Parker Auto Transport was very helpful in scheduling the pickup and delivery of our vehicle from Seattle to Fort Lauderdale. They hire truck drivers who do the actual moving of the vehicles. I'm sure this is not an easy task since they are coordinating schedules all across the country. The only problem I had was the actual delivery of my car in Fort Lauderdale. We were given a window of several days when the car could be delivered and we fine with that. We understood that our car was not the only vehicle being delivered and it may have actually been the last car because of our location. On the last day of our window, we waited for a call to see what time we were to meet the driver and it never happened. We called Parker Auto Transport and they got in touch with the driver and said he would be calling us. The following day we heard from the driver who was still a day away. We did finally get the car, but the driver told us he was not supposed to be on the route he was on, which was fine, but he should have called us to let us know where the car was and when it would be delivered. The car was in the same condition as when it was picked up and all was well.

All my dealings with this company were pleasant and reliable. Their cost was in the middle range,but having checked Angies list, then better business bureau, I ultimately chose this company and was not disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone seeking similar services.

They where great. I have used 2 other trucking companies for this same route and they have been the best. The other two not so great- first one cheapest and car arrived with mirror broken off drivers side. The second one took 2 weeks to see the car and was moved from truck to truck. They were a couple hundred more then others but worth every cent. The driver, Arthur, was very good! The car arrived a day early which made my son very happy. The car arrive in same shape it left here . I will use them again!

provided the highest price out of several brokers asked to ship a car from California to Tennessee. Way out of line - either out of touch with market (not likely) or looking to unreasonably profit from unwitting customer.

All went well, including pickup and delivery. Continual communication from home office and driver were pluses. (Driver notified us when he was delayed by flat tire.)

They were immeduately able to hekp us transport the vehicle. Pick-up was same day and delivery was 3 hours earlier than projected 2 days later. The driver called several times to keep us apprised of his estimated arrival time. Would recommend to others in need of this service and would use again if need arises. Price was in the middle of the other 6 quotes. Delt with Rolando on phone and he was acommadating to meet our needs, Thank you Rolando!

It went very smoothly. They communicated well with telling us when and where they were going to be. It went very well.

I placed my order. Once order was placed they called me to inform that can be picked up early. I gave them go ahead. Once driver picked up car I got email from them. Within one week car was delivered to me. I had to call them only once to check the status of my car. They kept me posted all the time by sending emails. Very reliable.

They did not disclose the "approximate" dates of pickup and delivery included a 2-day window. They showed up a day early on Thursday, which was okay and the driver called and said the vehicle would be delivered the next day. But when it did not show up on Friday I called the dispatch and they said it was to be delivered on Monday. When it was finally delivered the driver told me he was less than 100 miles from my house on Friday and his dispatch told him to turn around and not deliver until Monday because that was the schedule. That is ridiculous being that close and not delivering the car. My only requirement was the delivery could not happen on Saturday, but clearly from the driver it could have been delivered Friday afternoon. This vehicle will be shown in a autoshow in the future and I cannot have a 2-day window for pickup and delivery so I will not be using this company again.

Service performed as stated.? Driver on time and professional.? Car delivered with no damages and a day earlier than expected.

- Quote process - very simple and straightfoward process via the web site - Price very competive compared to others - Staff responsive to communication ( mostly via email) - Company acts as a broker so customer must provide a window for the pick up and delivery dates - Be flexible and aware that they could pick up based on driver's progress to pick up location. - Driver kept in touch with us on his progress to our location - both prior to pick up and to drop off. During the pick up process , he made better than expected progress so pick occurred one day prior to the earliest date we had provide for pickup. So be prepared and flexible. - Pick up occurred in a parking lot of a mall and drop off on the shoulder of a main road - neither were an issue for us. - Deposit paid to Parker by credit card up front - Driver needs to be paid in cash or by cashier's check when car is delivered.

