Fustrating from moment I was told my car was going to be picked up for transporting . I placed my order on Friday and received a call from Joanne on Monday afternoon that my car would be picked up.. I received a call from driver saying that he hit traffic he was in the bronx and due to rain and i would be the first to be picked up in the morning - Well my car was not picked up until Monday night at 8:00 and had to make arrangements to leave my key as I was scheduled to leave NY bound to Florida. My car I was told was to be delivered Thursday or Friday according to Leanne's e-mail - car never came so I called the driver I was given the number by the company that was contracted for my auto transport. he told me that he would deliver my car over the weekend as he was on the west coast delivering cars, car never came I received a call on Sunday that my car would be delivered= Sunday came car was not delivered, driver called and told me that I would be the first stop in the morning, well morning came my car was not delivered I received a call at 4:00 was told that my car would be delivered in an hour which it was not, then received another call that it would be delivered between 7 and 7:30. I was so happy that my car finally came and was delivered the way I left it -- Parker trucking once they receive their $129.00 does not advise you of the status of your car and when I spoke to Joanne she told me that i should not have called the driver to try to locate my car. I advised her how fustrated I was about not getting a straight answer when to expect my car and its location ( I feel I had every right to know) she never followed through she made tons of excuses and never checked status of my car. I blame Parker trucking and not the company they contracted to ship my car - I checked Parkers reviews on Angies list and went with their company thinking I would have a pleasant transport -I would never use a broker again you are better off dealing with the transporter directly and saving $129.00 going to Parker just for locating a driver. For me I will never not use an auto transporter again - it was a very fustrating week for me.

We were very pleased with Parker Auto Transport LLC. The representative we dealt with was named Jim and he kept up good communication, he was always available by cell phone when we had questions, he sent us frequent emails letting us know how the process was going and we were very happy with how that went. The car was delivered in good shape and in a timely manner. We had done pretty good research with other companies, there were several other companies that would not even give us an estimate because we started from Medford - Oregon which is not a big urban area, it is a smaller town, it has an airport but it is off the beaten trail of most car transport companies so some companies said it would be too hard to find a contractor to come to that area and get it, so we found this one and we did look up Better Bureau ratings as well as Angie's List, probably because, Jim was more communicative, we chose him.

Very professional, fast service. Driver delivered car ahead of time. Quotes are fast and easy, and communication is excellent!

Great company. No issues. Great customer contact and service. Provided all the details and promptly replied to emails I sent. No worries here. Vehicle stayed on one truck from Virginia to Los Angeles and then was placed on smaller transport truck which could drive into neighborhoods to deliver my vehicle to my door and in great condition. No problems whatsoever. Thanks for doing a great job. :):)

I had a bad experience dealing with Parker Auto Transport LLC. They got my car here in one piece and they got here within the right amount of time but their driver was very rude and there was some minor scratches on my car and I want to take a picture and he flip out on me. He was very sexiest. I told the manager what happened. He was just awful because they must have another vendor they work with and he wanted me to give him more money than he should have.

It went really well. They just picked up the car today and that was smooth, I was waiting for the car delivery hopefully that will be soon as. They were very accommodating on my gate and they offered to have it delivered to one of the employees house so I didn't have to pay for the storage fee. It was pretty awesome. Their price was competitive.

I assumed incorrectly that Parker would be moving the vehicle, but they farmed it out to Roche Auto Shipping. I put a deposit down more than a month in advance, again assuming that the deposit was to lock the price. When they subcontracted Roche they called me to tell me the price went up over $100. Since I didn't have time to find someone else I used them anyway. For the pick up, the driver did not call but just showed up one night without notice to pick up the vehicle. I had moved and left the vehicle with a neighbor. Fortunately they were home and able to get it loaded. The driver called me to tell me he was on his way but he didn't speak English (at least I think that's what he was trying to tell me). They were just one day late but when he called again for the delivery I still had no idea what he was saying. I called the dispatcher for Roche a couple of times and left voice mails but they were not returned. All said and done, the vehicle got there undamaged but I was not amused at the end of the day. Maybe I expected too much.

I was expecting hassles and a 7-10 day wait period for my car. It was an eBay purchase ( I was very nervous) being delivered 1700 miles from Pennsylvania. They contacted the seller and worked well with him to find an appropriate time for pickup. They picked it up Tuesday jun 11 and I was expecting it maybe the next week after fathers day, maybe end of the week. He calls on Wednesday June 12 to ask if he can drop it off that night. They delivered an unmolested car 1700 miles in 27 hours, and they were friendly all the way. The office gave clear instructions and kept in contact throughout the process. I might buy another car just so I can use them again. $936 for 1700 miles. I would've had to spend 3 days , $400 for a ticket, $300 for gas and at least one hotel and some food in there Instead I played golf with my daughter while the drove the care to my front yard faster than if I'd ordered it from Amazon.

