Joe gave me an estimate. He was very polite and took his time answering my questions. The painters were very efficient and did a good job. I did however have to call the office for a minor repair that they needed to fix, but they were out the next day and fixed it. Customer service was good.

We're trying to sell our mother's home, and this company was extremely helpful in getting the house in compliance with FHA requirements, and did an excellent job throughout. They understood the need for us to keep the expenses down while still doing an outstanding job. After they were done, the whole place was immaculate!

This was a positive experience from the initial phone call. Jeremy was responsive to my requests. He explained what would be done and by when. All deadlines were met promptly. Joe the foreman was punctual, professional and efficient. Our house looks tremendous. Thank you, AZ Painting.

Jesus was sent to do the bid estimate. He was friendly, on time, and reassured me on all of my concerns. I specifically talked to him about repairing all the mortar around the house, and he agreed his guys could do it without a problem, and we clearly discussed it as part of the overall project and estimate. He told me the crew could do the job in two days. I was surprised at that short time frame, but having never contracted for a house to be painted, I believed him, assuming he would put a crew on the job who could accomplish it in two days. When I called to accept their bid, a date and time was scheduled about 3 weeks out which was no problem. However, I never heard from them prior to starting so called them to confirm the day before. Apparently someone assumed I'd been contacted and no one actually had. On the day to start, the crew was to be here at 9 am and were running late, but someone did call and let me know. They arrived around 10 am. No problem. After a day of prepping, confusion was created. The crew primed the mortar on the stem wall without filling in any mortar anywhere. They also didn't power wash the sides and back of the house. When I discussed the mortar issue with them, the guys said it wasn't suppposed to be done and they didn't even have the materials to do it, but that they'd do it. I called the supervisor just to double check it'd be done and he assured me it would, and in fact it did get done very well. The power washing seemed a mystery since the ground was dry, my windows were not spotted, but they said they did it, but I insisted they do it over, which they did. The supervisor was very eager to make me "happy" which was annoying more than helpful because he wouldn't own up to the mistakes, just wanted me to be "happy". I understand and appreciate the company's desire that the job would be completed to my expectations, which is the bottom line for customer and company. The two guys on the crew seemed very nice, took care to show me the progress on the house, pointed out when things were corrected and detailed to get my okay, never even winced if I asked for something to be retouched. Overall, they worked hard for four and a half days, not 2, which was a problem for me causing me to miss several appointments and an anniversary party. I told the supervisor that it would have beeen helpful to have an accurate timeframe and he said there was no way to know how long the job would take. Not a great answer when your profession is giving bids on jobs, including timelines. I would use the company again because the end result looks fantastic, but now I know that the job would need some supervision on my part, which I guess is smart consumerism anyway.

I just bought a newly constructed home in Arizona. The walls were all white. I wanted them painted the same as a model home that I saw. I contacted the Arizona Painting Co. and spoke with Joe Campbell. I told him exactly what, and how, I wanted the interior to look. He was out at a model within a few hours and got the paint spec sheet, he called me with the details. He faxed a bid to me by the close of business that day. We agreed on a start date. He had a crew out, and the job was done in 3 days. Quality was better than I expected, cut lines were perfect. I chose the paint (model specs). clean up after job very good. You pay for what you get, you can hire a painter to "slap" the paint on for a hundred bucks a room, or hire a professional paint co to do great quality work, Mine was a new home and we wanted it to look perfect, and Arizona Painting Co exceeded our expectations. 4 minor touch ups were needed and Joe sent the job foreman out when I arrived and that issue was resolved. Their work is warranty for 3 years. They used 5 separate colors for the job, and saved me touch up paint if I ever need it.

Overall they did a good job. The job was completed on time and the workmen were punctual and friendly. They ordered the perfect amount of paint for the job. They were flexible with my scheduling demands / delays. In the beginning I had expressed concern for the new door hinges and new carpet that were previously installed. I was assured that there would be no issue and these items would be protected. However, the entire perimeter of my newly carpeted rooms were heavily tainted with paint. They did correct the problem by applying a chemical to the carpet to remove the paint, which worked well, but I was disappointed that I had to treat my brand new carpet with any type of substance. As for the hinges, they had noticeable traces of paint, which I remedied after they left by applying nail polish remover myself. I didn't expect a perfect job, but I was hoping that more detail would have been paid to me and my early-voiced concerns. My point here is no matter who you hire, watch them, be there while they are performing the job, and do a thorough inspection after each day so flaws do not get out of hand.

It went well, especially when dealing with Joe. The negotiation process was easy and he was always responsive to any of my questions/concerns throughout the entire process. The interior came out beautifully and the painters were courteous and punctual. Overall I was very satisfied with the outcome. There were a couple of minor dissatisfactions, all of which were remedied. I was unhappy with the color washing color, but I did get to see it sampled beforehand, so it's my own fault for letting them proceed. Joe offered to paint over it for a small fee, but I chose to keep it for now. The paint on the garage doors and foundation was peeling after a month, but Joe quickly addressed the problem and had his painters out to scape and repaint them and as of right now...it looks great.

Over the course of the last 14-15 months, I have used this company to paint the exterior and (in several sessions) the entire interior of my house. Joe Campbell has been the estimator to come out and assess the job each time. It has been consummately professionally and timely. He's been sensitive to our time constraints and even sent 2 crews when the job would have taken a bit longer than anticipated. On one occasion, there were some minor color adjustments needed in my daughter's room and they came back in a day or two with no complaints. The company seems to be very concerned with customer satisfaction and calls to see how jobs have gone. On the work site, the crews are neat, clean and never leave any extra mess for me to clean. They arrive promptly on the days scheduled and have stayed later than I would have expected to finish. Overall, they have been a fabulous company to work with and it's only because I've run out of things to paint that I can't use them anymore!

