We are so, so happy with the service we received from K & B Insulation! It’s a crappy situation when you buy a house, move in and then find out that there is no insulation in any of the exterior walls. Unthinkable, but that’s the situation we found ourselves in. Obviously, this is a very costly project, and we wanted to be sure we were getting the job done properly. Brian came out and gave us a quote (our second quote for the job). It was obvious right away that he is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in the insulation business. He walked us through the process, gave recommendations and then gave us a very competitively priced quote. On the day of the job, Brian was punctual and communicative. Brian answered all of my questions, and addressed each concern thoroughly and patiently. This is a family business and, over the 2 day course of the job I started to feel like they were old friends, rather than business associates. They were all very friendly and worked hard to get the job done quickly and thoroughly, and were pleasant to have in our home. My husband and I are so grateful that we were able to work with such a knowledgeable and kind-hearted person, as Brian. This was a completely unexpected expense for our family, and thanks to Brian, we have a little more money in our pocket and a lot of insulation in our walls and attic. I can’t express my gratitude enough. What a pleasure it was to be served by Brian and his team at K & B Insulation!!

Bryan is funny and professional. The price was fair, he arrived on time with his dad, it is a family business and they work well together. I am very happy with the customer service. I had a minor concern and Bryan returned the next morning and resolved it! He went way above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend K & B.

Great service. He recommended an upgrade for $100 after the job was started. Just a little disappointed cuz I thought I already had paid for an upgrade.

K&B just finished my job and I couldn t be happier. They went above and beyond to make me happy and showed up on time and worked on Saturday to get me ready for drywall on Monday. I would highly recommend this company.

Very responsive. Clear in communication on what he can do and provide as part of his service. Very personable. Pricing seemed to be very competitive. HE crawled around in the attic and made me aware of areas where insulation was non-existent. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up very well afterwards. Professional and fun. I would use him again.

K&B came to my home and saw the work and gave me the quote based on that.. and I agreed to hire and pay entire amount ( as they requested) upfront, agreement was them to insulate entire my roof and a room and my garage.. day after they came to do the work.. when they were done.. they told me they couldn't do entire roof, and they didn't do good work on closing the holes that they created on my walls to blow the insulation materials.. and told me that I need to sand pauper them and paint them ( which our agreement them to do everything.. not me) since I'm not insulation expert I don't know how they did in the roof and walls... because I trusted them and let them to do everything

Bryan was quick to respond, Doing Insulation install for close to 20 years. They gave a very fair and competitive bid and went beyond my expectations in density install. and were in and out and didn't leave a mess.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and prompt

Brian called soon after I submitted my request for bids. He was out of town, but would be returning at 5pm. He stopped by, provided a quote and offered to complete the job that evening. The home is 1250 sf and Brian added an additional 12" of blown in insulation. I inspected upon completion and am 100 percent satisfied. Before today, I did not know Brian, but would hire him again without hesitation. He did exactly what he said and for the price quoted.

They were on time and did a fantastic job and even put insulation in my add on which was not in the estimate. It has made a big difference in keeping the heat inside our home. I would recommend them at any time. Gene - Wickenburg, AZ.

I am not sure if the insulation was blown into all of the areas of the attic. And I am not sure if the radiant barrier paint was applied thick enough. It s a family operation. Nice people. Ready to start my project promptly. Cleaned up afterwards. Seemed expensive for the amount of time required to do the job.
