Contacted Joanne and she patiently and promptly answered my zillion questions. She easily met my schedule and coordinated the driver as promised. The driver was equally responsive and the cars arrived in good condition. No issues, no hassle and nice folks.

Price was competitive. The pick up in Seattle was flexible as far as timing, and definitely handled by a mom-and-pop team but they did a great job and everything went fine. Would use again.

The overall experience was very good. Once you make contact, give the company your dates, and a deposit, then Joanne Parker does the rest. She will notify you when the schedule for pick up is set and then checks in again to give you the name and number of the carrier, then afterwards she checks again to make sure it went well. The company she used for transport (Shaw Auto Carrier) did a good job in exceptionally bad weather up North. I don't know how the driver did not freeze to death just loading the car on his truck, but he was careful and took his time. I appreciated how he did it. He met us in Florida at a nearby truck stop off the highway after calling us with a time. This is the 2nd year Parker Transport has transported my car and I plan to use their service again this year.

Service was good. Parker kept me informed about the status of my vehicle shipment, and volunteered to reduce their own commission when the plans didn't go exactly as originally intended. I contacted Parker after waiting a month for a previous broker that never shipped my vehicle.

They were responsive to my questions. The person that was helping me, a very young lady seemed to be very polite, professional and very responsive to my emails and any type of questions I had which was the reason I went with them. The car was brought to my house in good condition that I expected it to be in and there was no damage or anything. They went pretty much on time to the dealership to take my car and overall I was pretty much satisfied with the work that they did for me. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. If I find another car no matter in different state then I would definitely use them again to move my car over to my home.

They were absolutely outstanding. I can not begin to tell you how good they were. I would not hesitate to recmomend them. They were quick to respond and very trustworthy.

They are good. I was actually in a bit of hurry to get the job done and they did a very good job. His personality wasn't great, but he got the job done. He got the car down very quickly and I didn't have any complaints.

My experience with the driver who took my car out to California was terrible. They were very timely in what they were supposed to do and setting me up with other company and the person who I spoke with at the other company was fine, but the driver was horrible. He didn't speak English, he wasn't where he's supposed to be, he called and he was yelling at me at like midnight on the night that he was supposed to deliver. It was horrible experience because of the driver, not because of Parker and actually not even because of the company that they referred to. That person who handled it was fine but the driver that I had to deal with and so I got in touch with the other people, it's horrible. Parker was fine, they were great to deal with. My problem is the driver of the company that they had referred me to. The price is fine. I would use the services of Parker again but not the driver.

They were on time, and they got me a driver within the day. He got it there in seven days. They have a pretty good service. We were impressed on the driver because he kept good care of his truck. They worked out fine on scheduling and billing. I could either do an email or call them up, and pay them back through credit card or PayPal. It was not a problem at all. They were straightforward.

Called Parker..explained I was getting divorced and needed to leave house in order for it to be able to show and moving to gGa. In a matter of a few days. The woman at Parker's (apologize, i forgot her name) helped me find someone in a matter of days to haul my car. The carrier's name was Gelineau's. He had my car at my new place of residence in Ga within 30 hours. Very friendly. I would suggest if you have more than one automobile to find out before hiring him if he can carry more than one auto though. Over-all experience excellent. Due to stress of going through divorce thanks to Parker auto this was one thing I didn't have to worry about.

They were professional and everything went really well. They did go up a little bit on cost but they reduced it for me. Their communication was good and was reasonable on price. They actually took the car early.

Parker gave us a three day transport window. Called to notify us the car would be transported the next day. Driver called us to say he was an hour from our home. Easy load. Car transported from Maryland to Arizona. Car picked up Friday evening (6pm), arrived in Arizona Sunday morning (11am). Absolutely no hick ups. Better than average price. Would certainly use them again!

