They were quick to respond and very clear about their service and potential cost.

We had to leave Arizona on the 12th of January and the pick up date for my SUV was the 18th of January. My husband talked with the driver from Parker Auto Transfer and asked him if it would be possible to pick up the car at my brother's address. The man said absolutely , not a problem. When the 17th came, the man called my brother and told him the time he would arrive to pick up the car, made sure all the paper work was there, and asked if that was a convenient time. All went well with that situation. After picking up my car, he called my husband, informed him he had picked up the car, and gave him the day he would arrive in Cumming, Ga. On the day he arrived in Ga. he called my husband and told him the approximate time he would deliver the car to us, and again asked if it was a convenient time. My car came through the haul in A-1 condition. It was even clean and the weather was bad with rain pouring down from New Mexico all the way to Georgia. I was really impressed. The driver ( I think owner) was totally professional, had all of his ducks in a row and even took time to chat with us....a very nice man. Thank you, Angie, for helping us.

Went real smooth no problems at all. They were professional and any concerns were handled right away . No damage to the car I would recommend them highly.

C&S automotive is the best and most honest car repair shop I've ever experienced. They were very candid and timely in their craft. I would definitely recommend them.

It went very well. The driver had some truck problems, so we had to drive a little farther than scheduled. However we were ok with that because the driver was such a nice guy.

MJ Parker Trucking was fairly easy to work with, and they performed the service well. I did find it a little difficult to get a hold of them initially to confirm the details and set up the pickup time (required a few emails and phone calls), but once this was done everything went smoothly. Pickup and delivery were on time. The car arrived with no damage and the price was as quoted. Their price was at the upper end, although not the highest, of a number of quotes. I would use them again.

I originally contacted Direct Express Auto Transport to find an open carrier for my SUV from California to Maryland. After a month (and many frustrating calls in between), they still had not found anyone so I decided to try Parker Auto Transport. I filled out their online form and was immediately emailed a quote along with a claim number to use if I decided to use their services. Their quote was good for 10 days. When I decided to use their services, I submitted a more detailed online form and within 10 minutes I received an email from them saying they found a carrier (Jats Auto Transfer) that would pick up my car in 4 days and deliver it within a week. The day before the car was picked up, the driver contacted me and said he would be at the pickup location at 11 am. He showed up on time and loaded my car onto the truck. Four days later, the driver contacted me and said he would be at the drop off location at 7 am the next morning. He showed up on time and quickly unloaded my car. The car was in great shape and not damaged. I wish I had gone with Parker Auto sooner; it would have saved me the inconvenience of being without my car for a month. They were able to do in 10 minutes (and I'm not exaggerating) what Direct Express Auto could not do in a month! Also, Parker Auto Transport handled the transaction more quickly and efficiently than any company that I've ever dealt with, auto or otherwise. Thank you, thank you, thank you Parker Auto Transport! I will definitely use Parker Auto Transport again in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They charged a $150 for the fee for them to pocket it and they subcontracted it out and it was very high; all of them they're the highest one.

They didn't respond in the time promised originally. Each day, they didn't know when the pick up would be made for about a week. Then, the driver assigned to pick up the car advised me that it would be around noon the next day. Instead, he called at 8:30 to let me know he was here. He was on another street because he couldn't fit his rig onto my street. I understand that so I agreed to bring the car to him. I told him what kind of car and color to expect. He called me back on my cell and yelled at me (really!) for driving right past him. At that time, I was just pulling out of my driveway. So, it wasn't me he saw. When he arrived in Flagstaff -he had told me Friday at the earliest and he arrived on Wednesday which was fine. He asked my son (a college student who was to receive the car) to pay him in cash. Sounded a bit fishy to me but my son did that without my knowing and didn't even receive a receipt for the balance. That's the story.

I originally signed up with another company to move my 2 cars from Las Vegas to San Antonio. I had to cancel my 2nd vehicle with that other company because they were taking too long and I didn't have pleasurable experience with my 1st vehicle. I am so glad that I found Parker Trucking through Angie's List. They were able to find a transporter within 2 days. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to find one because it was a holiday week. The price that they quoted me was the exact price I paid the transporter. Robert, who was the transporter, did a wonderful job moving my car. He was very courteous and professional. He kept me updated and showed up quicker than what I was expecting. After my van was delivered Parker Trucking followed up with me and asked how everything went. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Parker Trucking. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I ever have to ship my vehicles again.

After cancelling our transport order for our car with another carrier due to inactivity/contact, we found Parker Auto Transport on Angie's List. They were exceptional in every way with professional service and immediate responsiveness. They assigned a driver for our order within three days from VA to NE and his service was excellent. We definitely recommend Parker to anyone looking to move their car. First Class!!

The transport of the vehicle went well until it arrived in Denver. We gave the transportation company the address and told them it was on a dead-end street and that we needed it delivered to the house since the car does not run. The car was delivered on a semi-trailer which was not able to drive into the street. Thus, they dropped the car off on a main road near the house and it became my responsibility to deliver it to the house via a tow truck, which I ended up paying for. The service was good and the deliver staff were very friendly, but it was poor planning and excecution.

Driver was great. My Mercedes wasdelivered in great shape. Had a small problem with setting up a driver through Parker Auto - the original date Parker provided for picking up my car would not work with my schedule but they did correct the issue.

