Paid 1800.00 for blown in insulation in attic. 1789 sq feet house so have no idea if that was a good fair price?

K&B was in my case showed up early and did a clean and very quick job. I noticed the difference within a few hours. It was a garage ceiling insulation.

I was disappointed with their quality of work, being they were rated number one on HomeAdvisor. I totally regret hiring this company. If you do hire them make sure you go behind them and inspect the job. If they are cutting holes in your wall or ceiling make sure you inspect before they seal them back up. If this isn't possible pull out an electrical box and inspect. This is how I found out the job b was far from complete. The attic I had no access to prior to the Insulation but I did cut my own access after and found the attic severely lacking of Insulation. I did file a complaint and had them return to my house to finish the job I paid them 1900 to do. Well Bryan refused to listen, did another horribly bad job cutting access holes, made excuse after excuse of why it wasn't insulated. So after the 3nd time of him destroying my walls and ceiling and making a complete mess in our bedroom "( insulation all over our bed he didn't even try to cover it) . He supposedly blew more Insulation in our attic when I asked for pictures or to look before he sealed the hole. He showed me pictures of someones attic but not mine and sealed the hole without me looking. Full disclosure Bryan is an excellent salesman I was taken in I hired him and every second of that decision I regret. Yes I was finally able to get a refund not all but some of the money. I refuse to let him come back to my house after the 2nd trip he made here. I know my house wasn't insullated properly. Just please beware.

man if i only knew they could do blow in insolation in existing walls, and for that price i would of done it twenty years ago. It knocked the temp down 10degrees on a 110 deg. day. They were great to meet with and deal with, and sure love the extra they put into the job. A half hr. after they left i did a very lit sanding and a bet of paint no one could tell they were here. Thanks

Brian and Jen are partners in this business. They are truly prompt and courteous when listening to my old house duct leaking problem. Having dust blowing into the air conditioned rooms made AZ summer truly hellish. After completion my problem was solved by Brian's technical skills above simple insulating. I overpaid other associates tho also tackle this insidious health problem without success. I give K & B Insulation 5 stars and so will you.

Prompt and professional.

Extremely polite. Took photos of the damage to show what was needed. Replaced the insulation and repaired batting around solar tubes. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Vacuumed all debris that fell into the rooms that accessed the attic spaces. Highly recommend them.

Insulation installers showed up ahead of schedule, discussed what they would do and asked for my input and if I had any questions or concerns. They were very careful not to get any insulation product near my stove pipe support box. After they completed the job they again asked if I had any questions and suggested I go up into the attic and inspect their work, which I did. Prior to leaving they vacuumed up the excess insulation on my garage floor. Couldn t ask for a better job. 👍🏻👍🏻
