Well - I filled out a form online to received a quote. Got an emailed response back saying " Keith Bryant w/ AZ painting Co. I will be out.of town for a few days. I will.call you when I get back in town . Then I can come over and bid your project. Thank you Keith Bryant". I responded right away asking if there was someone else available- no response back. A week later I emailed him AGAIN to see if he was back and still no answer. So I don't even know why I'd waste another second - I guess because of their good reviews, I called them. It just rang and rang. I hung up and hit redial - finally someone answered!!! I told her I've been trying to call and her response was she's the only one working because the other left to pick up their kids from school. Not really well staffed obviously. So I told her what happened and she gave me the name and number to a different painter. Wow business must be really good if you are turning people away and not answering their emails. NICE - guess I'll try somewhere else. One would expect that they'd have someone out right away instead of being turned away.

I'm very happy with the quality of services provided by Arizona Painting Company. They were courteous, prefessional and punctual. They did an excellent job painting my house exterior and did good prep work craping off old paint, applying undercoating and patches and also fixing some peeled drywall tape on my patio roof. They did a professional job taping and protecting the windows. The price was very reasonable. I can easily recommend this company for your painting needs.

The office people were very professional and worked with us in finding a date after our HOA approved the exterior colors. We had to reschedule due to issue with getting colors approved and they were very nice and flexible. The painters were very professional and I was very impressed with their diligence to getting things done right. I highly recommend them for the quality and price in which the job was completed.

This company continually tried to cut corners from the agreed upon contract and get away with it. They also did not maintain a clean worksite and painted areas they were not supposed to paint. For example, per the contract they were to pressure wash our concrete block for proper adhesion, however, the painter did not pressure wash the block at all. They then responded that the paint has a three year warranty in case anything went wrong. This was the final straw in deciding to end the contract with this company. I didn't want a painting warranty, I just wanted the job done right. I also purchased a quart of sample test paint but this paint was not returned to me from the painters. I do not recommend this company to others.

The estimate was provided and a thorough explanation of the work to be performed was given. When the work started, we were given the phone number of the foreman, in case there were any issues, which there weren't. All patio furniture was removed prior to painting in that area. Following completion of the painting, the foreman (Checo) walked the property with us to ensure our satisfaction and note any discrepancies. All work was completed as scheduled, and the results look great. Residual paint was left and cans were marked for our touch up use as necessary. There were no questions on what services were going to be performed as we received a detailed list of all of AZ Painting responsibilities for the project. All in all, a company we would highly recommend.

Showed up promptly, worked hard through the day. Workers had not been informed there was a high ceiling, I needed to provide a ladder since they didn't bring one. Good communication through the process. Their bid was significantly lower than 3 others. Quality of work seemed good, I don't know that I am qualified to rate the work that well:)

Exterior of the mobil home went really well. Coating on the driveway has issues and the contractor needed to return three times to make it right. However, he did redo it until it was perfect and we appreciated that. It took longer than we expected, but when completed it looked great.

AZ Painting came out shortly after my first phone call to give me an estimate and time that work would start. After accepting the estimate they arrived when planned and finished within four days. The work was done professionally and they were careful when handling my plants and shrubs. The two men dilligently and were VERY PATIENT with my comments and questions, which I appreciated. I was very pleased with the finished job and would use them again.

Arizona Painting Company was prompt and professional from the initial estimate to the final day on the job. The painters who did the work did a great job and did not miss a single detail. They even went out of their way to fix a small problem we were having with our wood deck cover. They are not the cheapest company out there but their price was reasonable and remember, you get what you pay for.

I was anxious to get this project done but also dreading the disruption and mess! I found Arizona Painting to be very easy to work with and they were able to accomodate my schedule and get this done before company arrived for Thanksgiving. The estimator recommended hiring the "Color coach" and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering painting such a large area. She helped me see how the colors would look in various light and also where we should do a darker complimentary color. Her suggestions were right on target. Our painters arrived on time on Monday morning--Robert and Paco. They surveyed the job and made a recommendation that we do the painting in segments, beginning with the Living room/dining room and then moving on to the Great Room other areas. This allowed us to continue to use the kitchen and stay in the house during the 4 days it took them to complete the job. Minimized the disruption and allowed the ceilings/trim to dry before going on to rolling the walls. They covered all furniture and floors, fixtures, etc. and did this as they moved room to room. We needed to do much prep work ourselves and moved all lamps, pictures, etc. to a room not being painted. Robert and Paco made sure that I was happy with their progress, how it looked and any concerns I had. They were courteous, neat and cleaned up at the end of the job. I did a "walk around" with them and they touched up a few spots that had been missed. Overall, a good experience. I will use them again when it comes time to paint the Bedrooms and/or the Exterior of my home.

