They were late picking it up, but they were early delivering it. They were competitively priced. They were not the most expensive and they were not the least expensive. It was in my budget. Like I said, they had a hard time picking it up because I had scheduled it like for a Monday and they said they would give you 24-hours to pick it up on a Tuesday. They did not end up picking it up until Wednesday night, but I got it a day early. It was a lot of stress and I had a flight to catch. So, he literally picked it up at 8 o?clock at night and I got on a plane at 5 o?clock in the morning. Even though they were late, they gave me a direct number to somebody. They gave me the driver?s number. They were constantly in contact. I realized things happen. It was nice they kept me up-dated.

All as scheduled with good communication and we were very pleased with the entire experience.

He picked up car on time and delivered the car on time. Had a good experience. I was very apprehensive but it all worked out fine. The car was inspected in Phoenix and the again when it arrived in NJ. in the same condition. Driver stayed in touch with me and was very polite.

Everything went well from communication to scheduling to professional driver and follow up and delivery.

On 4-18-14 I received an email that said the car would be deivered 2 days after my stated departure date for my NH trip, approx 1450 miles, days before the agreed upon delivery, there was no way I could be there to receive the car, then I was told they would not be delivering the car to my address, not even to my city, but to another city 45 minutes away and I had to make it there to get the car, I was rudley told all of this, and when I said I had no way of getting to the car on the day or in the other city I was told off again like this was my problem. They breached their agreement on the 18th, going into Easter weekend with no possibility of me getting another company lined up, they cancelled on me and after saying they would try and find another driver they did nothing. Totally unprofessional. This has caused me a great deal of upset and now expense. If anyone wants the emails and records please ask. I got a refund but only after asking.

the move went ok. pricing was a bit of an issue, but in the end I got my car in one piece.

This was my first experience with auto transport. They were very informative in explaining the process. When I had concerns with the first carrier they selected they quickly found another. The carrier coordinated everything with the seller regarding pickup in AZ and maintained good communication with me during the trip.

Move went fine. Cars were a bit dirty for having been in an enclosed carrier. The company was very good at working with us on our pick-up and drop-off dates which was a huge help.

Everything went as planned. Parker is a broker who arranges transportation with a pool of trucking companies. I believe Parker also operates some of their own rigs but this was not the case this time. The first truck firm they had selected did not have good reviews so I asked for a replacement and it was done with no problem. Once I made contact with the actual trucking firm Parker was really no longer in the loop and everything was handled with the trucker from pickup to delivery.

The Parkers scheduled my pick up in the week For which I asked. They arranged a successful transport from start to finish. My vintage TBird was trucked from Huntsvillle Al to Rochester NY on time and completely intact. No problems. The driver kept in contact with me in a timely fahion. I will use Parker's services again.

The overall experience was satisfactory, and the price was good (so I'm told). The main company was good to deal with, but the actual hauling was done by a subcontractor. Pickup and delivery were timely, but we had issues because the assigned driver had very limited english. Ultimately we had to handle all communication through the sub's dispatcher, and this caused some long response times and frustration getting the final delivery details handled; that is the reason for my B rating. | |Also, in general just be aware that your car may arrive rather dirty. This is just a fact of life for an open trailer. In my case the car was on the lower deck, and as a result it got fluid (motor oil?) dripped on it, so it has runs all over the windshield and driver's side doors. This car was due for a good wash/detail anyhow, so it was not a big deal. But I can imagine some people would be upset by this, especially if it was a nice car.

Parker emailed a firm estimate; provided a subcontract with very professional driver.? Car made it just fine, when it was expected, for the price quoted.? Good work.

They were very easy to work with, prompt and efficient. I would recommend them for interstate transport.

The only problem was that the car .. which had only 2000 miles on it, had a ding in the front fender perhaps from a rock that was thrown up on the road. The driver had noticed the problem on the delivery slip. After contacting Parker, they made sure the sub contractor would pay for the repair of the ding. This was complicated because it involved painting a section of the fender and the removal of a clear plastic layer that I had my Toyota dealer put over the frontal section of the car. Unfortunately, the ding was farther back than the area covered by the clear protector. I took the car to the nearest Toyota dealer. had it repainted, a new section of the protector put on, and a new layer of the 3M surface coating put on the fender. The several steps took a few weeks and involved 4 trips to the local Toyota dealer. In any case Parker did all they possibly could and I was pleased with the final result. But obviously it was an hassle that I hadn't wanted to deal with. I am planning to have the car transported back home using Parker Auto Transport. Obviously the problem that arose was not their fault. The office staff was as helpful and concerned as possible.

Outstanding company!!!! We needed to ship our classic '65 Mustang and didn't have much time to plan. We contacted Parker Trucking at approximately 8:00 am on a Saturday; we received a quote, were booked, and had the car picked up by 2:00 pm that SAME DAY. Our car arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. Tom with Ranger Auto Transport as well as Leanne with Parker, were extremely helpful and courteous. My highest recommendation

It arrived earlier than expected in spite of a snow storm. Pleased with service.

Horrible experience. The driver dropped off the truck and it was dirty and in bad condition. The worst is that he damaged my sun roof and covered up the damage by closing sun roof shade. He denied damaging but you could clearly see he was not being forth right.

They did a great job. There was no hassle. They did everything by email so there was not miscommunication.

I was having a major delay in dealing with another company and called Parker to see if they could help. I spoke to Rolando who explained to me how the industry worked and reassured me that the other company was not doing anything unethical. He told me that would be having the same problems as they are. I appreciated his advice and honesty and will refer friends and family to them in the future.

I have used them 3 times and everything went as planned.

Every aspect was handled professionally; the provider they contracted with, Bulldog Trucking was amazing.? Kudos to the driver!

The transport went as well as can be expected for such a service. Our only issue was that the driver didn't speak much English, which made it tough to communicate some of our questions about the transport.

We were kept informed throughout the entire pickup to delivery. We were very happy with the service and with the driver. Emilio was the greatest!

After repeated calls to them, they finally got a driver the day before vehicle was to be transported.

Overall the experience was not good and the company was extremely unprofessional. They were unprofessional in the way they interacted with us and they did not follow through on the timeline and commitments they made. When we asked them what was going on they just said we don't have control over the drivers and that there was nothing they could do. Both the pick up and delivery were not done when they were scheduled nor did they call when the said that they would I would definitely not recommend using this company nor would I ever use them again.