I highly recommend this company. They were professional, on-time, responsive, and the car got there as planned. We sought several quotes and almost every company descended on us like vultures. Calls coming in day and night to try to rope us in. But, Parker Auto Transport was professional and did not harass us after they gave us a quote. The quote was about $165.00 higher than the others we received, but based on their great reputation and high ratings we decided to go with them. It seems like there are many scams out there in this business, so we decided to put up the extra cash and hope for the best. It could not have gone more smoothly, and we highly recommend this company if you need to transport a vehicle!!

I contacted Parker Auto Transport on July 2nd --which was not the best time because of 4th of July holiday. Initially all communication done by email of which I find to be a little impersonal because so much of the "much needed" conversation is left out when only corresponding via email. I was told that they could not help me after a few days and I was referred to another company with "poor rating" reviews --all done by email. I declined to use the recommended company. A few days went by and I received a call to see if I was still interested in transporting my call. From this point on, the service was excellent. They were able to arrange to have my car picked up from my home and delivered to the front door of my son's apartment. It was actually much more than I expected. Vladimir, the driver, was awesome! The car was picked up on 7/11 and delivered on 7/12. Parker Auto Transport in the end exceeded my expectations. Great service overall. I would definitely use them again but without all the emails back & forth.

Looking for a auto transporter I naturally noticed the great reviews for Parker. I had already inquired into many others but still gave them a call. Joanne parker quoted a reasonable price and within the window I needed it to be done. This industry is full of thieves and although some prices were lower I didnt know if I trusted them. Anyway, Parker did it., They did a great job in a time frame better than expected. I highly reccomend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Joanne was very unprofessional and lied to me by phone stating that the contract said things that it did not when I was looking at the contract as she spoke. I hired this company to transport my vehicle but the driver called Thursday, July 25, 2 days before the scheduled date, stating that he was in my neighborhood to pick up the vehicle. I told him that he had the dates wrong. He checked with this office and they verified that Parker gave them the wrong information (Parker outsources their driving to another company). I was not in the area with the vehicle and unable to meet the driver. The driver said that he could not take my car since he had to leave and would call Parker. I then called the Parker office and got their voicemail so I emailed Leanne who was the sales rep that assisted me with my order. I used the email address that she used in previous communciations with me. She did not respond. Approximately an hour later, Joanne Parker called me and said that the contract stated that they could get the car and drop it off 2 days in advance and that she sent me an email saying that the car was being picked up on July 25. I double checked my email as it is a work email address and didnt see an emal from them. I also double checked my spam folder and did not see anything from Parker. Joanne stated that she didnt see any notes on my order and had no idea what they were doing. I told her that I had been working with Leanne and had several emails between Leanne and I stating the order. I also electronically agreed to the terms as was an option that Leanne gave me. Joanne said that it was my problem and I then said no that it was her problem to find a driver since I paid for her services. I then forwarded her an email containing the contract and emails between Leanne and I. When I called Joanne this morning to follow up, she said that since it was my error she is using the $129 deposit that I paid to pay the driver. She also said that I need to pay another $129 to book with them again. I now have to find a new transport company and pay additional fees to rush the car to me. These fees start at $250. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! JOANNE WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND HURTFUL.

First, not sure why MJ Auto gets such high marks. They do not ship the cars, they just dispatch - they are classic middlemen who take money from the customers and subcontract the work out to the drivers. Basically, their involvment in the process is limited. Even within that limited role, they do very little to distinguish themselves. My 2 cars were supposed to be delivered to my home address, but of course if you read the "fine print" if you really want them to come to your home address, they will charge extra as most homes are considered "unsafe" for the driver to bring his tractor trailer. Fine if the cars can be delivered reasonably close. In my case, they wanted to deliver the car to a service plaza that would take ~20 min to get to and back as it would require a loop on a major interstate to get there. As I explained, I had my 2 year old with me and no other adults, so taking that much time to loop around twice to get both cars wasn't feasible. They made zero attempt to find a reasonable solution. Instead, I worked it out with the driver directly. He came to an office complex that was ~1 mile from my house, and we did the 2 loops to get both cars to my house. That was reasonable, and that driver (who is not an employee of MJ Auto - just wanted to make that clear) clearly was looking for a workable solution for both of us. MJ Auto couldn't be bothered to come up with a workable solution. Needless to say, I would not use MJ Auto again, nor would I recommend them to anyone shipping their cars.