We chose this company largely based on their Angie's List ratings. We called the company and they sent out their salesman and price estimator, Doug Caris. He was both pleasant and professional as others have noted in their experience with Arizona Painting. Doug and I arrived at a contract for the painting of both the exterior of the home and the interior of the home. I am only reviewing the exterior paint job in this review as the interior job was another matter entirely, and we were far less satisfied with that portion of our contract than we were with the exterior. Once the contract was signed, just as others have noted, we never saw Doug again. Make very sure that anything that you and the salesman agree to is written into the contract and not just a verbal agreement, as the salesman disappears after the signing of the contract. On a Monday, we were scheduled to start on Wednesday, told the job would take 4-5 days, and they worked 6 days/week and started at 7am every morning. However, Monday evening they called and asked if they could start the next morning, on Tuesday, instead; we agreed. However, one of the two-man crew didn't show up on the job until after 9am. The painters told us that they had to go to the paint store in order to pick up paint and that was why they were late. The paint store opens very early, so I have no idea why they were that late, but be that as it may, they proceeded to prep and paint--quite efficiently once they got started. When leaving for the day, there was a knock at our front door with the painter telling us that he would be painting by 7AM the next morning and that we needed to be up and ready for them to start. The next morning, when no one arrived by 8:15, I called the office. After checking with their crew, I was told that they were on the way and would be at our place shortly. Shortly thereafter the painter did arrive. I was unable to get an explanation from anyone as to why the painter had made sure that we be up and ready before 7AM and then show up at 8:30. Just another unnecessary inconvenience, the second in two days. Thursday and Friday were pretty much a repeat of the previous two days and I did learn (or was told) that one of the two man crew lived in Casa Granda and thus had a very long drive to Scottsdale each morning. Anyway, Saturday morning, it was apparent that the exterior could be finished that day. So I reminded the crew leader that there were a couple of items that he had left unpainted in the rear of the home and that we needed to have a walk around before I could sign off. Everything was on a friendly basis and he acknowledged that he had some remaining work in the rear of the house to do and that he needed to have a walk around the house together for any final touch ups before he left the job. Sometime around noon, I walked outside and noticed that the painters were gone, but just assumed that they had gone off to get lunch.However, around 2 o?clock I noticed that they were still gone, so I went around to the side of the house where they stored the paint, compressors and tools. Everything I was gone including all the paint. I immediately called the company and somehow they rounded up one painter and made him return to the job. Where the other painter had disappeared to I have no idea but I never saw him again. When the painter returned he brought very little paint. About a gallon in a 5 gallon bucket that was very badly skimmed over. Nonetheless, he proceeded to finish up the job and make most of the necessary touch ups. We had our required walk-around, but it was after the bright sunlight of the day had faded from the sky and so it is very hard to see well at that light level. He had no paint to leave with me although he had left my job with 5 gallons of paint; however, he assured me that he would be the one painting the interior of my home the following Monday and would bring me a gallon of fresh paint that I could use for any future touch ups. He also noted that he acknowledged there were several items that still need touching up but due to the fading light and no paint, he would catch those items on Monday. I never saw this painter again. During the following week while the same firm was attempting to paint my interior, I was promised on 6 different occasions by the production manager John that he would bring me a gallon of the exterior paint. Finally, eleven days later and after 6 failed promises to deliver a gallon of paint to me, sadly I had to call the owner of the firm and explain the entire situation to him. An hour and a half later, I noticed a gallon of my exterior paint sitting on my front porch. Overall, we were pleased with the paint job itself, but would rate the entire exterior paint job as a B. It could have been an A had the job been properly completed, all the touch up items fixed and a gallon of paint left for me to use for any future touchup from the 5 gallons of paint left over from the job. Telling me on 6 different occasions that the gallon paint was on its way and failing to deliver it was inexcusable to me. Having the painter leave in the middle of the day with the house unfinished and then returning with little paint and dusk setting in was also inexcusable. All of this could have been avoided had the production manager actually made an attempt to manage this job. The review on the interior paint job will appear in a few days and my experince there was most unpleasant.

