Auto Transport again and would request CAA transport to ship another vehicle in the future.