I contacted Joanne at Parker Auto Transport on April 12, 2013 to get details on shipping our car and small truck from South Florida to the Houston, Texas area. I learned that they wanted a three day window for pickup. I called Joanne and placed the order for transport of our vehicles. The vehicles were booked the morning of April 16, 2013 and a deposit of $183.00 was charged to my PayPal account. The vehicles were available for pickup anytime after April 23rd, but the latest possible date would be April 27th as we were moving on April 28, 2013. I kept in contact with Joanne (I called her, she never called me). She kept promising to provide an exact date and name of the driver, but she never did do so. When I started calling her daily on April 21st, she said that "Lots of snowbirds are leaving Florida" and that scheduling all of their vehicles along with ours was difficult. On April 23rd I began to call twice daily to verify transport of our vehicles. Finally, on April 26th, Joanne said she could have the vehicles picked up on April 29th, the day after we were moving back to Texas. Joanne kept using the "snowbirds leaving Florida" as an excuse for not transporting our vehicles on the dates promised. We had no family in Florida and no way to allow for pickup on April 29th. Joanne clearly knew that April 27th was the last date for pickup as she had been advised of this date on many occasions, but did not meet her obligation. On April 26th, after Joanne promised April 29th (still no pickup time or driver name) I told her to cancel our order. She was not even apologetic, but the $183.00 was promptly returned to my PayPal account just a few minutes after our conversation. Joanne knew she had not met her obligation and was probably glad to just cancel the order. I called CREATIVE RIDES Auto Transport and spoke to Grace. She said she could get the vehicles picked up on the following day, but there would be an additional charge of $100.00 for one day service. This was a minimal charge considering that we needed to have the vehicles picked up quickly and CREATIVE RIDES could do so. The following day Blue Transport came, loaded the vehicles, and had them in Texas before we actually left Florida! Parker Auto Transport LLC had an all "A" rating and many excellent reviews, but in my case, they were the worst! Not only did they cost us extra money, but many phone calls, sleepless nights and much frustration. Dealing with this company was a very bad experience.

After my initial inquiry, Parker Transport contacted me by email. I called and spoke to a very nice lady, Leanne. I explained how that we had contacted several other transport companies who had quoted a low price and expedited service but couldn't find a hauler for us. Leanne didn't b.s. with us, just told us the truth about costs, routes, and trucks. She said she would find us a hauler within 5 days, she found one just 2 days after I spoke with her. The car is on its way to California. We were really pleased that we found Parker Auto Transport on Angie's list.

They scratched one of the two cars that I had shipped. I negotiated on the spot to discount the job. They gave me $400 off, it will cost more to get the bumper fixed.

The transport of the vehicle went well until it arrived in Denver. We gave the transportation company the address and told them it was on a dead-end street and that we needed it delivered to the house since the car does not run. The car was delivered on a semi-trailer which was not able to drive into the street. Thus, they dropped the car off on a main road near the house and it became my responsibility to deliver it to the house via a tow truck, which I ended up paying for. The service was good and the deliver staff were very friendly, but it was poor planning and execution.

The driver could not have been nicer, his name was Yuri. He was absolutely terrific. He kept in contact with me and let me know every step of the way where he was and what he was doing. It made me feel very confident in him and the company. I was very pleased with how it all went.

They did what they were supposed to.

Larry came to my home to get my car. He called before he arrived. They were very reliable. The car actually arrived earlier than expected and undamaged.