Parker was very responsive and quick to answer my questions thoroughly. When I needed to change things, they accommodated me very well. They told me when the driver would contact me, what would happen each step and it was a great experience overall.

It went very smoothly. The only hitch was that the car arrived early but they rearranged their schedule to that she had time to get to the bank to get the money for the payment.

Through Angie's List, we utilized this transport company for our vehicle. Ultimately, everything went fine, but not without some undue stress beforehand. We had contacted the company many weeks ahead of our move-out date and paid the deposit. Their pricing was fair in comparison with other companies. Parker gave us a 3-day window for pickup. Based on this information, we arranged a lot of other stuff, like movers, rental cars, and such. At no point were we told that this delivery window was tentative and unreliable. We sent several emails with Leanne trying to narrow down the delivery window. She was responsive and would email back quickly with a "We're working on it." The week of the delivery date, we again emailed to confirm the delivery window, and we received an email from Joanne stating that orders weren't processed at greater than 7 days. When we emailed 3 days before the initially quoted date, we were again told that they were "working on it, but no driver was yet assigned." Finally, when we called on the delivery date, we a were again told that a driver was yet to be assigned, and they could not tell us when the car would be picked up. As expected, this piece of information caused some stress. Perhaps it's from our lack of experience with auto transport, but I would think that companies would clearly inform you, and reiterate, that a delivery window is very tentative. In addition, I think that the customers should be kept in the loop in terms of potential issues in meeting the quoted pick up date. We were frustrated because we made numerous attempts to clarify a pick-up date, and at no point were we told that it's dependent on them finding a driver and his schedule. When asked for alternatives, if a driver wasn't found prior to our departure, we weren't really given any clear options. Supposedly, they did increase the price for the drivers, and it ended up working out. (Stouffer's Trucking, by the way, was awesome, and you can just go through them, and cut out the middleman.) At the end of the day, they did their job and at a good price. I do feel that we could have been better informed about the process, rather than surprised the day of stated pick up, that we can't expect the delivery window to be valid. It would also be helpful with updated status of our order as the day nears, so customers could plan on troubleshooting alternatives.

I shipped two cars with them at different times. Both were delivered as promised and in good shape, though in need of a washing as might be expected from an open transport.

The transaction was all very smooth. Called and got a solid quote. The pickup was smooth and easy- and drop off just as promised. The move of this vehicle was a result of serious family illness - so this smooth transaction made it much easier and lessened the stress.

Parker Auto Transport was wonderful--very professional, prompt, and I couldn't be more pleased. Unfortunately the people they contracted with to actually transport the vehicle weren't. It was difficult to get hold of them and they didn't seem to quite have their act together. They didn't call when the car was close to the dropoff; instead they called (after 5 pm) and said, "We're here!" Our employees had to scramble to get back to the office with the cash needed to pay the balance. I highly recommend Parker, but hope the other contractors they work with are more professional.

$1,200 is a lot of money, but that appears to be par for the course for an auto shipper. It's just not a cheap thing to do; we did quite a bit of price comparison and this was the lowest price. The driver was right on time, the car was delivered right on time with no damage. The driver also made a thorough check for damage before transport while we were there, we verified, and then off he went. The car was delivered to a friend at the destination where it awaited our pick up. Would definitely use again...if I had to ship a car across the country again. That's a lot of cash!

The only suggestion I have is Parker Auto Transport should have told me that they are brokers and farm out our service. Parker did not deliver my vehicle. Because of the middle man, I did have an issue upon delivery and The company Parker chose to deliver my vehicle became somewhat arrogant to deal with. The owner of Parker was polite and pleasant to deal with, however, I still was expecting Parker to deliver my vehicle. She is the one on Angie's List and that is what I went by. Parker never mentioned she was going to farm out my vehicle. I knew nothing of the company that delivered my vehicle. A little disappointed in that part of the transaction.

I arranged for Parker Auto to ship my car to my new home and I paid a down payment for the service. Parker then contracted with another firm to pick up my vehicle on June 26. The driver at this second company called and said he had vehicle issues and could not be there on the 26th as promised, but would be there promptly at 8 a.m. on the 27th. He never showed and called later to say he was still having repair issues. He guaranteed he would be there on the 28th at 8 a.m., which was our moving day. Once again, he failed to show up as promised and I was in a panic situation where I might be forced to leave my vehicle. I contacted Parker and they desperately tried to make other arrangements. They said I should have contacted them earlier, but I felt it was their responsibility to be in communications with their own vendor if any issues arose. I felt I had contracted with Parker, and if they brokered out the work, it didn't mean they were absolved of any responsibility. By this time I had lost all faith in Parker and its vendor after three days of failed promises. I was forced to ship my vehicle on the moving van (luckily there was space) and incur significant additional charges. Parker refused to pay for the extra costs involved, but did promptly refund my original down payment. Very simply, I signed up for Angie's List specifically to find a reputable company to ship my vehicle, and Parker Auto was recommended. The company simply did not deliver as promised. I sincerely hope Angie's List's recommendations are better in the future.

They handled the service very professionally.

Everything was great. We were nervous because we had heard it was difficult to find a good car transport service. But they were prompt and so nice. And the company they contracted to, Three Kings Auto Transport, was equally as great to work with. The were attentive and on time, and I would highly recommend both companies.

The move was completed as advertised.
