I had no issues with the transport carrier or pick up/delivery of my car. I will advise to schedule in advance of the delivery requirement to minimize stress. Plan for the unexpected. Fortunately, my pick up and delivery times went according to plan.

Couldn't have asked for better service.

They were great, easy to use, and they did everything they said they would. They did not warn me in the beginning that it might take a few weeks to do the pick up of my car. I should have asked when they would pick it up, but when they told me they would pick up later, they were on time. I had gotten a few bids and their price was right in the middle.

They were very professional and polite. They got my car there and that's all that matters.

My experience with Parker Auto Transport was fine. I wasn't there when they had picked it up, but I was there when they dropped my car off. They unloaded it and left. There were no damages to my car.

They did a good job. They were good communicators and it was a reasonable price. Everything went as planned and promised.

The experience didn't go well. They never showed up. They quoted $750 for the job. It wasn't a good experience. We were looking for someone to transport our car, so that was the main reason we registered with Angie's List. They didn't communicate that well. We would recommend others to listen to good transactions.

My experience went great. They did what they said they were going to do and everything turned out just perfect. They were on time as well.

It went really well. They were really fast in their response because I called on February 22nd and the guy showed up on the 25th. It took 2 weeks for the car to get there which was fine. I got other quotes. I called after a week to check the status and they didn't call me back. I did have the number of the driver so I called him but Parker never called me back. I intend to use them again.

Parker Auto Transport LLC, I think they were very good initially, but I didn't use them because I cancelled my trip. I got a quote from them and it was actually very reasonable and very well handled. Mr. Parker was on the Internet with me and I was on with him a few hours the first initial visit and then a day on the second. It's been a year and a half. I can remember it was $1500 or $1800 and parking was like nine something, very, very reasonable and willing to take care of the conditions I wanted. The quote was given to me in one day, and got back to me within a few hours when initially gave him my frame when I needed it. I thought it was wonderful.

They were great. The positive thing about them was they were punctual wherein they stayed within the terms of time they promised to deliver. There was nothing negative with the experience at all. There were also no changes with what they quoted.

My experience was outstanding. I am really glad I used them. Jillian Parker was really easy to work with and talk to. I was going to transfer and ship it across up north and I found somebody that would like me store my car in Florida and she give a refund back but she didn’t have to and it was non refundable but she gave it back to me anyway. They were fast and on time. She gave me the $100 deposit back which was non refundable. I will refer her.

My experience with them has been very good.

It was okay, they got the call and he was helpful in finding a way of getting the car picked up but what I didn't know was that it cost me an extra $125 and then I called him and he said he would refund it to me but he never did so I won't use him again. My daughter was in Montana in Glacier National Park so it was kind of out of the way, he was helpful in arranging that she could have also a car in Great Falls Montana where she had to fly out of. I had to pay additional $125 and when the car was delivered, I called them and he said he would refund it to me but he never did.

They were good and get the job done. They were little rude, but the one on the front end was really nice. The price was competitive.

It went very well. Their price was reasonable at that time. I like the idea of their car service, it was a truck that was totally enclosed. So the car arrived not dirty and saved a lot of mileage.

Over all good experience. Just give sufficient time to get the card to destination.

There was an issue with the original pick up date. They quickly fixed it. Car was picked up on the date I wanted. There was an issue with the drop off date. It was going to be one day earlier than I wanted (we would not be in the new city yet). They were going to drop the car off at a holding location, but I finally got someone local to accept the car for me. The driver made arrangements to meet my friend and made it happen. I am happy with the results. Car came through with no problems.

Parker Auto Transport was great. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt, nice and polite.

I am pleased to report that I have just received my car in Los Gatos, CA having shipped it from Estero, FL. I used a recommendation from Angie's List named Parker Trucking. The contact was Joanne who was very good about getting back to me in a timely fashion and arranged transport through Carrier Experts. Although the car was picked up a day after I left FL and a couple of days later than oriiginally requested, it worked out with no problems. The car arrived this morning, almost exactly as promised. The driver was excellent about contacting me and staying in touch since I had to arrange a ride from Santa Cruz which is about 40 min away. In general it was a positive and professional experience and I would gladly recommend both in the future. Thank you Joanne.!

From start to finish this was first-rate. This was my first experience in shipping a vehicle so I was a complete novice. Like most of these companies, Parker Auto Transport is a broker - that is, they serve as the contact between the trucker and the shipper. The first trucker they contracted for my shipment had a mechanical breakdown the day before the scheduled pick-up. Even before I was contacted by the trucker, Parker had already arranged for a different trucker to do the job. The communication was first rate, the pickup was actually early (with my ok), all my questions were clearly answered, and on top of everything else, this was the low bid of five companies I contacted. Not only would I do business with them again, but I am not sure I would even contact another company for a bid. I can say nothing but positive things about this experience. Good job!

Good but driver did not come prepared with cables to start a dead battery. of the car on his truck.

They called us in advance to set up rendezvous to load car and were very graciously mannered on morning of loading. They delivered the car to its destination on schedule.

There are less expensive services. All the brokerages seem to bid on the same actual transporters. The broker carries the insurance and makes the arrangements. We felt Parker was fine.
