I was very happy with the initial quote and estimate process. Had two bids prior, but K&B was more concerned with how much I had in the budget and working within my budget. They were lower than my other bids and they also included the heat barrier and topped off my existing insulation so I received two for one. They were on time. Showed up with a large crew finished in half the time and cleaned up like they were never there. We shall see if my energy costs go down but was very pleased with K&B.

I had a consultation for the blow in insulation back in March. everyone in the company was very nice, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After receiving a few quotes I wenr with this company based off previous ratings and price...very competitive! Great Work!!

They did a very poor job and it is still not complete after 7 month. We have given up on them ever completing the project. We will have to hire another company to the job correctly. I was a very simple job. They did not show up on time if at all on the scheduled date. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

After evaluating our needs and doing a through inspection of the attic we were given an explanation of what they were going to do. Once the job was finished it was noticeable that the soundproofing and heat retention were improved.
