The quote I received from Joann Parker for transporting in an open trailer my daughter's car from Reno Nv to Richmond Va was not the lowest, but it was competitive. In researching companies, I was impressed by the detailed response that Joanne made to a customer who published a long and pretty vicious complaint on several platforms. I was also influenced by the positive comments from members of the BMWCCA forum. I am very pleased that I chose Parker. Joanne responded quickly to my emails and addressed my concerns before the transport took place ; she readily adapted her payment model to my needs (I did not want to have any transaction take place with the driver at delivery) ; perhaps most impressive was the fact that the pickup and delivery were very quick, and that the car arrived in perfect condition

I’ve used this company in the past and did not have a good experience and against my better judgement, I decided to contact this company again to ship 2 of my vehicles. I requested a few quotes to weigh my options or where to ship my vehicles since I travel for work. I wanted to make sure the dates that the cars arrived I would be working in that city during that time. Ultimately, I was overcharged and disrespected by the extremely rude owner Joanne Parker. She was incredibly rude even after I've spent nearly $5k with her company. She then cancelled my payment for my two vehicles which is literally UNHEARD OF, and ridiculous out of fear that I would dispute the charges (which I've never done in my life) ????? and I am a repeat customer! Now I have to pay cash once my cars are delivered. Mind you she did this AFTER both my cars were picked up, otherwise I would cancel but now my hands are tied and have no option but to pay thousands of dollars in cash on the spot and hope I don't get played even more . She did make sure how ever to cancel the payment after she got her cut. This is unheard of, unethical, and this company should not be in business. This is the worst service I have ever received and it's truly disappointing. I would highly recommend not using this company.

Car arrived in a very timely fashion.

Parker Auto Transport shipped my 2015 Porsche 911 GTS from Houston to Palm Springs and then back from San Francisco to Houston. The transport was done in an enclosed state-of-the-art trailer. I was first nervous about shipping a luxury vehicle but could not be more satisfied with the service and attention to all details. At the end my car was the 'cheap' one on the truck. I would definotely use their services again.

My car was picked up and delivered with no issues. Due to a truck problem, the delivery was a couple of days later than promised. The company was prompt in communicating with me. My car arrived safely and in good condition. We have used Parker Auto Transport in the past and would highly recommend them.

The process was fast and seamless, everything was done through email and phone contact until the actually pickup. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. I am not one who normally comments on transactions but this company and their people's integrity and professionlism has been one of the best experiences in my 63 years. Everything that was stated was provided as expected without any additional upcharging and alterations to the original quote.The vehicle was delivered in the same condition as when it left (some dust as is normal). I highly recommend Parker Auto Transport!

I waited TWO WEEKS to receive my vehicle. The day before it was supposed to arrive, I called to confirm. I left a message and have yet to receive a response over the last 3 days. I paid my deposit, provided details, and received a confirmation email two weeks ago. The company Parker brokered to told me today the order was cancelled and I called the dealership and the car hasn't even been picked up. This company is awful. Thieves, liars, and a true disappointment.

Joanne was very easy to work with and prompt on following up throughout the process. Our driver was excellent with communication and flexible to work with when coordinating pick up and drop off. My high end SUV was in great condition from the time it left to the time it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the service, especially after shopping around and seeing how Parker was the lowest across competition.

Parker was really wonderful to work with, everything went smoothly and on time. our driver was Victor and he could not have been nicer. We priced several different companies and Parker was among the least expensive. It is so reassuring to know that we can use their service whenever we have the need to transport a vehicle. Actually, the prices are so reasonable we may ship cars instead of having the hassle of driving them ourselves.

This company ROCKS!! I called last minute and they accommodated me. The driver actually lived in FL and was driving straight there. I had my car in three days, arriving earlier in the day that my plane! Definitely would recommend them to anyone...thank you SO very much!!

In spite of being a car guy, I've never had the occasion to use an auto transport service so this was a first. Part and parcel to it being my first time I naively filled out one of those "instant quotes" [online] and unwittingly unleashed a tsunami of emails and calls from independent brokers many working from their kitchen, the loo or who knows where else. I can say I started w/ AutoStar who low-balled me to get the order (quoted $600 - then asked for $750); then I learned that much like pork bellies on the commodity exchange, my transaction was on some kind of big board with haulers opting to take it or not. After a week of "not" and learning I'd have to spend more, I canceled that contract out irritation vs. financial reasons and went to the next bidder which was Krystal w/ SunCoast... another lost cause, this time not because of price but because Krystal simply never called back to take the order... this after filling me full of nonsense about finding space for back-hauls, seasonal trends and whatever else she could throw at me. Well, at the end of the day, I had a car to retrieve! So somehow Budget Auto Transport was next in line... Thomas, very polite but asked to put me on hold for just a second... 4 minutes later (try holding for 4 min when you have other important business to do besides give someone an order) he picks up apologizing that my call had gotten lost. Thomas gets a ballpark agreed upon, wants to call me back in 15 minutes... that was (at this writing) a week ago! By now I figure I need to find an owner/operator scenario because these brokers are too busy watching their favorites shows. I discovered Parker Auto Transport and Joanne was fantastic. She got quite a chuckle out of what I'd been through, separating the wheat from the chaff, that convertibles automatically default to the top of carriers, that vs. [as I was told] having to pay a premium for the top deck and/or those were premium [and hard to get] spots ... it was a great education and I'm hoping to get 3 credits for it! :) Net, we got the deal done, car was picked up the next day [as promised] and Ramon made quicker time out to the East Coast than I think the car he was transporting (a Jaguar) ever will or could have! Joanne, I'm pretty busy; the gentleman in Austin [the seller] is very busy and we both appreciate your consideration and getting this straight forward order done in a superb and professional manner! If there were more than 5 stars, you get em!

Very well considering the short notice and limited availability of auto transporters. Auto transporters were in high demand this month to replace all the cars flooded in Texas from Hurricane Harvey. PAT was the lowest bidder and met all my expectations. Joanne was very helpful and kept me informed on a regular basis.