Called MJ Parker on a Monday, car was picked up on a Thursday and arrived a day earlier than the quote to Oregon. Easy process. Paid a small deposit to MJ Parker Trucking and they found a carrier, i-5 Transport to take the car. Very professional. The driver called the day before pickup and gave me a 2 hour window. Called an hour before arrival to confirm, met on a "flat' area near my home. Inspected the car, and loaded it up. Done in 10-minutes. Told me he would be arriving a day earlier than the quote, which was wonderful since the vehicle was needed ASAP (3-days total to transport). He called the day before, gave a 2-hour window and my daughter met him with the money order for the transport. Off the truck and inspected, it was a perfect transport. Can't say enough about how easy the process was. New to this whole thing, I would use MJ Parker again for this service. Great job Joanne!

My contact with the company was Tiffany Parker. She was very friendly and communicative. Overall she kept in good contact with me and responded to my emails and phone calls fairly promptly. I was flexible on my dates, so that made it easier for her to coordinate our transport with her driver. That turned out to be fortunate for him, as he had some problems and had difficulty fulfilling the dates that were originally discussed. Since I wasn't in a hurry for my vehicle, I wasn't terribly inconvenienced by the delays. However, if I had been on a tight schedule and in need of my vehicle by a specific date, I'm not confident this would have worked out. Due to the significant amount of coordination this transport took -- between Tiffany, her drivers and me -- one issue that I wasn't thrilled with was that I ended up having to drive my vehicle all the way across Las Vegas to drop it off (a 60 mile round trip requiring a second person following me to the drop off location). When I arrived at the drop-off location (a towing business and yard), the office person didn't know I was coming, or who I was, or why I was there, even though Tiffany assured me that they would know about me coming, and be prepared with the proper paperwork. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous leaving my vehicle there, after all, "I didn't know them from Adam", and they were kind of what the kids would call "sketchy" looking. Finally, a scruffy-looking (but very friendly and professional acting) mechanic came out and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and wrote up some paperwork, and gave me a signed and dated receipt. I was grateful when he sort of took over, because the girl working in the office seemed very unsure of herself and didn't give me much confidence that everything would be okay. The second issue came when the vehicle made it to Florida. The driver called me and instead of delivering my vehicle to my door (which was what was advertised and expected by me) he launched into a series of excuses about why he didn't want to come all the way to my house. I admit I probably gave in too easily, but I ended up agreeing to make the 30 mile round trip to meet him. When I eventually met him in the parking lot behind a grocery store, he appeared to be in a hurry and just wanted to get rid of my vehicle and take off. Even though living in Vegas for several years usually gets you in the habit of tipping everybody and their brother, I did not tip him.

This was a textbook type service. From providing quote to communicating progress and status start to finish. Things happened as described from day one of the engagement/contract.

Called the company, did an e-mail of vehicle and within minutes had a return call and e-mail confirming price with a confirmation number. In detail I was given the plan of action, again both by phone and e-mail. It went according to all I was told, I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of this company. Driver was great and one day ahead of schedule.

Contacted company to get an estimate and they responded very promptly. They worked with my very small window available for pick-up days. This meant I needed to drop the car off rather than have them pick-up. This was okay with me as it gave me more flexibility in when the car could be picked up. Person driving the car carrier was prompt professional and had good communication. Car was delivered exactly on time to my new home in California. Delivery person called me numerous times day before and day of drop off to make sure I would be home. Car was in great shape, just dusty! But I gave it a nice wash. Joanne, the person handling customer service, was very easy to deal with and very prompt in responses and questions I had. I would recommend them with no reservations.

Caneal Transport actually transported the car. Parker was the broker. The car was picked up on a Saturday and was to be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday. The hydraulics broke on the transport so the car was stuck in Connecticut until Tuesday of the following week. I called daily so I can't say if they would have contact me that frequently or not but they were always friendly and told me what was going on with the transport. Of course, we would have loved a more timely delivery but more important was the condition of the vehicle when it arrived. It was just as when we had it loaded. Dirty - of course - but in the exact condition as when it left Texas and it was going to Maine! For that alone, I give them high marks. We weren't in a hurry so arrival time really didn't matter. We just wanted it, and everyone else's car, to get to their destination safeand sound.
