Jeremy initial contact, very professional, always available per phone. Him and crew prompt, hard working, friendly, flexible, very organized & clean up exceptional.

Quick to response for quote. Quote delivered on time and project scheduled for 3 business days later. Painting crew with foreman showed on time, power washed, primered and painted a lighter color and completed the job in one day. Masking was excellent, overall these guys know what they're doing. All employees we worked with were pleasant and professional.

Due to the size of the project and different paint combinations, we started off a bit slowly. However, the work crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently and continually. My patio ceiling needed some retaping. When the old tape was removed all the plaster came down with it. The patio ceiling was repaired properly at no extra cost. Also, a new paint hose split leaving a small blob of paint on my block fence. The entire fence was painted, again at no extra cost! The owner, Joe Campbell, and all crew members I worked with were very attentive and customer oriented. Joe has a company that runs on the premise that the 'customer comes first' - an amazing concept these days! Also, the price was more than competitive.

The entire process, from first phone call to estimate to completion, could not have gone more smoothly! The crew was punctual, did excellent work, and left no trace of mess behind. The entire project was completed in 3 days--just as they committed to--and exactly on budget. We were completely pleased!

The work was done as promised at the agreed upon price within the stated time frame. The quality of the work excellent and the painters were knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely have this company paint my house again.

Joe was accurate in communicating the job and timing necessary to do it. I was not here during the actual painting but felt confident it would be done well. He responded to any concerns I had and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Had to call workers back for many months. The wrong wood 'sealer' (the owner told me it was the wrong treatment) that I was told would smooth out the wood was used and chunks of it dropped off the eaves a few months after the job was completed. They came back and fixed some areas but eventually had to resand the entire eaves and redo the work. Later one side of the wood peeled badly. They came out and redid that also. I had to ask for this twice as they forgot to fix this when they were there working on something else. As frustrating as this was I must say they were good at returning and correcting issues.

Response to quote the job was prompt and competitive. Discount was given for locating this contractor by using Angie's List to identify him. Work was started when promised and completed on schedule. The workers did a professional job and were pleasant and cleaned up the site upon completion of the job.

Things didn't start too well in that I had described the work to Joe Campbell, the owner of the Arizona Painting Co, but when the crew arrived, they did not really understand what to do and communication problems were apparent. I had to call Joe, who sent out a supervisor and got things straightened out. Once the crew started they did quite well. Where necessary they did prep work and covered with plastic anything that might be hit by paint spray. The underside of the structure was sprayed, the top was sprayed and rolled. It was a challenging structure to paint.

The estimator and the crew were punctual and pleasant. The crew did a very nice job with the application of paint and the place looks great. Unfortunately, the crew we had lacked professionalism. They were to spackle all holes in the walls, of which there were many. Some were done very professionally, but others were so poorly done another crew had to come back after the job was completed and spend many hours fixing the sloppy work (which they did to our satisfaction). The original crew was careless in that drop clothes were not always used and we ended up with paint on things that didn't call for paint (e.g., carpets, kitchen cabinets, food preparation items left on counters, etc.). We got it all off okay, but it just shouldn't have happened in the first place. During the final inspection there were many obvious things I pointed out that needed to be fixed. If I could spot them, the foreman could spot them too, and I got the impression he was willing to let them go if I didn't say anything. Nice people who worked quickly and did a nice job of paint application, but I won't use them again because I came away from the experience thinking it wouldn't bother them to do low quality work if the customer was willing to accept it. If I'm paying, I want them to give me quality work without me having to look over their shoulders.

They did a great job. They were very competitive. There was an HOA involved, they worked with the HOA as well, which was really helpful.

Joe and Mando showed up to work 2 consecutive mornings--bright and cheerful-- at least 15 minutes early. I found them to be task driven, quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about the painting process. They are very enthusiastic about their work, and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy! Joe eveh helped me pick out a security door to match the house. He continually monitored their progress, and touched up or redid work when necessary. He assured me that I would love my house, and that my neighbors would love it too! Before they were done, I had several neighbors stop by to admire the great job they did on my home.

Excellent. Joe Campbell came and provided the estimate. He was very professional and answered all of my questions... I had plenty! Joe Bucko was the foreman and he was extremely professional, pleasant and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He was very responsive to my requests. There was minimal clean-up needed, which Joe and his co-worker did. Scheduling was easy and each day they arrived when they said they would. This is the second time I have used this company and I would use them again without hesitation. I highly recommend this company.

This was a very positive experience with Jeremy at Arizona Painting. I chose this company specifically because of their rating on Angie's List. Jeremy was responsive to my requests. He even went out to my neighborhood to color match a house that we liked the color. He kept in touch with me periodically after the bid process to see if I was ready to start the job, but was not a bother. His contacts with me were appropriate and respectful. All deadlines were met promptly. My only suggestion for improvement: The forman needs to come out and thoroughly check over the job. It's not appropriate to contact the homeowner and ask them if everything is okay before you have checked the job. This is not a big deal, but an area I think could improve. Our house looks tremendous. I will be wanting some bids for interior painting Jeremy! Thank you,

They started the job on time and did a teriffic job of prepping the house before the painting. They made our house look brand new again. My normally negative son said, "fabulous!!" When he came home from work. They cleaned up afterwards and left the place sparking clean.

They came out on time. I thought it was reasonable. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with them. They put the furniture back in it's place when they were finished. They didn't leave any paint anywhere.

It went very well and they were very reasonably priced. I was very happy with them.

Joe was easy to talk to and straight forward.

Their pricing was good, and their workmanship was good. He had a business partner. The main thing that I did not like about them was they pulled one of the supervisors off the job a couple of times. It was almost a full day plus a half day. They put them in some other place.

I thought the work was excellent. They were prompt, professional, and completed all of the work as described. The painters were very meticulous in ensuring they left the house in its original condition. I would absolute recommend this company to anyone in need of an interior paint job.

From start to finish, it was a true joy to meet Joe Campbell and his wonderful crew. They were professional, prompt and very competent. After having hired several contractors to repair stucco cracks and leaks, I had all but given up on finding honest contractors with integrity and ethical standards. Joe Bucko and Armando went to work and made my home new again!! (it was only six years old, but was falling apart rapidly, due to prior shoddy workmanship). Joe explained everything in detail, took time to answer my many questions and concerns, and performed extremely detailed and competent work. Joe Bucko actually loves to paint, and it is so obvious! Truthfully, they went above and beyond; they will restore your faith in human nature! I joined Angie's List due to the reports that Joe Campbell showed me (both pro and con comments about his company). Do yourself a favor; hire these guys!