We picked Parker because they were right on the Baseline Road, it was very close. And it was Angie's List recommended so we went with them. When I called, I spoke directly with Joanne Parker, so it wasn't like, a receptionist. So she had all the information, exactly what she could do for us, about how long it would take, and so she answered all of my questions right up front. She did call back with more information, because she had to set up the actual trucker, and so the first comment that they were very good at communications. Whenever I called I didn't get a recording, so they really kept us informed and I could always reach them with any questions. They were on time with the delivery. They gave me the phone number directly of the driver so I could reach him. At the end there was a little glitch where they couldn't deliver it exactly where we had planned because the big truck couldn't maneuver in the parking lot that I had designated, but they gave me an excellent alternate place which was also close by. He was on time, I went there, he was waiting. He got the car down from this big auto-hauler, those big double decker things, and it wasn't like a u-haul, it was the full-scale trucking thing. He unchained it and got it down while I was there so I could watch. I looked over the car from front to back for any scratches, it was in perfect condition, started up just great, and I just gave him a cheque. It was a very smooth transition. So the price was good, the communications were excellent, the facilities were good, the car arrived in excellent shape. I would definitely use them again.

Joanne at Parker Auto Transport was great! She was up front about all the pricing, timing and what to expect and she put us with a very reliable transport service. The communication was excellent and she was able to answer all of our questions. We would certainly use Parker again if we end up moving back east!

The service was fine. Their price was medium. They were there on time and they delivered it here in no time at all.

That went well. There was no issues. We used them in November, 2012. I don't recall the exact cost. They were thoughtful. We were shipping to Colorado and they alerted us to potential weather issues but we were able to get the job done.

They required a deposit (unlike many other providers) and then did not arrange the transport through a contractor until shortly before my car needed to be picked up and only after I emailed them for status. The price increased $50 because of changes to the market (???? I assumed the original quote was firm.) They did offer to rebate me $25 of that increase, but my suspicion is that because they failed to contract with a transport until I asked for status, the price increased unnecessarily. The driver was not up-to-speed regarding the delivery date and notified me 2 days before I was scheduled to fly back to Illinois that he was in Chicago with my car! I worked with him to deliver my car the night I flew back 2 days later. For some reason, he couldn't get my car to me via his truck (even though huge trucks deliver to a Dominick's only one block away from me), so he drove my car to my home - I drove him back to his truck about 2 miles away. I was just lucky he didn't get in an accident on the way to my home. Overall, I found the whole process to be very unprofessional. I've had my car transported across the country without any of these problems 3 years ago and would not use Parker again.

I contracted with Parker Trucking in February 2013. My move date date was March 20. As of March 14, driver still had not been assigned. My move date was approaching and my flight was on March 22. I could not wait any longer to be assigned a driver at the last moment in spite of all the call to the company. I was advised that this is how this business works. I am a planner and needed to make other arrangements at the last minute.

I first got a quote from the company website by entering pickup and destination locations and car model. I then called the office with a number of questions about the process and whether car had to be empty. My telephone calls were answered promptly and all of my questions were answered. Once I was ready to have car picked up, I went back to website and, using the quote number, entered the pickup and destination addresses along with contact phone numbers. About 4 days later I received a call that the truck was ready to pick up car. The car was loaded on truck and about one week later, my husband got a call that the car would be delivered the following day. The car was in the same shape as when it left Virginia and the process was very smooth. I credit Parker Transport with having a seamless process and anticipating all questions that arise. Great job. I highly recommend Parker Transport!

Parker Auto provided quick service and was able to deliver my car to me in Austin Texas within 4 days. When I called to schedule the car transport, spoke to the owner who was helpful, knowledgeable and took time to explain what the current rates were for auto transport and why the rates were at that current price. I appreciated her frankness and also her willingness to find a fair price that would allow for a quick car transport. I initially called Parker Auto on April 4, a driver was assigned on April 4, the car was picked up in NJ on April 6 and my car was delivered in Austin on the evening of Monday, April 8. The driver reviewed the checklist detailing the condition of the car when he picked it up and let me look over the car when he unloaded it from the truck. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided and would definitely use Parker Auto Transport again.

Everything went very smoothly. They provided the service I asked for and paid for in a timely manner. They were very good at communication so all my questions were answered. The vendors that they used were very professional, on time and did a good job.

Fantastic service... They were extremely flexible with our dates. By far the best price. Our driver Alex was wonderful. He managed to pick up our car from a very narrow street by walking the three blocks to where it was parked (we had already left town and had left it with a friend--- much appreciated). The care arrived in excellent condition. Once again, Alex delivered on time and was great to work with. The company overall who brokered the deal delivered everything they promised. Would definitely use again.

The service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Our car was picked up on a Saturday in Indiana and was delivered safely in Florida the following. The staff was friendly and respectful.

suitable carrier was arranged....pick and delivery were at times and on days agreed upon....what else could you ask for?

Service provided was excellent. Trucker who actually performed the move was also excellent.

After signing the contract agreement and making the deposit, I found out from the truck driver that he will not pickup and deliver my car from and to my house. I had to drive my car to a shopping parking lot in California for the driver to pick it up and took a taxi back to my house. At destination, I had to ask my friend to drop me off at Lowe's parking lot in Texas for the truck driver to deliver my car. Needless to say this was not just inconvenience but also costs me money for the taxi cab. This is the third time I ship my car across the country and never had this problem in the past, I don't think I'll use Parker Auto Transport again and don't recommend this company to anyone.

pick up was late by a full day, which was frustrating to the folks on the pick up end. delivery was fine.