We got a quote on a Thursday, and they were able to start work on Saturday. They moved incredibly fast with several workers scraping, patching, and taping at once. The entire exterior of our house was painted (including all trim) by Sunday afternoon. The final result was great and they left us the extra paint. We would definitely use them again!

They quote he gave us was too expensive. He was a very nice guy, but it was too pricey.

After receiving a very high estimate from another provider, I called the Painting Co. to get an estimate. They gave me one that was about a third of what I was quoted, using the same paint, etc.. They scheduled painters to arrive within two days of my confirming I wanted to use them. The painters were about an hour late because of issues getting the color I wanted, but it all worked out. The painters were courteous, expedient and did a very good job.

Estimate Appt: on time, fair price, courteous salesman, work scheduled within the week. Work Performance: Joe and his assistant arrived right on time and eager to work. Smiling, professional, hard working with excellent attention to detail. It's clear these gentlemen took pride in their work and were dedicated to their employer. After one week of solid rain, the crew returned to check the worksite and without charge, laid an extra coat of paint on the ramada and patched up a few rain buckled crackles of stucco. Again, all work done with pride from front office to paint roller. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend The Painting Company of Tempe AZ.

I had a wonderful experience on every level of this painting project. Joe Campbell arrived promptly for the estimate and spent at least an hour going over the details of what to expect from the crew - during prep and painting. He answered all my questions and was eager to accommodate my work schedule, and willing to coordinate the painting until I received HOA approval. The painting crew of Joe Bucko and Armando was pleasant and easy to talk to about any concerns. They were prompt on both days...arriving when expected and wasting no time getting to work. They were extremely neat and very careful with details...not one spill on the rocks, cement or patio. They did a professional, beautiful job of painting the stucco, trim and garage door and were completely done by 2:30pm. Their clean-up was impeccable. Joe Campbell returned after the completion of the job to check to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I never dreamed that getting the house painted would be such a stress free, enjoyable experience!

Received a reasonable estimate quickly and once I gave them the go ahead, they started the next week. They cleaned up at the end of each day, so the house was still livable during the process. Their work is very good. The previous owners had painted the interior themselves and had multiple errors where the colors transition. The Paint Company employees corrected all the previous mistakes and made the color transitions with great accuracy.

They did a great job prepping for the job. They spent a lot of time scraping the house and filling in the cracks. They also did a great job pulling the dirt at the base of the house and putting a new waterproof cover on the base. Their estimate was pretty reasonable for the work they did and the amount of time they spent on the job. There were a lot of people at my house working on it, so they got the job done quickly.

It was a very good experience & they did a good job. There were no unwanted painted areas or mess-ups. They finished on shedule & it only took 2 days. Cleaned up well after they were done. I would recommend them.

I had a large amount of wood that needed staining. There were several difficult places to reach where they had to stand on clay roof tiles. In order not to break any tiles, they used thick pieces of foam and were successful in getting the job done. The house looks wonderful.

Jesus was very prompt and gave me an acceptable estimate. The stucco prep crew showed up on time and did good work. Anytime I pointed something out they jumped right on it. The painting crew was on time and did a nice job, and again I was there with my critical eye and they took care of anything I brought up. There were quite a few things I needed to point out, and that is why they got a B on professionalism, but they did take care of these thing with no lip about it. I am very satisfied with the work and value.

I was really impressed with Jesus. I wanted a certain color from a building and he met me at that building and we worked together on colors based on that building. He was prompt in returning my calls. His crew was excellent.

Very professional company. Everything was explained during the initial consultation visit. I was given an estimate on the spot and called the next day to arrange a time, which was within a week. It took them 2 days to finish the job, day one was washing and prepping and they did the painting on the second day. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

I contacted The Painting Co. and was able to have a sales rep at my house for an estimate the next day. I met with Joe twice, once for an overall estimate, and another time to pick paint colors. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to helping me select colors. They were able to start the job on the day I requested. The painters, Carlos and Carlos, called me to let me know when they were arriving, and showed up on time. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. They kept the areas they were working in clean. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and results. My only gripe is with the price, the house is brand new so no wall repairs were required, it is one level, and it was empty, so there was no furniture or appliances to move.

Both times they did a great job. Their crews were excellent. The price was a little much but was well worth it. The first home they finished in three days and our current home they finished with in two days. They were extremely clean and took special care with my home furnishings. I was expecting a mess but it was painless.

Reviewed 3 quotes of A rated (Angie's list) painters. TPC came in lowest cost but Angie's comments suggested close supervision. Quote was negotiated and very responsive to requested improvements. Job Foreman (Alex) was on time and most professional. He invited me to closely supervise, which I did. I brought items to his attention and he always thanked me for alerting him to it and subsequently fixed it. He really wanted me to be happy with the job and I had the sense he would rather fix it now then come back later (3 year guarantee). He and assistant devoted 3 days in preparation and needed 3 days to complete the painting. I couldn't have been more please with the preparation, Alex exceeded my expectations. The paint job came out beautiful. I did inspect every morning and night, met him in the mornings to show him what I found, and he always addressed it what I found. Communication was great. Cleanup was great. I recommend to anybody!
