When I sent out the information to get a bid, I testified that the car needed to be picked up after May 11 but before May 15 and they said they could do it and so they told me how much and they asked for the deposit and when they contacted me with the information which was very last minute, they contacted me about 3 days before the car was going to be picked up, and what they gave me was the 15th which I said it had to be picked up before the 15th so we had to play around with that, and it turned out that they picked up the car on the 17th and that was the hassle because my daughter wasn't there to give them the car. It was a mess but it worked out.

They arranged for the pick up of our car just a few days after we called. They called twice to let us know what time they would pick it up. The car arrived to NY just 8 days later. There was no damage to the car and all of the contents were inside, including many personal belongings. Transporting the luxury car to our adult child would've been nerve wrecking if it weren't for Parker, who put us at ease. What's more, the reviews on Angie's list were all so good that we felt confident.

Very well. My research into automobile transport led me to believe that it would take days if not weeks to get my car picked up and an equal amount of time to get it delivered. That was if it were possible to find someone that could handle my very small sports car. Joanne at Parker Auto Transport, LLC found Rileys Allstate Hauling who was able to pick it up within a couple of days and delivered it the next day. The trip was from Baton Rouge, LA to the Houston area. This provider found exactly what I needed. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service. The cost is unknown because I only paid for the transport service. I assume this provider got a commission on that amount.

They took a few extra days but it was good. The lady that runs it was very nice and she set up with the company located in our area and picked the car up when they said they would but it took them about ten days for it to get to the destination but it wasn't their fault. They got the car to the destination one piece. I was happy with the truckers because they were very nice. Their price was very reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

They came and picked the car up. It was gentle. It was delivered timely in Washington state and there were no scratches or any problems with it. There was no damage to the car. I feel like their pricing is reasonable. They called me when they said they would. They kept me informed. I was just really pleased.

The person that I dealt with for shipping the car was also pleasant. I got an e-mail and phone interaction with Parker Auto Transport. The lady and the officer were both very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend their services. The pricing was slightly higher than several other companies. It seems to be a very competitive business. But the fact that we had references from Angie's List and felt that we could trust them, I would definitely recommend paying just a little bit more to be confident that everything is most likely gonna go well.

The people from Parker Auto Transport LLC was good but the guy who actually did the driving was a nightmare. The car got there in one piece and there was no damage, which is good. He called us to ask if he could pick the car up four days earlier. He was just really bad. He was supposed to call 24 hours in advance before they delivered. He called me at two in the afternoon and I'm at work. He told me that he was already there to deliver my car and that he needed to drop it off. I rushed out of work because of that. He was supposed to take credit card other than cash. He suggested I pay him $950 in cash. All the people from Parker Auto Transport were great. They coordinated everything. I'm never going to use the same driver again. My mistake was not calling Parker Auto Transport immediately.

It went very well, and would not hesitate to use them again. If we had any questions or concerns, they were easy to contact and very reponsive. We have used another car transport service in the past, and it was a disaster. This went very smoothly, and the car was in perfect shape when it arrived.

My experience with Parker Auto Transport was terrible. I think that guy shouldn't be in business. We had our car transported and it was scheduled to have left Spokane somewhere towards the 31st of December and it turns out that the transport vehicle had broken down in Seattle. Then he came to come Spokane to take it down and it broke down there again. Our cars couldn't start and so I thought we could work something out to send it south. It turns out that there was a storage fee for how long it was stored there. The driver must have made arrangement to transport our car with somebody else because we had to pay that guy, too. We also paid for the car rental. It was about 2 weeks late for us to get the car. Our arrangement was to pay this certain amount to have the car transported enclosed. If I have searched around, I would have paid less to have it transported open. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use them in the future.

I like everything about the service that they provided. They were on time. They were no damage at all on my car. They were courteous with everything and answered all my questions that I had along the way. I can’t say anything better about them. The price was reasonable and fair. They did under covering and everything worked out fine.

My car showed up on time. They took a little off price to clean my car after a gasket from another truck busted all over all of the cars on the truck. This was a good experience.

He arrived early. He was professional, courteous, and I loved him. I already recommended them to someone else. Just make sure you do an inspection on arrival.