We couldn't have been more impressed. From start to finish, they completed the job in less than a full three days. It was interesting because the house across the street was painted by another company the same week. While both houses are the same size (3,000 SF) and have the same amount of trim, it took the other company 4 days to complete that job. Our crew was the same three people throughout, and they never left the job during the three days, as the company had promised would be the case. They did an excellent job, paying careful attention to details, never failing to ask us for clarification when they had questions. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

It was excellent. They were on time and did quality work.

I am very pleased with the speed of completion, communiction, and work performed. Jesse, Waldo, and Carl did an excellent job. They were friendly and maintained open communication throughout the project. They performed all services they said they would, including digging back around the foundation, pressure washing, repairing stucco (much work was requried here), prepping, priming, painting, touch-up, and clean-up. They did excellent work marking and painting ~70 beams an accent color, which must have been a pain. The job took appx. 6.5 days for the crew. They worked Monday-Saturday, took Sunday off, and were back to finish Monday. I would not hesitate to call AZ Paint Company again to perform work on my home.

They were great. I have been very fortunate. I have got a bid from them for exterior painting.

They were reasonably priced, I was happy with the service.

Overall the experience was only fair, primarily due to the nonprofessional painting of the bedroom furniture. In the end did not receive the quality that I thought I was paying for. After speaking with AZ Painting I am changing my ratings. I found out through our converations that AZ Painting did not do the paintiung of the furniture. The furniture painting was performed by 5 Star Painting Company. I only wish I would of been informed initaly that AZ Painting was not performing the painting of the furniture. I would use AZ Painting again.

Horrible experience! The salesman was very professional and thorough. However, the actual painting experience went nothing like we were told. I could have done a better job myself. We were told the ceilings would be sprayed and the walls would be rolled. They actually sprayed the walls too. They did not do a good job of covering anything and they did not remove any of the outlet plates. I spent weeks scraping paint off my wood trim, appliances, light fixtures, and scrubbing overspray off my tile floors. The transition lines between the walls and ceilings were not straight and it was obvious that they did not do any touch up in areas where the spray went through the tape. It simply did not look like the work of a professional company. We asked the owner to come and walk through the project, but even after a second crew was brought in we are still very disappointed. In addition to the poor paint job, the crew left paint on our flagstone walk way outside and paint footprints in our driveway. The crew used our stereo, showed up 30 minutes early for our agreed upon 7:00 am start time, and "butt dialed" my cell phone several times during the day. At this point, the warranty that they offer has very little meaning to us as we do not ever want them to come back.

We received 3 bids for painting the exterior of our house. Arizona Painting was in the high mid-range, but they stood out in comparison to the other companies. The sales person, Doug, was very professional, understood our needs to a "T", and was very knowledgeable and flexible. They arrived on time the first day, and every day they were on the job (3 1/2 days). They masked off the house and started painting on the first day, and completed it on the third day. We also asked them to paint the great room and kitchen ceilings, and they came back on the 4th day to complete that. We are extremely happy with the results. They were punctual, made sure there was no over spray anywhere (unlike whoever painted the house previously), cleaned up and moved everything back that had to be moved due to the painting. I don't know how they got behind some of the cactus, but they did and not a drop of paint on plants. Some of our neighbors commented on how great the house looks now, and I would highly recommend Arizona Painting to anyone. .

As long as we live within the service area of Arizona Painting Company (APC) we will never use another painting company ? they were that good! The details: We needed our new 1,650 square foot house, in Maricopa, painted from top to bottom, including three rooms that were entirely faux painted, ceilings, doors, shelves etc. As we lived in Tucson, we were unable to get access to the house for Joe Campbell to bid on, however he was able to bid anyway by locating the house?s plans on-line, plus he used the pictures we sent him. His price of $2,600 turned out to be considerably less than a contractor who we were able to get thru the house. Joe was very prompt in responding to any questions, and was not pushy in the least ? i.e. very enjoyable to work with! A week before the job started we received a call from APC: they were verifying the appointment, paint colors and letting us know who the supervisor (Pablo) would be, and they even gave us his cell phone number ? all very professional. On the day of the job, Pablo called when they were 20 minutes out ? again a nice touch! We were disappointed when they arrived as it was only Pablo and his co-worker Chiny ? we thought there was no way they?d get the job done in the promised 2-3 days (boy were we wrong!) Both Pablo & Chiny were very cordial and enthusiastic and could not have been pleasurable to work with! When we returned a week later, we could not believe the amount and quality of workmanship Pablo &Chiny accomplished in only 2 days ? it left this hyper-critical person amazed! They were even able to save us some money as they painted some of the items we thought we?d have to replace (like the door bell ringer and AC vents). Overall a great experience!
