I live in the mountains and there was no one local to blow in my insulation. They traveled over 100 miles and did what I needed and charged me a fair price. During the procedure there was very minor damage to the ceiling. They were very conscientious in seeing that it was repaired to my satisfaction. I tried to do business locally but couldn't. I'm glad I hired them.

Gave me a price over phone from experience in the past suggested he come and look as my home as is a multi--wide MH. did have to charge me more than stated on phone but feel reasonable considering everyone not willing to do or I would have to hire some else to open and close the ceiling and this they do, granted we the HO have to paint and finish off they make that very clear. Arrive on time very please with the service. To soon to tell in my SRP bill yet Thank You All very much.

They called immediately. Appointment set, quote given. Day of service, did NOT show up, no call text or email just didn't show up. I called the guy and I got the impression he had no clue he made the appointment. He said he was on his way. I texted him after a bit to not come for traffic reasons its difficult to get to where I live during 5 o'clock traffic. Shortly after text got a call from different person who stated they could not make it. He stated they are doing a house on Monday a mile from my house and would come after that. Again did NOT show up. Again no call no text nothing. I sent a text which resulted in a call from original guy who stated someone made an error on schedule. This time I said I would be going with another company. Will not be using HomeAdvisor any longer.

Bryan was amazing to work with. He was prompt for the estimate and gave us a fair estimate. Very professional. Once we were ready for the insulation he was there within two days as requested.

This company did what they agreed to do; blow in insulation that meets code. I made arrangements with Bryan, they arrived on time, blew in the insulation, showed me the depth of the insulation, cleaned up after themselves including sweeping the garage floor and left in less than 2 hours. I was pleased.

Professional, friendly, and really knows his business. I saw benefits immediately in that A/C did not run constantly and the temp in house remained consistent. Bryan had to return to reconnect speakers in ceiling that disconnected during install--problem resolved and no problem in getting him back. I would definitely hire him again.