The worker called my father to let him know when he's going to show up and he showed up early. He was very friendly and helpful. He loaded the car up and made it here to Virginia a little sooner than expected. We had a little trouble unloading the car out but he just took the truck down to another area to bring the car to where I needed it to be.

the driver was professional and very helpful and kind. i felt like my son was moving my car. that is how comfortable he made me feel. they actually got it there earlier than predicted. it could not have been a better deal

The company contacted me and arranged for the car pick-up. The driver contacted me and arranged the pick-up date and time. The driver was professional and courteous and on time. He contacted my daughter in San Diego to arrange the drop-off. Since she was out of town for Thanksgiving, they arranged to have the car dropped off at a storage facility. When she picked up the car everything was in order.

They were fine and in fact the best so far. They kept me informed as to what the progress was and were fast as well as efficient. They did no damage to the car and everything was on time. Their pricing was fair and competitive. They were there when they said they would be there.

This is the 4th time that I have used a auto transport company to move vehicles across country. Parker was by far the best that we have used. The dispatcher was friendly and informative. The driver contacted us the night before and gave precise directions where to meet him. The driver was on time, friendly, and thorough. My pick up truck arrived in CA on the date that was promised and in half the time that any other transporter managed the trip. The other times I transported cars it took 2 to 5 weeks for my vehicle to arrive. Parker did it in one week. I will always use this company from now on.

Date was May 2012 not sure of exact date.People on the phone in AZ were just outstanding. Very nice and easy to deal with. Spelled everything out clearly. Paid $104 deposit once the driver was assigned. Paid the rest upon delivery ($500). Sent check to receiving person to give to driver. Driver met us in shopping center half a mile away (our choice) at date and time agreed to. He was on time and really friendly. Took less than 4 days to get to the Ohio area. Car arrived perfectly, picked up by relative who handed the driver a check. I research companies to death and it takes me awhile to pull the trigger - these people are the real deal - very honest, very professional, very careful, and have rates equal or lower than many others. Just a perfect transaction from start to finish. This is the company to use - no worries.

Our initial communication with MJ Parker was good and following that I was contacted on a Thursday by the shipper (Premium Shipping) to expect a call in a ?few? days. I received a call on Monday at 2 pm saying the driver was picking the vehicle up at 3 pm. Wow, one hour to turn it around but I managed. After loading the vehicle I asked the driver when I could expect the vehicle to be dropped off. He said due to where it was going, probably Saturday and I should get a call from his office the day before. Knowing the destination, I felt Friday was a more likely bet. I called my contact on that end and informed them the driver said Saturday but they need to be ready for Friday. On Thursday at 2 pm the shipping office called and said the vehicle would be dropped off that night at 9:30 pm. Not a good time plus its dark and not possible to do a proper vehicle walk around. After some shuffling we arranged someone for the 9:30 pm drop off. Around 9:30 the driver called and said he was late and it would be 11:30 pm which is a totally unacceptable time to deliver a vehicle. Now wait a minute, some people need to sleep and one of my contacts started work about that time. We managed but with a lot of cussing from all of us and making it impossible to inspect the vehicle in the dark. Why not wait till morning beats me. I should have told the driver to come back in the morning. NOTE - I would use this company again only if they did not assign the work to Premium Shipping.

By phone and email, they were extremely responsive to questions and answers. Found them as the highest rated on Angie's List - not undeserving. Having obtained several prices, found their prices were among if not THE best as well. And they were fast - much faster than expected. In fact we are still driving (the other car) across the country, and the car got to my brother's house in less than 5 days. Fortunately we had flexibility in time, as they were about 1 1/2 days late in getting to our home for the pickup, but once there, it went very smoothly. The dispatcher seemed very busy, as we had to call him, as we didn't initially hear from him. If you use them - and we recommend you do - make sure you leave a day or two flexibility on the pickup end. We were moving our home, so had we not allowed for the time, we would have had to give the keys to someone else to send the car off. Otherwise excellent service. The key is patience. The driving team seemed very professional, and didn't mind my watching the entire thing till they left with the car on the truck.
