The driver picked up the vehicle two days after pre-arranged date. The shipment went two weeks later than pre-arrange date, and the driver tried to charge me extra $100 which wasn't mentioned when I placed the order.

It went flawlessly from the beginning of communication with Parker and then the driver to delivery. Great follow up by Parker as well. I will definately use Parker in the future

Excellent service, we moved our car through them from PA to TX , they were the cheapest in all quotes procured. Provided door to door service and delivered the car on the promised date. We asked for pickup on 26th , later we were told that there is a 2 day window to pick, they picked up on 28th. But delivered in excellent condition without a scratch and on time. In case i have to move again I wont call anyone else :)

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience ever! The only thing they ever communicated promptly on was taking my deposit on paypal. Probably so I couldn't dispute it on my credit card. The email requesting payment didn't even identify the name of the company or service. I had to call for a quote after I used there online system after several days. When they finally congratulated me for letting me know that one of their subcontractors accepted the order to ship my cars, I researched the subcontractor for ratings. The company that "accepted" me had horrible ratings from everyone including the Better Business Review "F". Additionally, a few other ratings reported that cars had been taken off the trailers with one customer reporting 400 miles being put on their car and another one with a red light ticket!!! Even after sharing what I had found with Joann Parker she indicated that she had lots of confidence with this subcontractor. She did offer a refund a one point but I told her I would trust her judgement. However, after another round of very poor response from Parker and very last minute call from the subcontractor about pickup, I elected to cut my losses. I frankly don't know how Angies List can give this company an "A" rating with the percentage of "F", "D" and "C" ratings they have. When I finally expressed my exasperation with Joann Parker she informed me that I should have just let the system work. Joann, if this is your system...i.e. knee jerk response to communication and selection of bottom feeder subcontractors, I would suggest that your system is sorely in need of some professional management. Additionally, I strongly suggest that Angies list not give this company an "A" rating. I would never recommend them ever! I will be calling Angies List with further comments.

I needed my car shipped from Snowmass Village, Co to Florida. I used Parker, because they were highly recommended on Angie's List. I was totally satisfied with them. They responded to my request quickly with a fair quote and picked up and delivered my car on time.

As far as I can tell, Parker serves as a broker and had an independent trucker do the transport. The car arrived early, which required me to fly back to Buffalo to get it.

It went great. The biggest concern about car transport is whether the car will be picked up promptly, and it was. Beypnd that, it's whether the car is taken good care of, and it was. Finally, the delivery to my home was prompt and polite and perfect. All good.

Contacted Parker based on a review on Angie's List.? They provided a price and approx. date.? I then used PayPal to give them the $159.00 deposit. It is apparent to me that they are brokers.? They found a local company to then handle the actual move.? Jacobs Transport did the hard work and I plan to review them on here?as well. The car arrived in FL less than 24 hours after it departed NC.? Very Very pleased!

Parker Auto Transport was great. ?The day I put my order in to transport my mother's car from New York to Florida it was picked up. This is one of the busiest times of year to transport cars from New York to Florida and I was concerned we would be waiting days for it to be picked up. ?The driver was professional, courtesy and eased my mind that my mom's car was in good hands. ?Thank you!

This company was efficient, honest and professional.? If there was a delay (heavy traffic, etc) I was contacted immediately and given a new time of arrival.? I would definitely hire this company again.

I was extremely happy with this service. ?I'm always nervous turning my car and possessions over to strangers, but everything went well. ?They were late picking my car up, but it was due to massive amount of traffic. Honestly, I'd rather wait for them at my location, than have to drive and meet them off the interstate. ?One note, I packed my car full with stuff, and they charged me $40 extra. ?The car was dropped off and in great condition. ?I will definitely use this company again.

No problems. ?Jose the driver kept me abreast of his whereabouts and approximately when the ?car would be delivered.

I used them and they were wonderful. They kept in constant communication. They let me know there was an issue with the driver and called me to let know they were changing the driver. The minute they realized it they put me with another driver and my car was here before I expected it to be.

Parker Auto Transport did an excellent job. The customer service was very good, the driver was great. I am extremely satisfied and the service provided for the cost offers real value. Next time I need to transport an auto or recommend transport service to a friend or colleague, I will definitely recommend Parker Auto Transport.

Only provided a quote for transport but was not able to schedule a pick up and delivery date within the time frame I needed the vehicle transported.

The communication with all the staff prior and during pickup was excellent. The driver was great, got our car to us in a timely manner, in good condition.

I signed the contract on Friday, September 20 and sent the deposit and to my great surprise was notified that within 24 hours the Corvette was scheduled to be picked up. I contacted the previous owner of the car that evening and the carrier had already called him to let him know about and arrange a suitable time to pick up the car. The driver was professional and polite and loaded the car without any problems and I was pleased that the previous owner had a pleasant experience. The schedule would have had the car here Tuesday the 24th but the driver had other deliveries on the way that tied him up an extra day and I was informed of the delay and was told he would arrive on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to see what time to expect the delivery and found out that the driver was on the way and would call me when he was a little closer but it would be within the next few hours. The car arrived after the driver called about an hour before the delivery and we met at a parking lot as I live in a rural area and a truck would not be able to deliver to the house. The car arrived and it had less than that 1 mile since it was loaded which was great [and was one of my biggest concerns]. I paid the balance of the contract to the driver and we went through the condition of the car and there were no problems. I expected the car to be filthy from the trip on an open air carrier but it was fairly clean. Overall this was an great experience with MJ Parker trucking and Joanne Parker and Leanne. When I e-mailed them with a question they got back to me right away and gave me the information I was looking for. I would not be hesitant to call them again for any transportation needs.

Company did not supply a quote and did not even contact me.

One of our cars arrived with a new flat tire. It was a Sunday and since the office was closed, we had to call them on a mobile phone they provided. Joanne answered and was clearly annoyed about getting a call on a Sunday, and simply didn't want listen to what happened or help with the resolution. She just wanted to repeatedly state that the car must have had a slow leak before it was picked up!! Our neighbor watched the entire pick up process. It took the carrier over 3 hours to load 2 vehicles on a car carrier. The driver drove the car 1000+ feet down our street to get it onto the truck - which is where the flat happened. A HUGE nail was lodged in the tire, and obviously the cause of the flat and obviously would not cause a slow leak. After what felt like an eternity, Joanne stated that the trucking company has insurance, and to make a claim with them. One of the worst customer experiences we've ever had in any business/industry. Would highly recommend against using their service.

Service was excellent. They performed everything as they said they would. All calls were returned if no one was available. Car was delivered in excellent condition on time. The driver called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving and if the time would work out for me.

I needed to repossess my Jeep after a friend "borrowed" it and drove it from MA to FL. I worked with another friend who lived there to help from that end. After obtaining several quotes and reading reviews, I went with Parker to transport the car. They did an excellent job, brought it up faster than expected, no damage, and at a reasonable price. The driver was also very professional and kept me informed by phone as he was nearing the destination.
