the owner checked out what I had, blown the insulation where I requested, and found some blank areas, which he did, after letting me know about it first. made a big difference in my house.

Very friendly. Visited to quote the job on a Sunday, scheduled the work for the next Tuesday. scheduled for a 6:30am start. Called at 6:15am to let me know they would be here at 8am. Called at 8:15am and said there was a issue at his supplier, but would be here by 9am. Arrived at 9am and did a good job. Luckily I was off of work all day anyway so the delayed start didn't hurt anything. Pretty good clean-up afterwards.

They were friendly, yet professional. I'm already seeing the benefits of their doing a bit extra ("burying" the air vents in blown insulation, etc.)

I m so happy I selected K &B Insulation for my insulation needs. They do a great job and provide more value for less cost than their competition. Brian s upbeat attitude, his attention to detail, and his desire to go above and beyond makes choosing K & B Insulation the best choice!

They estimated 50 holes at $40 each but didn't use a stud finder, drilled 156 holes in my walls just so they could bill me more, the retexturing of my walls was supposed to be included, but they refused to have it done when they found out the cost. They drilled holes in 5 walls not supposed to be done; one of which ruined my stenciling on the wall which took me hours to complete. Two were inside the walls, some holes were just scored and never filled with insulation, some were drilled into studs where insulation couldn't be blown, sometimes drilled holes top of wall and a few feet below, some holes were touching in-between same studs and they billed me for all holes whether or not they tried to fill them with insulation. Left a terrible mess...I said I would help clean up, but the mess they left for me went way beyond any help in cleaning up, any time the insulation was hidden behind furniture, they left it. They pulled my mattress out to drill holes above the bed and pushed it back against the wall pinning an unbelievable amount of insulation between the wall and mattress. Said they would make it right and they wouldn't return my calls or texts. Everything in my house was literally under plastic for weeks. The mess they left took me three gallons of paint ($94 plus tax), cost me $1,100 for retexturing, and took me working 12 hour days for four full days to repair. That is not including the countless hours I spent covering everything with plastic so the retexturing could be sprayed on the walls or cleaning up the insulation they left in every nook and cranny in my home! NEVER use this company! Their dealings aren't honest!
